一种阻燃型PE薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明主要涉及PE薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃型PE薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
PE薄膜即聚乙烯薄膜,气质通过平挤上吹工艺生产的聚乙烯薄膜,又称未拉伸聚乙烯薄膜。与聚丙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜与聚氯乙烯薄膜相比,PE薄膜不仅成本较低,而且具有良好的柔韧性、热封性能与纵横向性能;并且PE薄膜经过电晕处理后还可进行镀铝、印刷,或与其他材料复合,得到性能更佳的薄膜,因此PE薄膜被广泛用作食品、日用品和电子产品等的包装材料,是目前应用作为广泛的塑料包装材料。除此之外,PE薄膜在具有优良的水蒸气与气体阻隔性能,特别适合用作卫生用品包装薄膜。
然而现有的PE薄膜在阻燃防火性能方面有所缺陷,当PE薄膜包装的产品燃烧时,起不到阻燃防火作用,因此,本发明研究了一种阻燃型PE薄膜,具有可观的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明主要提供了一种阻燃型PE薄膜及其制备方法,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃型PE薄膜,包括薄膜本体,所述薄膜本体从上往下方向上依次设有上层薄膜、基层薄膜和下层薄膜,所述基层薄膜的表面设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的表面设有纳米透气层,所述纳米透气层的表面粘合有上层薄膜,所述基层薄膜的底面设有防水层,所述防水层底面粘合有下层薄膜。
其中,所述基层薄膜包括40-50质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、25-35质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和25-35质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
其中,所述上层薄膜包括60-75质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和15-25质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
其中,所述下层薄膜包括50-60质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂和10-20质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂;
其中,所述阻燃层包括10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液和2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯混合而成;
其中,所述纳米透气层包括纳米纤维膜,所述纳米纤维膜通过粘合剂热压粘合在所述阻燃层和所述上层薄膜之间;
其中,所述防水层包括10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、3-8质量份的环氧树脂和0.5-1质量份的丙三醇混合而成。
其中,所述基层薄膜、上层薄膜、下层薄膜的厚度比为2:(1.2-1.5):(1.2-1.5)。
其中,所述基层薄膜的厚度为30-40μm,所述阻燃层的厚度为10-15μm,所述纳米透气层的厚度为1-3μm,所述防水层的厚度为2-5μm。
其中,所述纳米纤维膜采取的是深圳市利美新材料有限公司生产的纳米防水透气膜。
其中,所述粘合剂采用醋酸乙烯树脂与二甲基硅油的混合物制备而成。
本发明还提供了一种阻燃型PE薄膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S01:制备薄膜本体,将制作上层薄膜、基层薄膜和下层薄膜的原料分别按照上述质量份混合均匀,然后分别送到三组挤膜机中挤出,得到熔膜,分别为上层薄膜、基层薄膜和下层薄膜,待用;
S02:制备阻燃层,向反应釜一依次加入10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯和0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液,搅拌混合均匀后制得阻燃液,待用;
S03:制备防水层,向反应釜二依次加入10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和3-8质量份的环氧树脂,边搅拌边加入0.5-1质量份的丙三醇,搅拌均匀后制得防水液,待用;
S04:将步骤SO2制得的阻燃液均匀的涂抹在基层薄膜的表面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜一;
S05:将步骤S03制备的防水液均匀的涂抹在步骤S04制得的薄膜一的基层薄膜的底面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜二;
S06:在步骤S05制得的薄膜二的表面通过粘合剂依次粘合有纳米纤维膜和上层薄膜,在薄膜二的底面通过粘合剂粘合有下层薄膜,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却成型后制得阻燃型PE薄膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过将薄膜本体从上往下方向上依次设有上层薄膜、基层薄膜和下层薄膜,基层薄膜的表面设有阻燃层,阻燃层的表面纳米透气层,纳米透气层的表面粘合有上层薄膜,基层薄膜的底面设有防水层,所述防水层底面粘合有下层薄膜,从而赋予PE薄膜本体防火防水性能,具有可观的市场前景,值得推广。

实施例1,参照图1,一种阻燃型PE薄膜,包括薄膜本体1,所述薄膜本体1从上往下方向上依次设有上层薄膜101、基层薄膜102和下层薄膜103,所述基层薄膜102的表面设有阻燃层104,所述阻燃层104的表面设有纳米透气层105,所述纳米透气层105上设有透气孔,所述纳米透气层105的表面粘合有上层薄膜101,所述基层薄膜102的底面设有防水层106,所述防水层106底面粘合有下层薄膜103。
其中,所述上层薄膜101包括60-75质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和15-25质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
上层薄膜101主要原料采用低密度聚乙烯树脂,透气性好,便于和纳米透气膜配合粘合;
其中,所述基层薄膜102包括40-50质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、25-35质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和25-35质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
其中,所述下层薄膜103包括50-60质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂和10-20质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂;
下层薄膜103的主要原料采用高密度聚乙烯树脂,绝缘性好,便于和防水层结合。
其中,所述阻燃层104包括10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液和2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯混合而成;
四溴双酚A双醚在PE薄膜中起到很好的阻燃性能,与单月桂酸甘油酯配合使用,阻燃效果好。
其中,所述纳米透气层105包括纳米纤维膜,所述纳米纤维膜通过粘合剂热压粘合在所述阻燃层104和所述上层薄膜101之间;
