背景技术
随着环保意识的增强及新能源汽车的发展,充电汽车的使用量越来越大,汽车充电桩的设置区域更加广泛,一般的住宅区均会设置充电桩,因此充电桩成为了现代社区不可或缺的电力设备;
而目前大多的充电桩是始终设置的地面上的,不管是否使用均会受到日晒风吹雨打,而一般生活规律的上班族充电时间是在夜间,使得充电桩白天大多处于不使用状态,从而使得充电桩白天白白被损伤,造成使用寿命的降低,并且充电桩始终位于地面总是受到车辆的威胁,极有可能遭受到撞击而损坏,使得充电桩得不到有效的保护,因此亟需一种能够增加使用寿命的充电桩。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中充电桩易损伤的问题,而提出的一种新能源汽车用地埋式充电桩。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种新能源汽车用地埋式充电桩,包括设置在地面上的绿植区、多个地埋坑和多个充电桩,每个所述地埋坑的内部均设有储水装置,所述储水装置包括两个与地埋坑内部连通的储水箱,两个所述储水箱的内底部均固定有一组推进弹簧,两组所述推进弹簧的上端均固定有与对应储水箱内壁密封滑动的推板,所述充电桩的上端固定有与地埋坑内壁密封滑动连接的上盖板,所述充电桩的底部固定有与地埋坑内壁密封滑动连接的下托板,所述下托板的底部与地埋坑的底部共同固定有升降杆和波纹管,所述地埋坑两侧壁均设有喷水装置。
在上述的地埋式充电桩中,所述喷水装置包括两个预留箱,其中一个所述预留箱的上端插设有先喷管和先输管,所述先输管的下端与其中一个储水箱内部连通,另一个所述预留箱的下部插设有后喷管和后输管,所述后输管与另一个储水箱内部连通,所述先喷管和后喷管的上端均固定有喷头,所述地埋坑的内壁开设有与两个预留箱一一对应的两个推动槽,两个所述推动槽内部均设有带动结构,所述带动结构包括固定于推动槽上端内壁的连接弹簧,所述连接弹簧的下端固定有带动板,所述带动板的上端贯穿插入对应的预留箱内部并固定有与对应预留箱内壁密封滑动连接的挤压板。
在上述的地埋式充电桩中,所述后输管连通的储水箱的上端内壁开设有喷射槽,所述喷射槽的上端内壁固定有限位弹簧,所述限位弹簧的底部固定有喷射槽内壁密封滑动连接的滑块,所述喷射槽的上端插设有与后喷管连通的供水管。

1、本发明中,通过设置地埋坑,在需要充电时,启动升降杆使得充电桩上升至地面完成充电作业,在充电完毕后,升降杆收缩使得充电桩下移至地埋坑中,使得充电桩在不使用时不会暴露在地面上,从而减少了风吹雨打,使得充电桩的使用寿命提升,同时能够有效避免车辆对充电桩的意外撞击,使得充电桩的使用更加安全;
2、本发明中,通过上盖板的封闭作用,使得充电柱位于地埋坑时,外部杂物不会直接进入到地埋坑中,也不会直接接触到充电桩,对充电桩起到保护作用,通过下托板将进入地埋坑内部的雨水挤压至储水箱中,使得充电桩不会被雨水浸泡侵蚀,使得充电桩的使用寿命得到进一步提升;
3、本发明中,在降雨时,雨水会储存至储水箱中,而在充电桩上移的过程中,雨水会经先喷管喷出,实现对绿植区的浇灌,而在充电桩下移的过程中,雨水会经后喷管喷出,实现对雨水的绿植区的再次浇灌,并且充电桩的上下移动能够自动向对应预留箱中充水,使得浇灌过程得以循环进行,使得雨水得到充分的利用;
4、本发明中,对绿植区的浇灌时间集中在充电桩的上移和下移过程中,也就是充电开始和充电结束的时间,而对于生活规律的上班族而言,基本是白天使用车辆夜间充电,也就是车辆基本是在晚间充电,早间结束充电,从而使得绿植区的浇灌时间为早间和晚间,完全符合植物的浇灌时间,能够起到良好的浇灌效果,同时减少人力浇灌的成本;
5、本发明中,在遇到连续强降雨时,储水箱内将被充满雨水,此时地埋坑内的多余雨水将会从先喷管和后喷管同时高压喷出,从而使得地埋坑内部的多余雨水快速排出,进而使得充电桩能够快速回到地埋坑中,避免被撞击造成损伤,同时高压下快速喷出的雨水其覆盖范围更广,不会对绿植区造成集中损伤,能够使得多余的雨水得到充分的利用以及良好的排泄。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-3,一种新能源汽车用地埋式充电桩,包括设置在地面上的绿植区1、多个地埋坑2和多个充电桩3,每个地埋坑2的内部均设有储水装置,储水装置包括两个与地埋坑2内部连通的储水箱8,储水箱8埋设于地下且位于地埋坑2的两侧,两个储水箱8的内底部均固定有一组推进弹簧9,两组推进弹簧9的上端均固定有与对应储水箱8内壁密封滑动的推板10,充电桩3的上端固定有与地埋坑2内壁密封滑动连接的上盖板7,充电桩3的底部固定有与地埋坑2内壁密封滑动连接的下托板5,下托板5的底部与地埋坑2的底部共同固定有升降杆4和波纹管6,升降杆4位于波纹管6内部,升降杆4的伸长将带动下托板5上移从而使得波纹管6随之伸长,从而有效的保护升降杆4,使得升降杆4不会受到雨水的浸泡,同时不会对对接电线路造成侵蚀,地埋坑2两侧壁均设有喷水装置。
喷水装置包括两个预留箱11,预留箱11埋设于地下位于地埋坑2的两侧,其中一个预留箱11的上端插设有先喷管14和先输管15,先输管15的下端与其中一个储水箱8内部连通,另一个预留箱11的下部插设有后喷管12和后输管13,后输管13与另一个储水箱8内部连通;先喷管14和后喷管12与对应预留箱11的连接处均设有单向阀,且通向由对应的预留箱11至先喷管14和后喷管12,先输管15和后输管13与预留箱11的连接处均设有单向阀,且通向由先输管15和后输管13至对应的预留箱11,两个储水箱8与地埋坑2连通处均设有单向阀,且通向与地埋坑2至储水箱8内部。
先喷管14和后喷管12的上端均固定有喷头24,地埋坑2的内壁开设有与两个预留箱11一一对应的两个推动槽16,两个推动槽16内部均设有带动结构,带动结构包括固定于推动槽16上端内壁的连接弹簧19,连接弹簧19的下端固定有带动板17,带动板17的上端贯穿插入对应的预留箱11内部并固定有与对应预留箱11内壁密封滑动连接的挤压板18。
后输管13连通的储水箱8的上端内壁开设有喷射槽20,喷射槽20的上端内壁固定有限位弹簧22,限位弹簧22的底部固定有喷射槽20内壁密封滑动连接的滑块23,喷射槽20的上端插设有与后喷管12连通的供水管21,喷射槽20呈T形结构,滑块23将喷射槽20下部堵塞,在滑块23向喷射槽20内滑动一定距离后,滑块23与喷射槽20内壁出现较大的间隙,从而使得储水箱8与喷射槽20连通,限位弹簧22的劲度系数远大于推进弹簧9,因此在常规情况下雨水时不会进入到喷射槽20内部的,保证雨水的有效储存。
本发明中,在需要使用充电桩3充电时,首先启动升降杆4使得升降杆4伸长进而将充电桩3推动地埋坑2,使得充电桩3上升至地面从而用于充电,而在充电完毕后,升降杆4收缩下降带动充电桩3回到地埋坑2中,有效的避免了充电桩3长期暴露带来的损耗,同时能够避免充电桩3被车辆碰撞损伤,使得充电桩3更加安全使用寿命更长;
在充电桩3上升至地面供电时,雨水将能够进入到地埋坑2中,而在充电桩3回到地埋坑2的过程中,下托板5将挤压进入到地埋坑2内部的雨水,使得雨水在挤压下进入到储水箱8中,使得储水箱8内部雨水量增加而使得推板10受压下移并导致推进弹簧9收缩;
同时充电桩3的下移将使得下托板5推动带动板17下移,进而使得挤压板18同步下移,使得预留箱11的上部空间增大而下部空间减小,使得储水箱8内部的雨水在推板10的推动下得以通过先输管15进入到对应预留箱11的上部,实现雨水的预存,在充电桩3再次上移时,带动板17在连接弹簧19的弹力作用下复位,进而带动挤压板18上移,使得预留箱11上部空间压缩变小而下部空间增大,此状态下,原本存于雨水的预留箱11中的雨水将在挤压板18的推动下,使其内部的雨水经先喷管14喷出,实现对绿植区1的浇灌,而另一个没有存水的预留箱11由于底部空间增大,储水箱8内部的雨水将经后输管13进入到预留箱11的底部,在充电桩3再次下移时,挤压板18将挤压该部分雨水,使得雨水经后喷管12喷出,实现对绿植区1的再次浇灌;
