背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,对于日化用品的要求也越来越高,近年来天然的日化用品得到青睐。而在天然洗发水中常见的成分例如皂角和无患子其有效成分的提取还处于传统的蒸馏阶段,使得有效成分的提取效率低,成本高,而且效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种天然植物洗发水制备方法,可以有效提升天然洗发水中有效成分的萃取率,增加其养护的效果。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种天然植物洗发水制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然皂角与无患子按1:2的比例粉碎混合,利用破壁机破壁处理得到初级处理粉末;
(2)将C1酶、Cx酶和β葡糖苷酶、普鲁蓝酶、茁霉多糖酶按照2:1:1:1:1的比例混合后与破壁处理后的初级处理粉末按照质量百分比1:80-100混合,加入15-20%的酒精稀释至固态含量40%-45%,在36-39摄氏度下静止反应6-7天,每隔6-8小时搅拌一次得到反应原浆;
(3)将反应原浆加去离子水稀释至固态含量10%-12%,放入超声提取设备进行超声波提取,持续2小时,滤去固态残渣,取滤液;
(4)将滤液在85度的温度下进行浓缩,将酒精及部分水蒸发,浓缩至密度为1.1-1.2g/ml得到浓缩原浆;
(5)将浓缩原浆与十二烷基硫酸钠、甘油按照质量比10:1-1.5:0.5-0.7的比例配置。

本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明针对皂荚和无患子的特性改进了有效成分的提取工艺,筛选出了最佳的提取工艺蒸馏提取混合物之前,先将皂角和无患子进行破壁处理,能更有效的提取出皂角物和无患子所含物质。依次经过了机械破壁、酶破壁和超声破壁处理,使得浸出率和纯度都得到了很大的提高,破壁率达98%以上,提取物的有效含量为70-80%,而传统的提取方法法浸率只为40-50%。首先机械破壁可以使大部分的细胞壁破碎,之后采用了酶破壁,针对皂荚和无患子的特性,采用了专门配置的组合酶,不仅有效溶解植物纤维,使细胞壁破碎溶解成多糖,而且其中的淀粉等大分子物质被溶解为葡萄糖等,增加了其可吸收性和物质的使用率,最后使用了超声破壁处理,其不限于成分性质及分子量大小的限制,提取杂质小,有效成分易于分离纯化。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
一种天然植物洗发水制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然皂角与无患子按1:2的比例粉碎混合,利用破壁机破壁处理得到初级处理粉末;
(2)将C1酶、Cx酶和β葡糖苷酶、普鲁蓝酶、茁霉多糖酶按照2:1:1:1:1的比例混合后与破壁处理后的初级处理粉末按照质量百分比1:80-100混合,加入15-20%的酒精稀释至固态含量40%-45%,在36-39摄氏度下静止反应6-7天,每隔6-8小时搅拌一次得到反应原浆;
(3)将反应原浆加去离子水稀释至固态含量10%-12%,放入超声提取设备进行超声波提取,持续2小时,滤去固态残渣,取滤液;
(4)将滤液在85度的温度下进行浓缩,将酒精及部分水蒸发,浓缩至密度为1.1-1.2g/ml得到浓缩原浆;
(5)将浓缩原浆与十二烷基硫酸钠、甘油按照质量比10:1-1.5:0.5-0.7的比例配置,十二烷基硫酸钠属阴离子表面活性剂。易溶于水,与阴离子、非离子复配伍性好,具有良好的乳化、发泡、渗透、往污和分散性能,泡沫丰富,生物降解快,广泛用于牙膏、香波、洗发膏、洗发香波、洗衣粉、液洗、化妆品以及制药、造纸、建材、化工等行业。甘油又名丙三醇,是一种无色、无臭、味甘的粘稠液体,冬季人们常用甘油搽于手和面部等暴露在空气中的皮肤表面,能够使皮肤保持柔软,富有弹性,不受尘埃、天气等损害而干燥,起到防止皮肤冻伤的的作用,甘油可以增加人体组织中的水分含量。食用对人体无毒,对眼睛、皮肤没刺激作用。

