Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊。它包括回转机构,回转机构侧部可拆卸连接有多个支腿,回转机构前侧铰接有吊臂,吊臂包括多节可拆卸连接的分吊臂,吊臂与回转机构之间铰接有变幅油缸,回转机构后侧可拆卸连接有平衡臂,平衡臂与回转机构之间可拆卸连接有支撑杆,平衡臂上侧可拆卸设有与变幅油缸连接的泵站和与泵站连接的卷扬机,吊臂的前端固定有若干滑轮,所述卷扬机的钢丝绳绕过滑轮与吊钩连接。本发明变幅过程平稳可靠,满足双人人工搬运需求,且单部件体积紧凑,便于搬运,安装和拆除无需其余辅助设备,拆除过程简单快捷,对于不具备辅助设备安装条件的建筑,具有极大的实用性,提升了塔式起重机使用的便携性。

技术领域
本发明涉及起吊装置技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊。
背景技术
机械行业周期复苏,超高层建设重启进度加快,历年停工的超高层建筑相继复工,但是超高层建筑停工期间,建设用塔式起重机已经拆除,屋面无任何可用安装设备,地面起重设备起升高度也不能满足现场安装需要,高层电梯亦未安装使用,这便使得复工超高层亟需一种便携式拆装屋面吊,可以由人工从地面搬运至楼面,进行人工拼装,完成后将用于安装大型设备的小型屋面吊吊运至楼面安装,以解决复工超高层超大型塔机安装的最关键的第一步。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,包括回转机构,所述回转机构侧部可拆卸连接有多个支腿,所述回转机构前侧铰接有吊臂,所述吊臂包括多节可拆卸连接的分吊臂,所述吊臂与回转机构之间铰接有变幅油缸,所述回转机构后侧可拆卸连接有平衡臂,所述平衡臂与回转机构之间可拆卸连接有支撑杆,所述平衡臂上侧可拆卸设有与变幅油缸连接的泵站和与泵站连接的卷扬机,所述吊臂的前端固定有若干滑轮,所述卷扬机的钢丝绳绕过滑轮与吊钩连接。
进一步的,所述回转机构包括回转上座和回转下座,所述回转上座与回转下座之间螺栓连接有回转齿圈,所述吊臂、变幅油缸、平衡臂和支撑杆分别与回转上座连接,所述支腿与回转下座连接。
进一步的,所述分吊臂包括8节,相邻的两节分吊臂之间法兰连接。
进一步的,所述支腿包括4个,四个支腿呈十字状设置。
进一步的,所述多个支腿分别与回转机构法兰连接。
进一步的,所述平衡臂与回转机构之间、平衡臂与支撑杆之间、支撑杆与回转机构之间以及平衡臂与泵站和卷扬机之间均通过销轴连接。
进一步的,所述变幅油缸包括两个,两个变幅油缸以吊臂的中线对称设置。
有益效果:本发明通过油缸实现吊臂的变幅调节,变幅过程平稳可靠,拆除后的单件重量满足双人人工搬运需求,且单部件体积紧凑,可通过楼梯间将部件从地面搬运至楼面,安装和拆除无需其余辅助设备。回转过程通过人工控制实现,轻量化设计,减少复杂液压马达传动系统,泵站与卷扬机模块化设计,具备极大通用性,装拆快捷。拆除过程简单快捷,对于不具备辅助设备安装条件的建筑,具有极大的实用性,满足大幅度大吊重的使用要求,提升了塔式起重机使用的便携性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1至6所示,本发明实施例提供了一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,包括回转机构1,在回转机构侧部可拆卸连接有多个支腿2,在支腿2的外端设有连接块21,在安装时将连接块21焊接在屋面钢结构或预埋的连接块上。在回转机构1的前侧铰接有吊臂3,吊臂3包括多节可拆卸连接的分吊臂,在回转机构1的前侧还铰接有变幅油缸4,变幅油缸4的上端与吊臂3铰接,变幅油缸4优选采用两个,两个变幅油缸4以吊臂3的中线对称设置。在回转机构1的后侧可拆卸连接有平衡臂5,在平衡臂5与回转机构1之间可拆卸连接有支撑杆6,在支撑杆6的作用下,使平衡臂5保持在水平位置。在平衡臂5的上侧可拆卸安装有泵站7,泵站7与变幅油缸4连接,在平衡臂5的上侧还可拆卸连接卷扬机8,卷扬机8优选采用5吨卷扬机,卷筒容绳量大,可以实现超高层300m构件吊装,起升重量可达2吨。卷扬机8也与泵站7连接,变幅油缸4和卷扬机8均从泵站7获取液压动力,从而实现吊臂3的变幅调节和起吊作业,无需穿绕变幅钢丝绳,变幅过程平稳可靠,最大工作幅度优选为10m,最小工作幅度优选为2.8m。利用泵站7、卷扬机8以及平衡臂5的自重来平衡吊臂3一侧的重量。在吊臂3的前端固定有若干滑轮9,滑轮9优选采用两个。卷扬机8的钢丝绳81绕过滑轮9与吊钩10连接。