其中,所述防水层105包括10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、3-8质量份的环氧树脂和0.5-1质量份的丙三醇混合而成。
环氧树脂本身防水性能有限,配合二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯使用,防水效果明显。
其中,所述基层薄膜102、上层薄膜101、下层薄膜103的厚度比为2:(1.2-1.5):(1.2-1.5),基层薄膜102、上层薄膜101、下层薄膜103的厚度比优选为2:1.5:1.5。
其中,所述基层薄膜102的厚度为30-40μm,所述阻燃层104的厚度为10-15μm,所述纳米透气层105的厚度为1-3μm,所述防水层106的厚度为2-5μm。
其中,所述纳米纤维膜采取的是深圳市利美新材料有限公司生产的纳米防水透气膜。
其中,所述粘合剂采用醋酸乙烯树脂与二甲基硅油的混合物制备而成。
粘合剂采用醋酸乙烯树脂与二甲基硅油混合而成,二甲基硅油赋予粘合剂更好的柔软性,从而使得粘合过程更为的平整。
实施例1还提供了一种阻燃型PE薄膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S01:制备薄膜本体1,将制作上层薄膜101、基层薄膜102和下层薄膜103的原料分别按上述质量份混合均匀,然后分别送到三组挤膜机中挤出,得到熔膜,分别为上层薄膜101、基层薄膜102和下层薄膜103,待用;其中,上层薄膜101、基层薄膜102和下层薄膜103对应设置的三组挤膜剂的出膜温度分别为180、195、185℃;
S02:制备阻燃层104,向反应釜一依次加入10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯混合和0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液,搅拌均匀后制得阻燃液,待用,其中,反应釜一的温度为85℃;
S03:制备防水层105,向反应釜二依次加入10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和3-8质量份的环氧树脂,边搅拌边加入0.5-1质量份的丙三醇,搅拌均匀后制得防水液,待用,反应釜二的搅拌温度为100℃;
S04:将步骤SO2制得的阻燃液均匀的涂抹在基层薄膜102的表面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜一,红外加热的温度为155℃,加热时间为30s;
S05:将步骤S03制备的防水液均匀的涂抹在步骤S04制得的薄膜一的基层薄膜102的底面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜二,红外加热的温度为170℃,加热时间为30s;
S06:在步骤S05制得的薄膜二的表面通过粘合剂依次粘合有纳米纤维膜和上层薄膜101,在薄膜二的底面通过粘合剂粘合有下层薄膜103,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却成型后制得阻燃型PE薄膜,红外加热的温度为205℃。
S07:将制备的阻燃型PE薄膜经过检验,收券和入库。
将实施例1制得的PE薄膜经过测试,阻燃效果达到V-0级。
上述结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的这种非实质改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其他场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃型PE薄膜,包括薄膜本体(1),所述薄膜本体(1)从上往下方向上依次设有上层薄膜(101)、基层薄膜(102)和下层薄膜(103),其特征在于:所述基层薄膜(102)的表面设有阻燃层(104),所述阻燃层(104)的表面设有纳米透气层(105),所述纳米透气层(105)的表面粘合有上层薄膜(101),所述基层薄膜(102)的底面设有防水层(106),所述防水层(106)底面粘合有下层薄膜(103)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型PE薄膜,其特征在于:所述基层薄膜(102)包括40-50质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂、25-35质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和25-35质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
所述上层薄膜(101)包括60-75质量份的低密度聚乙烯树脂和15-25质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂;
所述下层薄膜(103)包括50-60质量份的高密度聚乙烯树脂和10-20质量份的线性低密度聚乙烯树脂;
所述阻燃层(104)包括10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液和2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯混合而成;
所述纳米透气层(105)包括纳米纤维膜,所述纳米纤维膜通过粘合剂热压粘合在所述阻燃层和所述上层薄膜之间;
所述防水层(106)包括10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、3-8质量份的环氧树脂和0.5-1质量份的丙三醇混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃型PE薄膜,其特征在于:所述基层薄膜(102)、上层薄膜(101)、下层薄膜(103)的厚度比为2:(1.2-1.5):(1.2-1.5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种阻燃型PE薄膜,其特征在于:所述基层薄膜(102)的厚度为30-40μm,所述阻燃层(104)的厚度为10-15μm,所述纳米透气层(105)的厚度为1-3μm,所述防水层(106)的厚度为2-5μm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃型PE薄膜,其特征在于:所述纳米纤维膜采取的是深圳市利美新材料有限公司生产的纳米防水透气膜。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃型PE薄膜,其特征在于:所述粘合剂采用醋酸乙烯树脂与二甲基硅油的混合物制备而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种阻燃型PE薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S01:制备薄膜本体(1),分别将制作上层薄膜(101)、基层薄膜(102)和下层薄膜(103)的原料按上述质量份混合均匀,然后分别送到三组挤膜机中挤出,得到熔膜,分别为上层薄膜(101)、基层薄膜(102)和下层薄膜(103),待用;
S02:制备阻燃层(104),向反应釜一依次加入10-15质量份的四溴双酚A双醚、2-5份单月桂酸甘油酯和0.5-1质量份的乙醇溶液,搅拌混合均匀后制得阻燃液,待用;
S03:制备防水层(106),向反应釜二依次加入10-15质量份的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和3-8质量份的环氧树脂,边搅拌边加入0.5-1质量份的丙三醇,搅拌混合均匀后制得防水液,待用;
S04:将步骤SO2制得的阻燃液均匀的涂抹在基层薄膜(102)的表面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜一;
S05:将步骤S03制备的防水液均匀的涂抹在步骤S04制得的薄膜一的基层薄膜(102)的底面,通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却定型后制得薄膜二;
S06:在步骤S05制得的薄膜二的表面通过粘合剂依次粘合有纳米纤维膜和上层薄膜(101),在薄膜二的底面通过粘合剂粘合有下层薄膜(103),通过红外加热,辊压贴合,冷却成型后制得阻燃型PE薄膜。
