Abstract
The invention discloses a production method for reproducing ink mark root painting and calligraphy by using environment-friendly materials, which comprises the following steps: firstly, taking the existing painting and calligraphy works as a blue book, and selecting tree root materials similar to the original ink marks; secondly, constructing the tree root material into the shape of the original painting and calligraphy works, and modifying one surface of the tree root material into a plane to obtain an original mould; thirdly, using the original mould to develop the mould; fourthly, pouring by using an environment-friendly material; and fifthly, demolding and polishing to obtain the calligraphy and painting product with the reproduced ink marks. The method can produce environment-friendly ink mark root calligraphy and painting artworks in batches, the product keeps the artistic effect of over 95 percent of the original work and can be completely comparable with the original work, and the artworks are nontoxic, pollution-free, have a natural waterproof function and can be hung outdoors safely and carelessly; the manufacturing process is simple, the general study is easy to understand, the working efficiency is high, and a good artistic effect is obtained.

The rubbing process in the third step comprises the following steps: A. placing the original mold on a plane, wherein the plane of the original mold faces downwards and the concave-convex surface faces upwards; B. filling a hollow inner die in the middle of the cavity part with the middle distance of more than 20mm of the original die; C. filling a layer of cement with the thickness of 5-10 mm above, around and in the cavity part of the original mold to obtain an original mold cement bag, and then manufacturing one or more cement columns which are stably fixed above the original mold cement bag to form a casting opening; D. a circle of outer template is arranged around the original mould daub package, the height of the outer template is 10mm larger than the thickness of the original mould daub package, and the minimum distance between the outer template and the original mould daub package is 10 mm; E. pouring gypsum between the original mould daub package and the outer template, and removing the outer template after solidification; F. digging out the plaster column, turning the original mould plaster bag and the plaster outer mould 180 degrees together, taking the original mould and the hollow inner mould out of the plaster outer mould, cleaning a plaster layer in the plaster outer mould, turning the original mould, the hollow inner mould and the plaster outer mould 180 degrees together, and returning the original mould and the hollow inner mould to the plaster outer mould in situ; G. slowly pouring the silica gel of the mold into the gypsum external mold from a casting opening on the top surface of the gypsum external mold, and solidifying for 1.5-3 hours to obtain the silica gel internal mold; H. and taking the silica gel inner mold out of the gypsum outer mold, taking out the hollow inner mold, taking out the original mold from the silica gel inner mold, and finishing mold expanding.

Compared with the traditional rubbing process, the rubbing process is different in that:
1. the model of the single-level and multi-level models is solved;

2. The production and application of the hollow internal mold process:
(1) because the cross section of the tree root is basically circular, if the tree root is applied to a root book, the situation that two tree roots are used side by side often occurs, when the two tree roots are close to each other, the cross section of the manufactured silica gel inner film is large at the upper part and small at the lower part, the silica gel inner film cannot be separated from the silica gel inner film when the film is removed, the demoulding difficulty occurs, and due to the characteristic of calligraphy ink marks, when the phenomena of circles, triangles and the like occur, the multilayer original mold is wrapped, and the demoulding is more difficult.
(2) The solution is as follows:
before casting the silica gel inner film, the lower parts of two closely adjacent roots are made into a mold shape with the same section as the lower parts of the two roots by using cement, but a gap of 2-3 mm is reserved between the two roots and the mold so as to ensure that the silica gel of the mold can be smoothly poured into the gap between the roots and the mold shape. Or after the silica gel of the mold is poured, the knife is used for cutting off the redundant part influencing the demolding factor, thereby being beneficial to demolding and prolonging the service life of the film.
The environment-friendly type ink mark root calligraphy and painting art products consistent with the natural tree root calligraphy form are manufactured in batches by adopting the environment-friendly type materials to replace natural tree root materials, the price of the art products is greatly reduced, the cultural requirements of people on the art products are met, the large-batch production can be realized due to no need of a large amount of natural tree roots, the environment is not damaged, the environment-friendly type ink mark root calligraphy and painting art products in batches can be produced, the product has the art effect of more than 95 percent of the original work and can be comparable with the original work, and the art products are nontoxic, pollution-free, have a natural waterproof function and can be hung outdoors safely and carelessly; the manufacturing process is simple, the general study is easy to understand, the working efficiency is high, and a good using effect is obtained.