本发明实施例的回转机构1包括回转上座11和回转下座12,在回转上座11与回转下座12之间螺栓连接有回转齿圈,所采用的回转齿圈与现有相同。具体的,吊臂3、变幅油缸4、平衡臂5和支撑杆6分别与回转上座11连接,支腿2与回转下座12连接。进而,回转下座12是通过支腿2固定在屋面上的,吊臂3、变幅油缸4、平衡臂5和支撑杆6可以随回转上座11一同相对于回转下座12转动。由于该屋面吊比较灵巧,可以通过人工推动使回转上座11相对于回转下座12转动。也可设置回转马达,将回转马达与泵站7连接,在回转马达上设置与回转齿圈配合的齿轮,通过液压动力控制回转上座11转动。
本发明实施例的分吊臂优选为8节,分吊臂相连接的一端设有第一连接法兰31,然后通过多个螺栓将两个相邻的分吊臂连第一接法兰31固定。
本发明实施例的支腿2优选包括4个,四个支腿2呈十字状设置。支腿2与回转机构1相连接的一端配合设有第二连接法兰22,采用多个螺栓将支腿2与回转机构1上的第二连接法兰22固定。
本发明实施例的平衡臂5与回转机构1之间、平衡臂5与支撑杆6之间以及支撑杆6与回转机构1之间可以采用螺栓连接,更优先通过多个销轴连接,便于安装和拆卸。并且,泵站7和卷扬臂8也可通过多个销轴安装在平衡臂5的上侧。在拆卸时,将销轴拔出后即可将相应的部件拆下。
本发明实施例的屋面吊的安装与拆除工法相反,以拆除为例介绍安拆工法,拆除均通过人工搬运办法进行拆除,无需其余辅助吊装设备。拆除流程如下:先控制变幅油缸4收缩,使吊臂3下落至最低位置,然后将吊钩9拆除,并收起卷扬机8的钢丝绳,拆除后如图3所示;拆除吊臂3,拆除吊臂3时,从最外端的分吊臂依次往内拆,拆除后如图4所示;依次拆除变幅油缸4、卷扬机8和泵站7,拆除后如图5所示;依次拆除支撑杆6、拆除平衡臂5和回转上座11,拆除后如图6所示;最后拆除支腿2后就只剩下回转下座12了,即拆除完毕。为了便于搬运,拆除后单件重量优选控制在150kg以内,满足双人人工搬运要求,安装和拆除无需其余辅助设备。

1.一种便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,包括回转机构,所述回转机构侧部可拆卸连接有多个支腿,所述回转机构前侧铰接有吊臂,所述吊臂包括多节可拆卸连接的分吊臂,所述吊臂与回转机构之间铰接有变幅油缸,所述回转机构后侧可拆卸连接有平衡臂,所述平衡臂与回转机构之间可拆卸连接有支撑杆,所述平衡臂上侧可拆卸设有与变幅油缸连接的泵站和与泵站连接的卷扬机,所述吊臂的前端固定有若干滑轮,所述卷扬机的钢丝绳绕过滑轮与吊钩连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述回转机构包括回转上座和回转下座,所述回转上座与回转下座之间螺栓连接有回转齿圈,所述吊臂、变幅油缸、平衡臂和支撑杆分别与回转上座连接,所述支腿与回转下座连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述分吊臂包括8节,相邻的两节分吊臂之间法兰连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述支腿包括4个,四个支腿呈十字状设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述多个支腿分别与回转机构法兰连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述平衡臂与回转机构之间、平衡臂与支撑杆之间、支撑杆与回转机构之间以及平衡臂与泵站和卷扬机之间均通过销轴连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的便携式拆装动臂屋面吊,其特征在于,所述变幅油缸包括两个,两个变幅油缸以吊臂的中线对称设置。