具体的,步骤5中还添加了0.4-0.5质量比的阳离子瓜尔胶,瓜尔胶为大分子自然亲水胶体,主要由半乳糖和甘露糖聚合为食品而成,属于自然半乳粉末,能溶于冷水或热水,遇水后及形成胶状物质,达到迅速增稠的功效在低浓度下,可形成高粘稠溶液,表现出非牛顿流变特性,可以使洗发水浓度保持不沉降。
实施例1:将100kg天然皂角与200kg无患子粉碎,然后用破壁机粉碎,反复三次得初级处理粉末;将C1酶1kg、Cx酶0.5kg和β葡糖苷酶0.5kg、普鲁蓝酶0.5kg、茁霉多糖酶0.5kg混合后与破壁处理后的初级处理粉末混合,加入15%的酒精稀释至固态含量40%,在36摄氏度下静止反应6天,每隔6小时搅拌一次得到反应原浆;将反应原浆加去离子水稀释至固态含量10%左右,放入超声提取设备进行超声波提取,持续2小时,滤去固态残渣,取滤液;将滤液在85度的温度下进行浓缩,将酒精及部分水蒸发,浓缩至密度为1.2g/ml得到浓缩原浆;之后将浓缩原浆与十二烷基硫酸钠、甘油按照质量比10:1-1.5:0.5-0.7的比例配置。
皂荚:荚果含三萜皂式:皂荚甙(gledinin),甙甙元为皂荚甙元(gledigenin),皂荚皂甙(gleditschia saponin),尚含蜡酸(ced alcohol),二十九烷(nonacosane),正二十七烷(hepta-cosane),豆甾醇(stigmasterol),谷甾醇(sitosterol),鞣质(tannin)等。
皂甙的一般特性:含皂甙的植物颇多,至少有50个不同科的400种植物含有之。它能降低表面张力。其溶液(1:10000)振摇时,则溶液中每个气泡的表面皆可被皂甙包围而形成一薄膜,故泡沫持久不灭。同样,遇油类物质亦可借皂甙薄膜而形成乳剂。它能改变细胞表面的通透件,而成为一般原浆毒。对胆甾醇有特别的亲和力,有很强的溶血作用(作用于血细胞表面的类脂质),胆甾醇可对抗其溶血作用。
祛痰作用:含皂甙类的药物,能刺激胃粘膜而反射性的促进呼吸道粘液的分泌,产生祛痰作用(恶心性祛痰药)。在猫身上,皂荚确能使呼吸道分泌增加,但较桔梗、前胡为差,持续时间较短。
抗菌作用:在试管中,皂荚对某些革兰氏阴性肠内致病菌有抑制作用。其水浸剂(1:3)在试管中对某些皮肤真菌也有抑制作用。美国皂角中所含之三刺皂荚碱(Triacanthin)有罂粟碱样作用,可治疗高血压病、支气管哮喘、消化性溃疡及慢性胆囊炎等。煎剂1g/kg给猫灌胃,能增加呼吸道粘液分泌,有祛痰作用。0.25%煎剂对离体大鼠子宫有兴奋作用。1:3水浸剂对堇色毛癣菌、星形奴卡菌有抑制作用。
无患子:泡沫丰富,手感细腻,去污力强,能改善皮肤质量,使其细腻光泽、富有弹性同时还有抗菌、消炎、抗氧化清除自由基、抗凝血等作用。无患子中的果酸帮助皮肤去除堆积在外层的老化角质,加速皮肤更新,帮助改善肌肤青春痘、黑斑、皱纹、皮肤干燥、粗糙等肌肤问题。用于洗头亦可预防头皮屑去屑止痒功效,它的ph值在5~7之间,呈自然酸性,纯天然的界面活性剂,不伤人体,不污染水源之特性。
抑菌、去屑、防脱、美白去斑、滋润皮肤的作用:"无患子可预防头皮屑",这对于惯用传统的、天然的洗护用品的中国人来说,根本就是普通常识。使用无患子皂乳洗头,对於预防掉发据民间传说也有效。无患子中的茶多酚是水溶性物质,用它洗脸能清除面部的油脂、收敛毛孔能消毒、灭菌、抗皮肤老化,能减少日光中紫外线辐射对皮肤的损伤等。无患子中的阿魏酸是科学界公认的美容因子,能改善皮肤质量,使其细腻、光泽、富有弹性。同时还有抗菌、消炎、抗氧化、清除自由基、抗凝血等作用。无患子中的果酸能帮助皮肤去除堆积在外层的老化角质。
种仁含蛋白质31.87%,灰分5.19%,总非纤维碳水化合物14.86%,戊聚糖2.21%,淀粉11.94%,粗纤维14.14%。此外,尚检出脂肪酸(fatty acid),山萮酸(behenicacid)及二十四烷酸种子含脂肪油43.18%及糖脂(glycolipid)。无患于含天然表面活性物质,该表面活性物质中含有萜类(terpenoid)甾体皂甙(steroid saponin),氨基酸(aminoacid),蛋白质(protein),维生素(vitamin),油酸(oleic acid),油脂(oil)。