Abstract

本发明公开了一种仿石材装饰板及制备工艺,包含基材层、弹性涂层和漆膜涂料层,基材层的上方设置有弹性涂层,弹性涂层的上方为漆膜涂料层。其中所述的基材层包含以下重量份原料:硅溶胶5‑8份、丙烯酸胶10‑18份、天然彩砂20‑30份、玻璃纤维8‑10份、页岩陶粒纤维8‑10份、煤矸石纤维3‑5份、聚酯纤维10‑15份、硬脂酸1‑2份,水10‑15份。仿石材装饰板制备工艺简单,基层材料具有质轻、耐候、阻燃、耐腐蚀、隔音、环保、隔热特点,涂上仿石材漆后的石材仿真度较高,外观逼真。且此种仿石材装饰板的仿石材漆中添加了纳米光触媒还具有自清洁功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材,具体涉及一种仿石材装饰板及制备工艺。
背景技术
板材(sheetmaterial)是做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板,应用于建筑行业,用来作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件,也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板。目前,建筑墙面在进行大理石装饰的时候,或者采用天然大理石石材直接粘贴在建筑墙表面,或者采用多彩涂料喷涂在复合卷材上,然后将复合卷材贴覆在建筑墙的表面。但是采用天然石材进行装饰,由于天然石材较重,使得运输以及施工十分不易,并且天然石材不可再生,成本较高;采用多彩涂料喷涂在复合卷材上,这样的贴面石花样不稳定,手感差,而且由于涂料暴露在外部环境中,经过雨淋日晒,极易造成涂料褪色,色彩持续时间过短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种仿石材装饰板及制备工艺。
本发明的一种仿石材装饰板包含基材层、弹性涂层和漆膜涂料层,基材层的上方设置有弹性涂层,弹性涂层的上方为漆膜涂料层。
其中所述的基材层包含以下重量份原料:硅溶胶5-8份、丙烯酸胶10-18份、天然彩砂20-30份、玻璃纤维8-10份、页岩陶粒纤维8-10份、煤矸石纤维3-5份、聚酯纤维10-15份、硬脂酸1-2份,水10-15份。
进一步优选,所述的基材层包含以下重量份原料:硅溶胶6份、丙烯酸胶9份、天然彩砂25份、玻璃纤维9份、页岩陶粒纤维9份、煤矸石纤维4份、聚酯纤维12份、硬脂酸1份,水12份。
本发明中一种仿石材装饰板的制备方法为:首先制备基材层,按照基材层1的重量份原料配比,将硅溶胶5-8份、丙烯酸胶10-18份、天然彩砂20-30份、玻璃纤维8-10份、页岩陶粒纤维8-10份、煤矸石纤维3-5份、聚酯纤维10-15份、硬脂酸1-2份,水10-15份混合均匀后,再加入硅溶胶5-8份、丙烯酸胶10-18份再进入混料机继续混合1-2小时;浇注在固定的模腔内形成基材层,基材层上涂覆仿石材漆即可,漆层厚度为0.15-0.2mm;最后喷涂纳米氟碳漆作为保护层即可。
仿石材漆包含以下质量分数原料:乳液25%-30%、纤维素增稠剂0.1-0.2%、陶瓷微珠3-8%、80-120目彩砂25-30%、丙烯酸弹性聚合物岩片5-10%、纳米光触媒2-5%、成膜助剂2%-5%、防霉剂0.1%-1%、防冻剂1%-5%、硅酸镁锂凝胶8-12%、余量为水。
进一步优选,所述的仿石材漆包含以下质量分数原料:乳液25%、纤维素增稠剂0.1%、陶瓷微珠4%、80-120目彩砂28%、丙烯酸弹性聚合物岩片8%、纳米光触媒3%、成膜助剂3%、防霉剂0.8%、防冻剂3%、硅酸镁锂凝胶10%、余量为水。
本发明的有益效果:仿石材装饰板制备工艺简单,基层材料具有质轻、耐候、阻燃、耐腐蚀、隔音、环保、隔热特点,涂上仿石材漆后的石材仿真度较高,外观逼真。且此种仿石材装饰板的仿石材漆中添加了纳米光触媒还具有自清洁功能。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案和实施例对发明进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:一种仿石材装饰板的制备方法:首先制备基材层,按照基材层的重量份原料配比,将硅溶胶5份、丙烯酸胶10份、天然彩砂20份、玻璃纤维8份、页岩陶粒纤维8份、煤矸石纤维3份、聚酯纤维10份、硬脂酸1份,水10份混合均匀后,再加入硅溶胶5份、丙烯酸胶10份再进入混料机继续混合1小时;浇注在固定的模腔内形成基材层,基材层上涂覆仿石材漆即可,漆层厚度为0.15-0.2mm;最后喷涂纳米氟碳漆作为保护层即可。

一种仿石材装饰板的制备方法:首先制备基材层,按照基材层的重量份原料配比,将硅溶胶7份、丙烯酸胶15份、天然彩砂25份、玻璃纤维9份、页岩陶粒纤维9份、煤矸石纤维4份、聚酯纤维12份、硬脂酸1.5份,水12份混合均匀后,再加入硅溶胶7份、丙烯酸胶12份再进入混料机继续混合1.5小时;浇注在固定的模腔内形成基材层,基材层上涂覆仿石材漆即可,漆层厚度为0.18mm;最后喷涂纳米氟碳漆作为保护层即可。
对比例的制备工艺与实施例1相同,但是制备完成后未涂覆仿石材漆。将实施例1-3和对比例制备的装饰板进行外观对比。

通过表1可见本申请实施例1-3制备的仿石材装饰板仿真度较高,外观逼真。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种仿石材装饰板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的仿石材漆包含以下质量分数原料:乳液25%-30%、纤维素增稠剂0.1-0.2%、陶瓷微珠3-8%、80-120目彩砂25-30%、丙烯酸弹性聚合物岩片5-10%、纳米光触媒2-5%、成膜助剂2%-5%、防霉剂0.1%-1%、防冻剂1%-5%、硅酸镁锂凝胶8-12%、余量为水。
