本发明涉及大尺寸芯模空心楼盖施工装置技术领域,具体为一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构及施工方法。
背景技术
近年来,混凝土空心楼盖由于具有自重轻、整体性好、截面抗弯模量大、跨度大、板底平整美观、便于设备安装、隔音隔热保温性能好以及能有效降低综合建设成本等优点,得到了越来越多的应用。而现有技术中,现浇混凝土空心楼板在施工期间,由于混凝土的流动,会造成空心板芯模的上浮,从而造成楼板厚度不均并影响施工质量,成为施工领域的一个技术难题。特别是空心楼盖在浇筑混凝土时,大尺寸内模自重较轻,会产生很大的浮力,因此要防止平台芯模的上浮才能保证空心楼盖的施工质量。传统固定方法采用铁丝穿过模板固定于模板龙骨或者模板下部的钢管脚手架上,该种固定方法模板单孔提供的抗浮力有限,需要在底部模板上设置大量的孔洞,且大量的孔洞部位容易漏浆影响工程质量。同时后期模板拆除后需要大量人工去处理露在混凝土板底的铁丝,而且在涂料施工后容易出现返锈现象,从而影响后期的使用功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构及施工方法,为解决现有技术中大尺芯模空心楼盖结构在施工中上浮且传统的施工技术中耗费大量人工用于芯模固定及铁丝清理的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,包括模板和用于支撑模板的支架,所述模板上方设置有上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网,所述上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网之间设置有若干个芯模,若干个所述芯模横向排布在下层钢筋网上,所述上层钢筋网与芯模之间设置有抗浮钢筋,所述抗浮钢筋平放在若干个芯模上,所述抗浮钢筋、上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网三者互相平行设置,所述相邻芯模之间均设置有立杆,所述立杆与抗浮钢筋互相垂直设置,所述立杆一端向抗浮钢筋方向延伸有用于将抗浮钢筋和上层钢筋网定位的定位件,另一端向模板方向延伸有螺纹端,所述立杆外壁上设置有用于抵触在模板上并与下层钢筋网连接的马凳筋,所述模板上开设有若干个透孔,若干个所述透孔均与若干个立杆一一对应,所述透孔上可拆卸设置有用于与立杆连接的连接件。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:立杆的马凳筋抵触在模板上且马凳筋与下层钢筋网之间通过铁丝或绑带进行连接,且立杆定位件的设置用于将抗浮钢筋和上层钢筋网进行定位,使得抗浮钢筋、上层钢筋网、下层钢筋网通过立杆组合形成一个完整的抗浮结构,而设置在上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网之间的芯模被这个完整的抗浮结构给定位,使得当混凝土灌注时,芯模受到上述完整的抗浮结构的定位从而避免产生芯模上浮的现象;本发明与现有施工技术相比,不仅能够有效解决现浇混凝土空心楼盖芯模的上浮问题,同时还解决了现有技术中拆除模板后大量铁丝留在结构中,后期处理外露铁丝投入费用高以及涂料装修施工后出现返锈等现象;同时上述技术中透孔和连接件的设置,使得操作人员不需要在模板上开设大量的孔洞,只需要在模板上开设一些透孔,该透孔数量低于现有技术中开设的孔洞数量,且该透孔对应两个芯模之间的位置,确保该透孔内的连接件能够与螺纹端进行连接,上述透孔的设置区别于现有技术能够有效的避免过多的孔洞开设导致混凝土灌注时孔洞出现漏浆现象;且上述技术中连接件可拆卸设置在透孔中,方便操作人员在拆除模板时将连接件拆卸掉,进一步增加了操作人员后期处理的工作效率,区别于现有技术中孔洞中的铁丝,在操作人员进行拆除时,不需要动用大量人员去处理每个孔洞内的铁丝,而且避免在涂料施工后出现返锈现象,进一步避免后期使用功能受到影响;综上所诉可知,本发明不仅可以有效的解决空心板芯模的抗浮问题从而保证施工质量,同时还可以减少主体施工及后期设备安装的现场损耗及人力支出,具有良好的经济及社会效益。
本发明进一步设置:所述连接件包括螺栓套筒,所述螺栓套筒插设在透孔内,所述螺栓套筒长度大于模板厚度,所述螺栓套筒朝向下层钢筋网的一端端面上开设有第一螺纹孔,所述第一螺纹孔与螺纹端螺纹连接设置,所述螺栓套筒两端均穿出透孔设置。

本发明进一步设置:所述定位件包括横向短筋,所述横向短筋位于上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋之间,所述横向短筋与上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋之间通过铁丝或绑扎带连接。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:横向短筋与上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋之间通过铁丝或绑扎带连接,该技术的设置极大的增加了立杆与上层钢丝网与抗浮钢筋之间的连接强度,确保上层钢筋网、抗浮钢筋和下层钢筋网能够通过立杆进行组合将芯模定位在上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网之间,进一步确保芯模在灌浆过程中不会出现上浮现象。
