Abstract
The invention relates to an active antibacterial negative ion-releasing water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent which is water-soluble, can be cleaned by clean water immediately after construction is dirty, has low smell before curing, does not have volatile peculiar smell after curing, has an active antibacterial effect and a negative ion-releasing effect by adding silver ions and tourmaline with proper proportion, and reinforces the environmental protection performance of products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to an active antibacterial water-based epoxy crack sealer capable of releasing negative ions.
Background
Along with the upgrading of social consumption, people pay more and more attention to the phenomenon that gaps of ceramic tiles are dirty, black, mildewed and unsanitary, the application requirements of crack beautifying agent products are increased, the gaps of the ceramic tiles are filled with materials such as cement, putty powder and the like conventionally, the time is long, the phenomena of dirt storage, scaling, blackening and peculiar smell generation are easy to occur, and the household environment is further influenced.

an active antibacterial negative ion-releasing water-based epoxy crack sealer comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises: epoxy resin, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and fumed silica; the component B comprises 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, silver ion powder, tourmaline powder, fumed silica and pearl powder.
The embodiment of the invention is further improved in that the component A and the component B respectively comprise the following components in parts by weight:
the component A comprises: 80-90 parts of epoxy resin, 5-15 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 5-10 parts of fumed silica;
and B component: 25-35 parts of 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, 15-25 parts of benzyl alcohol, 25-35 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 2-5 parts of silver ion powder, 3-5 parts of tourmaline powder, 5-10 parts of fumed silica and 8-12 parts of pearl powder.
The embodiment of the invention is further improved in that the mesh number of the silver ion powder is 3000-5000 meshes.
According to a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the volume ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the active antibacterial negative ion-releasing water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent provided by the embodiment of the invention has water solubility, can be cleaned by clean water immediately after construction is dirty, simultaneously has low odor before curing, does not have volatile peculiar smell after curing, has an active antibacterial effect and a negative ion releasing effect by adding silver ions and tourmaline with proper proportion, and reinforces the environmental protection performance of products.

The epoxy crack sealer is a ceramic tile crack repairing product which is started in recent years and has good development prospect, but the crack sealer in the prior art is basically an oily crack sealer without water solubility, the ceramic tile is very difficult to clean when being soiled in the construction process, and the oily product generally uses polyamine, hexamethylenediamine and other curing agents with strong toxicity and strong smell, the materials are not environment-friendly, the yellowing resistance is poor, the cracking and the decoloration are easy to occur after long time, and the construction quality of decoration is seriously influenced.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent which has water solubility, low smell, good environmental protection performance and active antibacterial effect and can release negative ions.
According to the water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent capable of actively resisting bacteria and releasing negative ions, materials of the product are more environment-friendly, the smell of a finished product is low, and a condensate does not volatilize peculiar smell. The product provided by the embodiment of the invention has water solubility and low odor, the products in the prior art are mainly oily, the oily products are mainly made of domestic T31 curing agent, hexamethylene diamine and other high-toxicity and high-pungent-odor products and have no water solubility, and the environmental protection performance of the product can be further enhanced by adding high-quality silver ions and tourmaline.
Example 1
The quick-drying type crack sealer provided by the embodiment comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the volume ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1, the component A and the component B respectively comprise the following components in parts by weight:
the component A comprises:
80 parts of epoxy resin, 5 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 5 parts of fumed silica;
and B component:
25 parts of 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, 15 parts of benzyl alcohol, 25 parts of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, 2 parts of silver ion powder, 3 parts of tourmaline powder, 5 parts of fumed silica and 8 parts of pearl powder.
Specifically, 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine was used as the product produced by Mitsubishi corporation of Japan, and the mesh number of the silver ion powder was 3000.
In this example, the antibacterial effect test was performed according to the method of JIS Z2801: 2010, the test strains were escherichia coli ATCC 8739, staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, and the control was a plastic film without antibacterial property, and the test results are shown in table 1:
