Experimental example 1
Acne removal performance test
Selecting 100 healthy volunteers with age between 18 and 40 years, wherein the face surface has obvious pox and acne and the problem of easy recurrence of the pox is existed; wherein, male: 42, 58 females, 100 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups:
experimental group 1: the skin care product of example 1 was used;
experimental group 2: the skin care product of example 2 was used;
experimental group 3: use of comparative example 1 skin care product;
experimental group 4: use of comparative example 2 skin care product;
experimental group 5: comparative example 3 skin care product was used.
The using method comprises the following steps: uniformly smearing a proper amount of skin care product on the face, continuously using the skin care product for 3 weeks in the morning and at night, forbidding to use other skin care products during the period, detecting the acne removal rate once per week during the period, simultaneously, detecting the acne removal rate once per week after stopping using the skin care product, and continuously detecting for 3 weeks (namely the whole test period is 6 weeks, the skin care product is used in the 1 st to 3 th weeks, and the skin care product is not used in the 4 th to 6 th weeks) so as to evaluate the acne removal stability of the skin care product.
The evaluation criteria of the acne removing effect are as follows: evaluating the acne removing effect according to the acne removing rate:
acne removal rate { (initial pox number-residual pox number)/initial pox number } × 100%;
the initial pox number refers to the number of the pox and the acne which can be obviously observed on the face of a volunteer before use, the residual pox number refers to the number of the pox and the acne which can be obviously observed on the face of the volunteer after the skin care product is used, and the counting number is calculated by the same person in the whole process. The higher the acne removing rate is, the better the acne removing effect is.
The acne removal rate of each experimental group is represented by an average value, and the acne removal rate detection results of each group are shown in the following table 1.
Table 1 acne removal rate for each experimental group
As can be seen from the data in table 1, the skin care products of examples 1 and 2 have significantly higher acne removing efficiency than the skin care products of comparative examples 1-3 (p <0.01), and the results fully show that the combination of the rosemary extract, the hamamelis virginiana extract, the gardenia extract and the subprostrate sophora extract has a synergistic effect, and the acne removing effect can be greatly improved after the combination. In addition, as can be seen from the data in table 1, the acne removal rate of the experimental group 5 is equivalent to that of the experimental group 2 at week 1 at week 6, which indicates that the skin care products of examples 1 and 2 have faster acne removal effect after the subprostrate sophora root extract and the gardenia extract are combined, i.e., the skin care products of examples 1 and 2 have fast onset of action and the acne removal effect is continuous and stable. In addition, no adverse side reaction is seen during the whole experiment period, which shows that the skin care product of the embodiment of the invention is safe and reliable to use.
To further evaluate the effect of example skincare on relapse, the above volunteers were retested 2 months after discontinuing use of the skincare product, during which 2 months other acne-removing products were banned. For comparison, the initial number of acnes before skin care was used as the basis of calculation, and the results were also expressed as the acne removal rate (the same as the above calculation method). If the acne removing rate after 2 months is close to, higher than or slightly lower than the acne removing rate at week 6, the acne is not easy to relapse or the relapse is not obvious, and if the acne removing rate after 2 months is obviously lower than the acne removing rate at week 6, the acne is easy to relapse. The results are as follows:
table 2 acne removal rate test results of each experimental group after finishing using skin care products for 2 months
Experimental group 1 | Experimental group 2 | Experimental group 3 | Experimental group 4 | Experimental group 5 | |
Acne removing rate | 91% | 93% | 6% | 24% | 45% |
As can be seen from the data in table 2, although the acne removal rate was reduced after 2 months in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 compared with week 6, the reduction was not significant, indicating that the problem of acne recurrence was not serious, and the acne recurrence was evaluated as having no or no recurrence effect; compared with the acne removal rate at week 6 after 2 months in experiments 3-5, the acne removal rate is reduced to a large extent, which indicates that acne recurrence occurs and the acne removal effect is not lasting, and the results fully indicate that the skin care products provided by embodiments 1 and 2 of the invention have obvious advantages in acne removal effect, such as quick effect, high acne removal rate, continuous and stable acne removal effect, difficulty in recurrence and the like.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