果皮含无患子倍半萜甙(mukuroziside)Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅱa、Ⅱb,无患子皂甙(mukurozisaponin)X、Y1、Y2、E、G,无患子属皂甙(sapindoside)A、B,常春藤皂甙元(hederagenin),常春藤皂甙元a-L-吡喃阿伯糖基(1→3)-a-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-a-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙[hederagenin-a-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-a-L-arabinopyranoside],常春藤皂甙元-a-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基(1→3)-a-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-a-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙[hederagenin-a-L-arabinofuranosyl(1→3)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-a-L-arabinpopyranoside]。
除此外还含有许多对人体有益的物质,如:还原糖、脂肪酸、油脂、油酸、类胡萝卜素、烟酸、核黄素、蛋白质、维生素C、维生素A、维生素B及赖氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸和组氨酸等10多种氨基酸。
本发明针对皂荚和无患子的特性改进了有效成分的提取工艺,筛选出了最佳的提取工艺蒸馏提取混合物之前,先将皂角和无患子进行破壁处理,能更有效的提取出皂角物和无患子所含物质。依次经过了机械破壁、酶破壁和超声破壁处理,使得浸出率和纯度都得到了很大的提高,破壁率达98%以上,提取物的有效含量为70-80%,而传统的提取方法法浸率只为40-50%。首先机械破壁可以使大部分的细胞壁破碎,之后采用了酶破壁,针对皂荚和无患子的特性,采用了专门配置的组合酶,不仅有效溶解植物纤维,使细胞壁破碎溶解成多糖,而且其中的淀粉等大分子物质被溶解为葡萄糖等,增加了其可吸收性和物质的使用率,最后使用了超声破壁处理,其不限于成分性质及分子量大小的限制,提取杂质小,有效成分易于分离纯化。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种天然植物洗发水制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然皂角与无患子按1:2的比例粉碎混合,利用破壁机破壁处理得到初级处理粉末;
(2)将C1酶、Cx酶和β葡糖苷酶、普鲁蓝酶、茁霉多糖酶按照2:1:1:1:1的比例混合后与破壁处理后的初级处理粉末按照质量百分比1:80-100混合,加入15-20%的酒精稀释至固态含量40%-45%,在36-39摄氏度下静止反应6-7天,每隔6-8小时搅拌一次得到反应原浆;
(3)将反应原浆加去离子水稀释至固态含量10%-12%,放入超声提取设备进行超声波提取,持续2小时,滤去固态残渣,取滤液;
(4)将滤液在85度的温度下进行浓缩,将酒精及部分水蒸发,浓缩至密度为1.1-1.2g/ml得到浓缩原浆;
(5)将浓缩原浆与十二烷基硫酸钠、甘油按照质量比10:1-1.5:0.5-0.7的比例配置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物洗发水制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中采用负压容器进行减压浓缩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天然植物洗发水制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5中还添加了0.4-0.5质量比的阳离子瓜尔胶。
