技术领域
本发明涉及曲面盖板生产技术领域,尤其公开了一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步及经济社会的发展,智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表等产品已经逐渐成为人们的日常生活用品,智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表经由多个零部件组装装配而成,为了符合人体工程学原理,提升人们使用时的手感体验,智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表大都配置有曲面盖板。
曲面盖板大都采用平面盖板经由热弯成型加工制成,实际制造时,需要将平面盖板放入热弯机械中进行热弯成型,由于热弯机械与平面盖板直接接触,热弯机械对盖板挤压会形成大量的压印、模印、表面麻点,同时还会伴随热弯机械刮伤平面盖板而导致盖板损坏,曲面盖板的生产制造效率低下,后续还需要配置去除压印、模印、表面麻点的专用设备,导致曲面盖板的生产制造居高不下。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺,经由油墨防护层对盖板热弯成型过程中的防护,减少热弯模具对盖板挤压所形成的压印、模印、表面麻点,并减少盖板裸露形成的刮伤,提升曲面盖板的生产制造良率,降低曲面盖板的生产制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
将油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层;
将涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中,利用热弯设备对热弯模具进行处理以使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板;
清洗掉曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板。

对曲面盖板进行抛光处理,使得曲面盖板成为曲面抛光盖板。

对曲面抛光盖板进行强化处理,使得曲面抛光盖板成为盖板成品。
其中,利用印刷设备将油墨印刷在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层,盖板板件的正反两面均印刷有油墨防护层。