在充电桩3上移时,先喷管14喷水浇灌,后喷管12连接的预留箱11预留雨水,在充电桩3下移时,后喷管12喷水浇灌,先喷管14连接的预留箱11将预留雨水,使得充电桩3完成一次充电过程会对绿植区1进行两次浇灌,并且,对生活规律的上班族来说,一般车辆白天使用,晚间才会充电,而在第二早上才会停止充电再次使用车辆,因此绿植区1的浇灌时间基本时固定的,均在早上和晚上,完全符合绿植的浇灌时间,使得园区绿植得到有效的浇灌,减少了人力浇灌的成本,同时将雨水利用起来,避免了雨水对充电桩3的侵蚀,使得充电桩3的使用寿命得到提升;
在遇到连续的强降雨时,可能会出现储水箱8内部储满水而地埋坑2内部仍有水的情况,此状态下,升降杆4带动下托板5下移挤压雨水,使得储水箱8内部的压力逐步增加,最终将使得滑块23在压力作用下压缩限位弹簧22,使得滑块23向喷射槽20内部移动,从而使得储水箱8通过喷射槽20与供水管21连通,进而使得多余的雨水经供水管21进入到后喷管12后喷出,同时,储水箱8内部多余的雨水将经先输管15进入到对应的预留箱11中,随着水压的增大雨水将从先喷管14喷出,由此可知,在出现连续的强降雨时,地埋坑2内部多余的雨水将直接喷出,并且由于雨水较多水压较大,喷射覆盖的范围更广,不会集中于小范围内,进而不会对绿植区1造成损伤,并且先喷管14和后喷管12的同步喷水能够迅速将多余的雨水排出,使得充电桩3仍能够快速的回到地埋坑2中,避免充电完成后较长时间停留在地面导致发生撞击意外,对充电桩3起到保护作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种新能源汽车用地埋式充电桩,包括设置在地面上的绿植区(1)、多个地埋坑(2)和多个充电桩(3),其特征在于,每个所述地埋坑(2)的内部均设有储水装置,所述储水装置包括两个与地埋坑(2)内部连通的储水箱(8),两个所述储水箱(8)的内底部均固定有一组推进弹簧(9),两组所述推进弹簧(9)的上端均固定有与对应储水箱(8)内壁密封滑动的推板(10),所述充电桩(3)的上端固定有与地埋坑(2)内壁密封滑动连接的上盖板(7),所述充电桩(3)的底部固定有与地埋坑(2)内壁密封滑动连接的下托板(5),所述下托板(5)的底部与地埋坑(2)的底部共同固定有升降杆(4)和波纹管(6),所述地埋坑(2)两侧壁均设有喷水装置,所述喷水装置包括两个预留箱(11),其中一个所述预留箱(11)的上端插设有先喷管(14)和先输管(15),所述先输管(15)的下端与其中一个储水箱(8)内部连通,另一个所述预留箱(11)的下部插设有后喷管(12)和后输管(13),所述后输管(13)与另一个储水箱(8)内部连通,所述先喷管(14)和后喷管(12)的上端均固定有喷头(24),所述地埋坑(2)的内壁开设有与两个预留箱(11)一一对应的两个推动槽(16),两个所述推动槽(16)内部均设有带动结构,所述带动结构包括固定于推动槽(16)上端内壁的连接弹簧(19),所述连接弹簧(19)的下端固定有带动板(17),所述带动板(17)的上端贯穿插入对应的预留箱(11)内部并固定有与对应预留箱(11)内壁密封滑动连接的挤压板(18),先喷管(14)和后喷管(12)与对应预留箱(11)的连接处均设有单向阀,且通向由对应的预留箱(11)至先喷管(14)和后喷管(12),先输管和后输管与预留箱的连接处均设有单向阀,且通向由先输管和后输管至对应的预留箱,两个储水箱与地埋坑连通处均设有单向阀,且通向与地埋坑至储水箱内部,喷射槽呈T形结构,滑块将喷射槽下部堵塞,在滑块向喷射槽内滑动一定距离后,滑块与喷射槽内壁出现较大的间隙,从而使得储水箱与喷射槽连通,限位弹簧的劲度系数大于推进弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用地埋式充电桩,其特征在于,所述后输管(13)连通的储水箱(8)的上端内壁开设有喷射槽(20),所述喷射槽(20)的上端内壁固定有限位弹簧(22),所述限位弹簧(22)的底部固定有喷射槽(20)内壁密封滑动连接的滑块(23),所述喷射槽(20)的上端插设有与后喷管(12)连通的供水管(21)。