本发明进一步设置:所述立杆的螺纹端与模板之间留有5毫米的间隙。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:立杆的螺纹端与模板之间留有5毫米的间隙,方便后期装修抹平。
本发明进一步设置:所述抗浮钢筋上焊接有若干个用于芯模侧向定位固定的定位筋,所述定位筋呈“U”型设置,所述定位筋尾端与下层钢筋网之间通过铁丝或绑带进行固定。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:抗浮钢筋上焊接有若干个用于芯模侧向定位固定的定位筋,定位筋的设置确保芯模在抗浮钢筋和下层钢筋网之间不会出现浮动,进一步的增加了抗浮能力。
本发明为解决所述问题提供一种施工方法:
步骤一:在支架上安装模板;
步骤二:划线确定肋筋及下层钢筋网位置,绑扎下层钢筋网;
步骤三:在图纸上对芯模进行与排列,根据芯模及空心板板肋位置在模板上定位打孔;
步骤四:安装立杆,将带有横向短筋和马凳筋的立杆和螺栓套筒连接后对齐模板上的透孔,并将螺栓套筒插设在透孔上,马凳筋压在下层钢筋网上,螺栓套筒穿过模板后通过槽型垫板与固定螺栓拧紧,从而使立杆与模板之间紧密固定;
步骤五:预埋相关管线;
步骤六:根据芯模排布图布置芯模,芯模布置好后在芯模纵向长度方向四分之一处部位至少设置两处焊接有定位筋的抗浮钢筋,抗浮钢筋上焊接的定位筋用于芯模的定位,此时横向短筋卡在抗浮钢筋上,横向短筋通过铁丝或者绑带与抗浮钢筋固定,横向短筋上方支撑上层钢筋网,并通过铁丝或者绑带将上层钢筋网与横向短筋连接固定,立杆、抗浮钢筋和下层钢筋网连接形成骨架用于固定芯模;
步骤七:在下层钢筋网和上层钢筋网之间的肋部通过拉结筋勾紧;
步骤八:搭设施工便道,并假设混凝土泵输送管;
步骤九:经各项检查验收后浇筑混凝土;
步骤十:混凝土养护达到强度要求后拆除模板、螺栓套筒、槽型垫板以及固定螺栓。
这种方法的有益效果是:本发明与现有施工技术相比,不仅能够有效解决现浇混凝土空心楼盖芯模的上浮问题,同时拥有抗浮固定的板底螺栓、螺栓套筒及钢制槽型垫板均可作为工具重复使用,解决了用铁丝固定模板开洞过多、铁丝耗费数量大的问题;同时还解决了拆除模板后大量铁丝留在结构中,后期处理外露铁丝投入费用高以及涂料装修施工后出现返锈等现象;本发明的板底抗浮固定结构具有多种用途,在施工完成后,螺栓套筒等结构可同时用于设备专业后期吊支架安装的固定,能够提供牢靠的承载力也避免了后期吊支架安装在空心楼板上钻洞对楼板的破坏。综上所诉可知,本发明不仅可以有效的解决空心板芯模的抗浮问题从而保证施工质量,同时还可以减少主体施工及后期设备安装的现场损耗及人力支出,具有良好的经济及社会效益。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模3空心楼盖抗浮结构,包括模板1和用于支撑模板1的支架2,所述模板1上方设置有上层钢筋网11和下层钢筋网12,所述上层钢筋网11和下层钢筋网12之间设置有若干个芯模3,若干个所述芯模3横向排布在下层钢筋网12上,其特征在于:所述上层钢筋网11与芯模3之间设置有抗浮钢筋4,所述抗浮钢筋4平放在若干个芯模3上,所述抗浮钢筋4、上层钢筋网11和下层钢筋网12三者互相平行设置,所述相邻芯模3之间均设置有立杆5,所述立杆5与抗浮钢筋4互相垂直设置,所述立杆5一端向抗浮钢筋4方向延伸有用于将抗浮钢筋4和上层钢筋网11定位的定位件,另一端向模板1方向延伸有螺纹端51,所述立杆5外壁上设置有用于抵触在模板1上并与下层钢筋网12连接的马凳筋52,所述模板1上开设有若干个透孔13,若干个所述透孔13均与若干个立杆5一一对应,所述透孔13上可拆卸设置有用于与立杆5连接的连接件,所述连接件包括螺栓套筒6,所述螺栓套筒6插设在透孔13内,所述螺栓套筒6长度大于模板1厚度,所述螺栓套筒6朝向下层钢筋网12的一端端面上开设有第一螺纹孔61,所述第一螺纹孔61与螺纹端51螺纹连接设置,所述螺栓套筒6两端均穿出透孔13设置,所述螺栓套筒6的外径等于或微小于透孔13直径,所述支架2和模板1之间设置有槽型垫板7,所述槽型垫板7包括用于压在进支架2端面上的横板71和设置在横板71两侧的支撑腿72,所述支撑腿72朝模板1方向延伸的一端抵扣在模板1外壁上,所述横板71中心处贯穿有开孔711,所述开孔711上穿设有固定螺栓73,所述螺栓套筒6朝向支架2的一端端面上开设有第二螺纹孔62,所述固定螺栓73一端穿入第二螺纹孔62并与第二螺纹孔62螺纹连接,另一端穿过开孔711并沿开孔711轴向转动设置在开孔711内,所述横板71上设置有两个加劲肋8,两个所述加劲肋8分别位于横板71端面两侧,所述加劲肋8一端与横板71端面连接,另一端与支撑腿72外壁连接,所述螺栓套筒6朝向支架2端面的一端为扁平圆弧头,所述定位件包括横向短筋9,所述横向短筋9位于上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋4之间,所述横向短筋9与上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋4之间通过铁丝或绑扎带连接,所述立杆5的螺纹端51与模板1之间留有5毫米的间隙,所述抗浮钢筋4上焊接有若干个用于芯模3侧向定位固定的定位筋41,所述定位筋41呈“U”型设置,所述定位筋41尾端与下层钢筋网12之间通过铁丝或绑带进行固定。