对印刷有油墨防护层的盖板板件进行烘烤处理,使得油墨防护层固化在盖板板件,将烘烤处理后的盖板板件放入热弯模具中。

对盖板料片进行激光切割雕刻处理,将盖板料片切割成多个盖板板件。

对油墨进行搅拌处理,使得油墨混合均匀;将搅拌处理后的油墨静置,将静置后的油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层。
其中,将曲面防护盖板放入清洗剂中或水中,利用超声波对清洗剂中或水中的曲面防护盖板进行处理,将曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层清洗掉,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板。
其中,涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中后,热弯设备对热弯模具依次进行预热处理、热弯压型处理及冷却处理,使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板。
其中,盖板板件采用玻璃、金属、塑料或陶瓷制成,热弯模具采用石墨制成。
本发明的有益效果:经由油墨防护层对盖板热弯成型过程中的防护,减少热弯模具对盖板挤压所形成的压印、模印、表面麻点,并减少盖板裸露形成的刮伤,提升曲面盖板的生产制造良率,降低曲面盖板的生产制造成本。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
将油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层;根据实际需要,盖板板件可以采用玻璃、金属、塑料或陶瓷制成,即盖板板件为玻璃板件、金属板件、塑料板件或陶瓷板件,优选地,盖板板件为透明的玻璃板件或透明的塑料板件;油墨为耐高温防护油墨;
将涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中,利用热弯设备对热弯模具进行处理以使得热弯模具内的盖板板件热弯成型为曲面防护盖板;优选地,热弯模具采用石墨制成,即热弯模具为石墨模具,石墨颗粒粒径小于3μ,并且颗粒要均匀,石墨模具的孔隙小于0.8μm;借助石墨的耐高温性、导热性好、润滑性、化学稳定性、抗热震性等特性,辅助提升盖板的热弯成型良率;
清洗掉曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板。
经由油墨防护层对盖板热弯成型过程中的防护,减少热弯模具直接接触盖板板件对盖板挤压所形成的压印、模印、表面麻点,并减少盖板裸露形成的刮伤,提升曲面盖板的生产制造良率,降低曲面盖板的生产制造成本。
石墨的熔点为(3 850±50)℃,沸点为4250℃,经高温灼烧重量损失很小。石墨的热膨胀系数小,尤其与玻璃盖板有非常相近的热膨胀系数,收缩和热胀非常接近,更有利于玻璃盖板热弯工艺的控制;石墨强度随温度提高而加强,能在高温下承受热弯设备热弯作业施加的压力。石墨的导热系数随温度升高而降低,在玻璃盖板热弯作业温度范围内导热性能良好,有利于温度向玻璃盖板的传导,提高热效率。石墨材质模具表面光滑,组织均匀,尺寸精准,且容易脱模,能减少对玻璃盖板造成伤害。石墨在常温下化学稳定性非常好,不易受热态玻璃盖板的浸润,也不会影响玻璃盖板的结构和成分。石墨能经受住温度的剧烈变化,温度突变时,石墨的体积变化不大,不会产生裂纹,从而提高热弯模具的使用寿命。
盖板热弯防护成型工艺还包括如下步骤:
对曲面盖板进行抛光处理,使得曲面盖板成为曲面抛光盖板。根据实际需要,可以利用转动的抛光轮(例如布轮等)对曲面盖板的表面进行抛光处理,使得曲面盖板成为曲面抛光盖板。当然,根据实际需要,亦可在抛光轮上涂设用于抛光的抛光油,以提升曲面盖板的抛光效率。经由对曲面盖板的抛光处理,一方面去除曲面盖板表面的不良痕迹,另一方面增加盖板表面的光洁度,提升盖板在使用过程中的装饰性效果。对于透光盖板来说,抛光处理还可以增加盖板的透光性,提升显示效果。
盖板热弯防护成型工艺还包括如下步骤:
对曲面抛光盖板进行强化处理,使得曲面抛光盖板成为盖板成品。经由对曲面抛光盖板的强化处理,一方面提升曲面抛光盖板自身的强度,降低曲面抛光盖板受到碰撞而损伤的几率,延长曲面抛光盖板的使用寿命;另一方面降低曲面抛光盖板的内应力,降低曲面抛光盖板发生二次变形的几率,确保曲面抛光盖板使用的稳定性。
利用印刷设备将油墨印刷在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层,盖板板件的正反两面均印刷有油墨防护层,实现对盖板板件的充分防护。优选地,印刷设备为丝网印刷机,优选地,使用65~75°刮胶印刷,印刷速度宜控制在250~300rpm/Sk的低速状态下印刷。网版目数:使用60~80T(150~200目),大面积印刷建议采用80T网目。网版清洗可使用酮类或酯类溶剂。网版感光胶膜度:20~30um(干膜实测)。为达到足够的印刷膜厚,建议只印刷一次,回墨刀在回墨时需要较大压力使网孔完全填满再印刷。
盖板热弯防护成型工艺还包括如下步骤:
对印刷有油墨防护层的盖板板件进行烘烤处理,使得油墨防护层固化在盖板板件,将烘烤处理后的盖板板件放入热弯模具中。烘烤时,烘烤温度控制在100-220℃,使得油墨防护层快速固化附着在盖板板件上,烘烤时长控制在10-30分钟。
盖板热弯防护成型工艺还包括如下步骤:
对盖板料片进行激光切割雕刻处理,将盖板料片切割成多个盖板板件。利用激光对盖板料片进行切割处理,提升切割效率及切割良率,提升盖板板件的加工制造效率。利用激光对盖板料片或盖板板件进行雕刻处理,进而使得盖板板件上快速形成所需的穿孔等其它形状的凹凸结构,提升盖板板件的制造效率。
盖板热弯防护成型工艺还包括如下步骤:
对油墨进行搅拌处理,使得油墨混合均匀,确保油墨使用性能的稳定性;将搅拌处理后的油墨静置,例如,将搅拌后的油墨静置3-5分钟,以减少油墨在印刷到盖板板件的过程中产生的气泡、毛边、溢边等现象,提升印刷良率,将静置后的油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层。
将曲面防护盖板放入清洗剂中或水中,利用超声波对清洗剂中或水中的曲面防护盖板进行处理,将曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层清洗掉,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板。借助超声波对曲面防护盖板进行清洗,提升油墨防护层的去除效率及去除良率。
涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中后,热弯设备对热弯模具依次进行预热处理、热弯压型处理、退火处理及冷却处理,使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板。
实际制造时,热弯设备对热弯模具进行预热处理,使得热弯模具的温度逐渐上升至700℃;然后热弯设备对热弯模具再进行热弯压型处理,此时热弯模具的温度在预定的压力状态下由700℃逐渐上升至730℃,并保压预定时长,使得热弯模具内的盖板板件被热压弯曲成为曲面防护盖板;然后热弯设备对热弯模具进行退火,使得热弯模具的温度逐渐降低至550℃;最后热弯设备对热弯模具进行冷却处理,使得热弯模具快速降低至50℃,此后即可将曲面防护盖板从热弯模具内取出。
油墨为耐高温保护油墨,耐高温保护油墨如下所示:
实施例1
本实施例中,耐高温保护油墨包括如下重量份的原料:组分A 38份、二氧化硅5份、硫酸钙晶体30份、金红石钛2份、PTFE10份、滑石粉13份、流平剂1份、消泡剂1份;
每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂46份、去离子水24份、无水乙醇11份、乙二醇丁醚5份、有机酸0.4份、乳化剂0.5份、双氧水4份。
进一步的,所述流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷和聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按照质量比1:1.5组成。所述聚醚改性聚硅氧烷优选但不限于德国毕克BYK-333流平剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂由聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟化硅油和辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚按照重量比1:1.2:0.6组成。所述聚二甲基硅氧烷优选但不限于二甲基硅油DC-200。所述氟化硅油优选但不限于晏迪氟硅油YD-FS-50。
进一步的,所述有机酸由乙烯基苯甲酸和富马酸按照重量比1:1.2:0.6组成。所述乳化剂由十二烷基苯磺酸和烷基磷酸酯照重量比1:1.2:0.6组成。

