Abstract
The invention discloses a casing cleaning solution material composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The casing cleaning solution material composition comprises water, potassium dichromate, sodium bichromate, sulfate, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol, wherein relative to 100 parts of water by weight, the content of potassium dichromate is 10-50 parts by weight, the content of sodium bichromate is 5-20 parts by weight, the content of sulfate is 10-30 parts by weight, the content of hydrochloric acid is 5-20 parts by weight, the content of citric acid is 3-10 parts by weight, and the content of methanol is 10-30 parts by weight. By the adoption of the design, impurities on a casing soaked in the casing cleaning solution can be effectively removed, so that the operation time and labor are saved, the operation is convenient and quick, lots of manpower can be saved, the impurities on the surface of the casing can be effectively removed after soaking, and accordingly, and the cleaning effect is greatly improved.

relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the using amount of potassium dichromate is 10-50 parts by weight, the using amount of sodium dichromate is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of sulfuric acid is 10-30 parts by weight, the using amount of hydrochloric acid is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of citric acid is 3-10 parts by weight, and the using amount of methanol is 10-30 parts by weight.
The invention also provides application of the casing cleaning fluid prepared by the preparation method.
According to the technical scheme, the casing cleaning solution is prepared by mixing water, potassium dichromate, sodium dichromate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol according to a certain proportion, so that impurities on the casing soaked in the casing cleaning solution can be effectively removed, the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, the operation is convenient and fast, more manpower is not required to be consumed, the impurities on the surface of the casing can be effectively removed after the casing is soaked, and the cleaning effect is greatly improved.

the content of the potassium dichromate is 10-50 parts by weight, the content of the sodium dichromate is 5-20 parts by weight, the content of the sulfuric acid is 10-30 parts by weight, the content of the hydrochloric acid is 5-20 parts by weight, the content of the citric acid is 3-10 parts by weight, and the content of the methanol is 10-30 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the casing cleaning fluid, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water, potassium dichromate, sodium dichromate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol to prepare a sleeve cleaning solution; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the using amount of potassium dichromate is 10-50 parts by weight, the using amount of sodium dichromate is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of sulfuric acid is 10-30 parts by weight, the using amount of hydrochloric acid is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of citric acid is 3-10 parts by weight, and the using amount of methanol is 10-30 parts by weight.
Also, in order to obtain a better cleaning effect and a shorter cleaning time of the resulting casing cleaning solution, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the potassium dichromate is used in an amount of 20 to 40 parts by weight, the sodium dichromate is used in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the sulfuric acid is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is used in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the citric acid is used in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the methanol is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
Of course, the mixing may be all of the above raw materials, but in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to mix the raw materials more uniformly and further improve the cleaning effect, the mixing process may be further selected to include:
1) mixing water, potassium dichromate and sodium dichromate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) mixing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol to obtain a mixture M2;
3) the mixture M2 was added to the mixture M1 and mixed to prepare a cannula-cleaning solution.
Of course, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing in step 1) may be stirring mixing under the condition of stirring rate of 100-300 r/min.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing in step 2) may be stirring mixing under a stirring rate of 50 to 100 r/min.
The invention also provides application of the casing cleaning fluid prepared by the preparation method.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the potassium dichromate, the sodium dichromate, the sulfuric acid, the hydrochloric acid, the citric acid, and the methanol are conventional commercial products.
Example 1
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 20g of potassium dichromate and 10g of sodium dichromate under the condition that the stirring speed is 100r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) stirring and mixing 15g of sulfuric acid, 10g of hydrochloric acid, 5g of citric acid and 15g of methanol at the stirring speed of 50r/min to obtain a mixture M2;
3) and adding the mixture M2 into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain cannula cleaning liquid A1.
Example 2
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 40g of potassium dichromate and 15g of sodium dichromate at the stirring speed of 300r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) stirring and mixing 25g of sulfuric acid, 15g of hydrochloric acid, 8g of citric acid and 25g of methanol under the condition that the stirring speed is 100r/min to obtain a mixture M2;
3) and adding the mixture M2 into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain cannula cleaning liquid A2.
Example 3
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 30g of potassium dichromate and 12g of sodium dichromate at a stirring speed of 200r/min to obtain a mixture M1;
2) stirring and mixing 20g of sulfuric acid, 12g of hydrochloric acid, 6g of citric acid and 20g of methanol under the condition that the stirring speed is 80r/min to obtain a mixture M2;
3) and adding the mixture M2 into the mixture M1, and mixing to obtain cannula cleaning liquid A3.
Example 4
Preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 1 except that the amount of potassium dichromate was 10g, the amount of sodium dichromate was 5g, the amount of sulfuric acid was 10g, the amount of hydrochloric acid was 5g, the amount of citric acid was 3g, and the amount of methanol was 10g, to obtain cannula cleaning liquid A4.
Example 5
Preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 2 except that the amount of potassium dichromate was 50g, the amount of sodium dichromate was 20g, the amount of sulfuric acid was 30g, the amount of hydrochloric acid was 20g, the amount of citric acid was 10g, and the amount of methanol was 30g, to obtain cannula cleaning liquid A5.
Comparative example 1
Preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 3 except that the amount of potassium dichromate was 5g, the amount of sodium dichromate was 2g, the amount of sulfuric acid was 5g, the amount of hydrochloric acid was 2g, the amount of citric acid was 1g, and the amount of methanol was 5g, to obtain cannula cleaning liquid D1.
Comparative example 2
Preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 3 except that the amount of potassium dichromate was 80g, the amount of sodium dichromate was 30g, the amount of sulfuric acid was 50g, the amount of hydrochloric acid was 30g, the amount of citric acid was 20g, and the amount of methanol was 50g, to obtain cannula cleaning liquid D2.
Test example
The soiled cannulae were immersed in the prepared A1-A5, D1, D2 and clean water D3 for 30min, then the cannulae were taken out, and the cleaning condition of the cannulae was observed, and the obtained results are shown in Table 1.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the potassium dichromate is contained in an amount of 20 to 40 parts by weight, the sodium dichromate is contained in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the sulfuric acid is contained in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is contained in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the citric acid is contained in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the methanol is contained in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
3. The preparation method of the casing cleaning fluid is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing water, potassium dichromate, sodium dichromate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol to prepare a sleeve cleaning solution; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the using amount of potassium dichromate is 10-50 parts by weight, the using amount of sodium dichromate is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of sulfuric acid is 10-30 parts by weight, the using amount of hydrochloric acid is 5-20 parts by weight, the using amount of citric acid is 3-10 parts by weight, and the using amount of methanol is 10-30 parts by weight.
4. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein the potassium dichromate is used in an amount of 20 to 40 parts by weight, the sodium dichromate is used in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the sulfuric acid is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, the hydrochloric acid is used in an amount of 10 to 15 parts by weight, the citric acid is used in an amount of 5 to 8 parts by weight, and the methanol is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
5. The production method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the mixing process includes:
1) mixing water, potassium dichromate and sodium dichromate to obtain a mixture M1;
2) mixing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid and methanol to obtain a mixture M2;
3) the mixture M2 was added to the mixture M1 and mixed to prepare a cannula-cleaning solution.
6. The preparation method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mixing in step 1) is stirring mixing under the condition of stirring rate of 100-300 r/min.