在本实施例中用于实现上述结构的施工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:在支架2上安装模板1;
步骤二:划线确定肋筋及下层钢筋网12位置,绑扎下层钢筋网12;
步骤三:在图纸上对芯模3进行与排列,根据芯模3及空心板板肋位置在模板1上定位打孔;
步骤四:安装立杆5,将带有横向短筋9和马凳筋52的立杆5和螺栓套筒6连接后对齐模板1上的透孔13,并将螺栓套筒6插设在透孔13上,马凳筋52压在下层钢筋网12上,螺栓套筒6穿过模板1后通过槽型垫板7与固定螺栓73拧紧,从而使立杆5与模板1之间紧密固定;
步骤五:预埋相关管线;
步骤六:根据芯模3排布图布置芯模3,芯模3布置好后在芯模3纵向长度方向四分之一处部位至少设置两处焊接有定位筋41的抗浮钢筋4,抗浮钢筋4上焊接的定位筋41用于芯模3的定位,此时横向短筋9卡在抗浮钢筋4上,横向短筋9通过铁丝或者绑带与抗浮钢筋4固定,横向短筋9上方支撑上层钢筋网11,并通过铁丝或者绑带将上层钢筋网11与横向短筋9连接固定,立杆5、抗浮钢筋4和下层钢筋网12连接形成骨架用于固定芯模3;
步骤七:在下层钢筋网12和上层钢筋网11之间的肋部通过拉结筋勾紧;
步骤八:搭设施工便道,并假设混凝土泵输送管;
步骤九:经各项检查验收后浇筑混凝土;
步骤十:混凝土养护达到强度要求后拆除模板1、螺栓套筒6、槽型垫板7以及固定螺栓73。

1.一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,包括模板和用于支撑模板的支架,所述模板上方设置有上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网,所述上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网之间设置有若干个芯模,若干个所述芯模横向排布在下层钢筋网上,其特征在于:所述上层钢筋网与芯模之间设置有抗浮钢筋,所述抗浮钢筋平放在若干个芯模上,所述抗浮钢筋、上层钢筋网和下层钢筋网三者互相平行设置,所述相邻芯模之间均设置有立杆,所述立杆与抗浮钢筋互相垂直设置,所述立杆一端向抗浮钢筋方向延伸有用于将抗浮钢筋和上层钢筋网定位的定位件,另一端向模板方向延伸有螺纹端,所述立杆外壁上设置有用于抵触在模板上并与下层钢筋网连接的马凳筋,所述模板上开设有若干个透孔,若干个所述透孔均与若干个立杆一一对应,所述透孔上可拆卸设置有用于与立杆连接的连接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述连接件包括螺栓套筒,所述螺栓套筒插设在透孔内,所述螺栓套筒长度大于模板厚度,所述螺栓套筒朝向下层钢筋网的一端端面上开设有第一螺纹孔,所述第一螺纹孔与螺纹端螺纹连接设置,所述螺栓套筒两端均穿出透孔设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述螺栓套筒的外径等于或微小于透孔直径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述支架和模板之间设置有槽型垫板,所述槽型垫板包括用于压在进支架端面上的横板和设置在横板两侧的支撑腿,所述支撑腿朝模板方向延伸的一端抵扣在模板外壁上,所述横板中心处贯穿有开孔,所述开孔上穿设有固定螺栓,所述螺栓套筒朝向支架的一端端面上开设有第二螺纹孔,所述固定螺栓一端穿入第二螺纹孔并与第二螺纹孔螺纹连接,另一端穿过开孔并沿开孔轴向转动设置在开孔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述横板上设置有两个加劲肋,两个所述加劲肋分别位于横板端面两侧,所述加劲肋一端与横板端面连接,另一端与支撑腿外壁连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述螺栓套筒朝向支架端面的一端为扁平圆弧头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述定位件包括横向短筋,所述横向短筋位于上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋之间,所述横向短筋与上层钢丝网和抗浮钢筋之间通过铁丝或绑扎带连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构,其特征在于:所述立杆的螺纹端与模板之间留有5毫米的间隙。

10.一种现浇混凝土大尺寸芯模空心楼盖抗浮结构的施工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