进一步的,所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、在氮气保护下,按重量份计,取六亚甲基二异氰酸酯22份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.15份,在60℃温度下加入聚四氢呋喃二醇38份,然后在75℃温度下反应135min,测定-NCO达到理论值,加入乙二胺基乙磺酸钠2.0份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮7份,继续反应至100min至测定-NCO达到理论值,得到混合物Ⅰ;
(2)、取乙二醇丁醚6份、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯8份、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸3份、丁二胺1.5份,加入到将步骤(1)制得的混合物Ⅰ,反应70min后得到混合物Ⅱ;
(3)、取甲基三乙氧基硅烷5份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份、聚马来酸酐4份、过硫酸钾6份加入到步骤(2)制得的混合物Ⅱ中,并滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯9份、丙烯酸月桂酯8份,在70℃温度下反应120min,然后加入聚苯硫醚18份,搅拌并混合均匀后得到改性丙烯酸树脂。
上述耐高温保护油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤A:取改性丙烯酸树脂和二分之一的去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至80℃恒温处理120min,然后添加无水乙醇升温到105℃,恒温处理120min后温度降至80℃,再滴加有机酸,有机酸在保温条件下60min滴完,然后加剩余的去离子水升温到106℃,恒温处理60mi后添加乙二醇丁醚,继续保温30min后加入乳化剂,待料冷却到95℃时,加入双氧水保温30min后降温至室温出料,得到组分A;
步骤B:将组分A和二氧化硅、硫酸钙晶体、金红石钛、PTFE、滑石粉、流平剂、消泡剂按比例混合后,分散均匀后经研磨,制得耐高温保护油墨。
进一步的,所述步骤A中,所述双氧水的浓度为27wt%。
进一步的,所述步骤B中,各原料分散均匀后,采用三辊机进行多次研磨至耐高温保护油墨的细度小于5μm。
实施例2
本实施例中,耐高温保护油墨包括如下重量份的原料:组分A 36份、二氧化硅4份、硫酸钙晶体28份、金红石钛1.6份、PTFE 8份、滑石粉11份、流平剂0.7份、消泡剂1.3份;
每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂44份、去离子水22份、无水乙醇10份、乙二醇丁醚4份、有机酸0.2份、乳化剂0.2份、双氧水1份。
进一步的,所述流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷和聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按照质量比1:0.8组成。
进一步的,所述消泡剂由聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟化硅油和辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚按照重量比1:1:0.5组成。所述有机酸为肉桂酸和乙烯基苯磺酸按重量比2:1组成。

(1)、在氮气保护下,按重量份计,取六亚甲基二异氰酸酯18份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,在55℃温度下加入聚四氢呋喃二醇32份,然后在70℃温度下反应150min,测定-NCO达到理论值,加入乙二胺基乙磺酸钠1.8份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮6份,继续反应至120min至测定-NCO达到理论值,得到混合物Ⅰ;
(2)、取乙二醇丁醚4份、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯6份、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸2-5份、丁二胺1份,加入到将步骤(1)制得的混合物Ⅰ,反应90min后得到混合物Ⅱ;
(3)、取甲基三乙氧基硅烷4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3份、聚马来酸酐3份、过硫酸铵5份加入到步骤(2)制得的混合物Ⅱ中,并滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯8份、丙烯酸月桂酯6份,在65℃温度下反应90-150min,然后加入聚苯硫醚15-24份,搅拌并混合均匀后得到改性丙烯酸树脂。
上述耐高温保护油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤A:取改性丙烯酸树脂和三分之二去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至70℃恒温处理150min,然后添加无水乙醇升温到102℃,恒温处理150min后温度降至75℃,再滴加有机酸,有机酸在保温条件下45min滴完,然后加剩余的去离子水升温到105℃,恒温处理75min后添加乙二醇丁醚,继续保温35min后加入乳化剂,待料冷却到90℃时,加入双氧水保温35min后降温至室温出料,得到组分A;
步骤B:将组分A和二氧化硅、硫酸钙晶体、金红石钛、PTFE、滑石粉、流平剂、消泡剂按比例混合后,分散均匀后经研磨,制得耐高温保护油墨。
进一步的,所述步骤A中,所述双氧水的浓度为26wt%。
进一步的,所述步骤B中,各原料分散均匀后,采用三辊机进行多次研磨至耐高温保护油墨的细度小于5μm。

