A concealer with a spot-lightening and moisturizing function is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of august burr extract, 20 parts of phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution, 10 parts of meadowrue flower seed oil, 1.6 parts of skin penetrating agent, 1.2 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.80 part of titanium dioxide, 4.8 parts of beeswax, 1.5 parts of fruit acid, 0.68 part of vitamin E, 0.48 part of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.50 part of sorbitan sesquioleate, 0.95 part of emollient, 1.0 part of colorant, 0.60 part of stabilizer and 40 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the October burr extract comprises the following steps:

thirdly, preparing the phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution:
and (3) uniformly mixing the obtained phorus fruit extracting solution and the nano pearl powder dispersion liquid according to the mass ratio of 2.3:4.2 by ultrasonic waves to obtain a phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution finished product.
The concentration of the ethanol solution used in the preparation process of the phorus fruit extracting solution is 75 percent.
The skin penetrating agent is laurocapram.
The emollient is isopropyl palmitate.
The colorant is CI 77492.
The stabilizer is lecithin.

s3, under the condition of mechanical stirring, transferring the organic phase prepared in the step S1 into the inorganic phase prepared in the step S2, and mixing and stirring the organic phase and the inorganic phase for 10 min; and then when the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the rest raw materials, fully and uniformly stirring, cooling and discharging to obtain the finished product of the concealer with the spot-lightening and moisturizing functions.
Performance testing
Comparative example: concealer manufactured by certain cosmetics limited, Guangzhou.
The concealer products (denoted as examples 1 to 3) produced in the comparative example and examples 1 to 3 were respectively tested for effectiveness.
Testing one:
test objects: each experimental group was 20 women (25-50 years old);
test area: a face; use of: once a day for 4 weeks;

2. The concealer with the speckle lightening and moisturizing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the October burr extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning the August burr with clear water, placing the August burr in a constant-temperature drying box for drying, then crushing the August burr into fine powder with the particle size of 80-150 meshes, then weighing a certain amount of August burr fine powder, putting the August burr fine powder into a container, adding a cleaning agent with the mass 4-7 times that of the August burr fine powder into the container, and performing ultrasonic cleaning for 15-30 min with the ultrasonic cleaning power of 250W; and then transferring the ultrasonically cleaned Ilicis burr fine powder into an extractor, adding an ethanol solution with the mass being 8-10 times that of the Ilicis burr fine powder and the concentration being 60-75% into the extractor, and sequentially performing reflux extraction, reduced-pressure concentration and vacuum drying treatment to obtain the Ilicis burr extract.

placing the washed and dried phorus fruits in a constant-temperature drying box for drying, then crushing the phorus fruits into fine powder with the particle size of 100-200 meshes, placing the fine powder in an extractor, adding an ethanol solution with the mass of 7-10 times of that of the fine powder into the extractor, performing reflux extraction for 5-8 hours, recovering the solvent under reduced pressure, filtering the mixed solution in the extractor, removing filter residues, and placing the obtained phorus fruit extracting solution in a sterilization box for sterilization; storing and standby;
step 2, preparing nano pearl powder dispersion liquid:
transferring the nano pearl powder into a reaction kettle, respectively adding glucose oxidase with the mass of 0.65-1.25%, catalase with the mass of 0.48-0.82% and distilled water with the mass of 3.6-5.5 times of the nano pearl powder into the reaction kettle, premixing and stirring uniformly for 3-5 min, ultrasonically mixing the mixed components in the reaction kettle uniformly at the frequency of 15-30 kHz, standing for 8-12 h at the constant temperature of 45-60 ℃, then raising the temperature in the reaction kettle to 80-90 ℃, standing for 30-45 min at the constant temperature, and taking out the nano pearl powder dispersion liquid; placing the mixture in a sterilization box for sterilization treatment; storing and standby;
step 3, preparing the phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution:
and (3) ultrasonically mixing the obtained phorus fruit extracting solution and the nano pearl powder dispersion liquid uniformly according to the mass ratio of 1.5-2.3: 3.6-4.2 to obtain the phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution finished product.

10. The process for preparing a concealer with a spot lightening and moisturizing function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing the meadowfoam seed oil, the titanium dioxide, the beeswax, the fruit acid, the ethylhexyl glycerin, the sorbitan sesquioleate and the colorant, adding the mixture into an oil phase pot, and uniformly stirring the mixture at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ to prepare an organic phase; storing and standby;
s2, mixing the October burr extract, the phorus fruit-nano pearl powder nutrient solution, hyaluronic acid, an emollient, a stabilizer and deionized water, adding into a water phase pot, heating at 70-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain an inorganic phase; storing and standby;
s3, under the condition of mechanical stirring, transferring the organic phase prepared in the step S1 into the inorganic phase prepared in the step S2, and mixing and stirring the organic phase and the inorganic phase for 5-10 min; and then, when the temperature is reduced to 35-45 ℃, adding the rest raw materials, fully and uniformly stirring, cooling and discharging to obtain the finished product of the concealer with the spot-lightening and moisturizing functions.