每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂48份、去离子水26份、无水乙醇12份、乙二醇丁醚6份、有机酸0.7份、乳化剂0.8份、双氧水5份。
进一步的,所述流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷和聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按照质量比1:2组成。所述聚醚改性聚硅氧烷优选但不限于德国毕克BYK-333流平剂。

(3)、取甲基三乙氧基硅烷7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6份、聚马来酸酐5份、过硫酸钠8份加入到步骤(2)制得的混合物Ⅱ中,并滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯12份、丙烯酸月桂酯10份,在75℃温度下反应90min,然后加入聚苯硫醚24份,搅拌并混合均匀后得到改性丙烯酸树脂。
上述耐高温保护油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤A:取改性丙烯酸树脂和二分之一去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至70℃恒温处理150min,然后添加无水乙醇升温到108℃,恒温处理100min后温度降至75℃,再滴加有机酸,有机酸在保温条件下75min滴完,然后加剩余的去离子水升温到108℃,恒温处理45min后添加乙二醇丁醚,继续保温25min后加入乳化剂,待料冷却到100℃时,加入双氧水保温25min后降温至室温出料,得到组分A;
步骤B:将组分A和二氧化硅、硫酸钙晶体、金红石钛、PTFE、滑石粉、流平剂、消泡剂按比例混合后,分散均匀后经研磨,制得耐高温保护油墨。

每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂45份、去离子水23份、无水乙醇11份、乙二醇丁醚4.5份、有机酸0.4份、乳化剂0.3份、双氧水2份。

(3)、取甲基三乙氧基硅烷5份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4份、聚马来酸酐4份、引发剂6份加入到步骤(2)制得的混合物Ⅱ中,并滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯11份、丙烯酸月桂酯8份,在72℃温度下反应120min,然后加入聚苯硫醚20份,搅拌并混合均匀后得到改性丙烯酸树脂。
上述耐高温保护油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A:取改性丙烯酸树脂和部分去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至85℃恒温处理120min,然后添加无水乙醇升温到104℃,恒温处理120min后温度降至80℃,再滴加有机酸,有机酸在保温条件下60min滴完,然后加剩余的去离子水升温到106℃,恒温处理60min后添加乙二醇丁醚,继续保温30min后加入乳化剂,待料冷却到96℃时,加入双氧水保温30min后降温至室温出料,得到组分A;
步骤B:将组分A和二氧化硅、硫酸钙晶体、金红石钛、PTFE、滑石粉、流平剂、消泡剂按比例混合后,分散均匀后经研磨,制得耐高温保护油墨。

本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:采用市面上现有的日本三菱丙烯酸树脂LR-7627替代实施例1的改性丙烯酸树脂。本对比例的其余内容与实施例1相同,这里不再赘述。

本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:本对比例不含有实施例1中的金红石钛和PTFE,额外采用实施例1中的组分A取代PTFE,二氧化硅取代金红石钛。本对比例的其余内容与实施例1相同,这里不再赘述。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:本对比例的耐高温保护油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A:取改性丙烯酸树脂、去离子水、有机酸、乙二醇丁醚、乳化剂、双氧水和二氧化硅、硫酸钙晶体、金红石钛、PTFE、滑石粉、流平剂、消泡剂按比例混合后,在90℃温度下恒温处理120min,冷却至室温,分散均匀后经研磨,制得耐高温保护油墨。
采用200目聚酯网版将实施例1-4和对比例1-3耐高温保护油墨印刷于玻璃盖板,制得的保护油墨层成膜厚度为18μm,先在100℃温度下固化10min,再在230℃温度下固化30min;然后采用石墨模具进行玻璃盖板热弯成型,待玻璃盖板热弯成型结束后,加入去离子水进行超声波10min清洗,观察是否褪除保护油墨层。对上述实施例1-4和对比例1-3制得的耐高温保护油墨进行耐高温性、成膜性、粘附可剥性进行测试,测试结果如下:
附着力测试为:取实施例1-5和对比例1-3的保护油墨印刷于玻璃盖板,制得的保护油墨层成膜厚度为18μm,先在100℃温度下固化10min,再在230℃温度下固化30min,然后在成膜面划1x1mm百格,用刀片测试保护油墨与玻璃盖板之间的附着力,具体如下:
耐高温测试为:取实施例1-5和对比例1-3的保护油墨印刷于玻璃盖板,制得的保护油墨层成膜厚度为18μm,先在100℃温度下固化10min,再在230℃温度下固化30min,然后在800℃下处理150min,结果发现,实施例1-4和对比例1无翘曲脱落现象,对比例1-2均出现翘曲脱落现象。玻璃盖板热弯成型后,实施例1-4的保护油墨层颜色深浅一致,对比例1-3的保护油墨层颜色出现深浅色差。
本发明实施例1-4的保护油墨呈白色膏状,可在23℃,60%RH环境下保存六个月。
对本发明实施例1-4的保护油墨进行铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、六价铬(Cr(VI))、多溴联苯(PBBs)、多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)含量检测,结果如下列表格所示:

从上述内容可以看出,本发明的耐高温保护油墨性能优良,在高温高压环境中膜性能无变化,可采用清洗剂或水褪除,解决了传统保护胶不耐高温的特性,同时易剥离,无残留无边框,可提高产品良率,使用安全环保。本发明的保护油墨涂覆于待热弯成型玻璃盖板的外表面,可对玻璃盖板在高温过程熔融状态实现有效的保护,能起到缓冲作用,减少热弯模具对玻璃盖板挤压形成的模印、压印、磨痕、表面麻点,并减少玻璃盖板裸露形成刮伤,有效提升盖板的生产制造良率,减少损耗,降低成本。

Claims (4)
1.一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
对盖板料片进行激光切割雕刻处理,将盖板料片切割成多个盖板板件;
将油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层;
对涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件进行烘烤处理,使得油墨防护层固化在盖板板件,将烘烤处理后的盖板板件放入热弯模具中;
将涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中,利用热弯设备对热弯模具进行处理以使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板;
涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中后,热弯设备对热弯模具依次进行预热处理、热弯压型处理及冷却处理,使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板;
热弯设备对热弯模具进行预热处理,使得热弯模具的温度逐渐上升至700℃;
热弯设备对热弯模具进行热弯压型处理,热弯模具的温度在预定的压力状态下由700℃逐渐上升至730℃,并保压预定时长,使得热弯模具内的盖板板件被热压弯曲成为曲面防护盖板;
热弯设备对热弯模具进行退火,使得热弯模具的温度逐渐降低至550℃;
热弯设备对热弯模具进行冷却处理,使得热弯模具快速降低至50℃,将曲面防护盖板从热弯模具内取出;
清洗掉曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板;
将曲面防护盖板放入清洗剂中或水中,利用超声波对清洗剂中或水中的曲面防护盖板进行清洗处理,将曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层清洗掉,使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板;
对曲面盖板进行抛光处理,使得曲面盖板成为曲面抛光盖板;
利用转动的抛光轮对曲面盖板的表面进行抛光处理,抛光轮涂设有抛光油;
对曲面抛光盖板进行强化处理,使得曲面抛光盖板成为盖板成品;

或者所述油墨包括如下重量份的原料:组分A 36份、二氧化硅4份、硫酸钙晶体28份、金红石钛1 .6份、PTFE 8份、滑石粉11份、流平剂0.7份、消泡剂1.3份;每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂44份、去离子水22份、无水乙醇10份、乙二醇丁醚4份、有机酸0.2份、乳化剂0.2份、双氧水1份;
或者所述油墨包括如下重量份的原料:组分A 40份、二氧化硅6份、硫酸钙晶体32份、金红石钛2 .4份、PTFE 12份、滑石粉15份、流平剂1.2份、消泡剂0.7份;每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂48份、去离子水26份、无水乙醇12份、乙二醇丁醚6份、有机酸0.7份、乳化剂0.8份、双氧水5份;
或者所述油墨包括如下重量份的原料:组分A 37份、二氧化硅5份、硫酸钙晶体29份、金红石钛1.9份、PTFE 9份、滑石粉12份、流平剂0.8份、消泡剂1.1份;每份所述组分A包括如下重量份的原料:改性丙烯酸树脂45份、去离子水23份、无水乙醇11份、乙二醇丁醚4.5份、有机酸0.4份、乳化剂0.3份、双氧水2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖板热弯防护成型工艺,其特征在于:利用印刷设备将油墨印刷在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层,盖板板件的正反两面均印刷有油墨防护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的盖板热弯防护成型工艺,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
对油墨进行搅拌处理,使得油墨混合均匀;将搅拌处理后的油墨静置,将静置后的油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盖板热弯防护成型工艺,其特征在于:盖板板件采用玻璃、金属、塑料或陶瓷制成,热弯模具采用石墨制成。
