Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to express a texture with high accuracy by drawing a word, a figure or a texture on the inner face of a concrete form by using a non-curable material and washing an aggregate with water after a concrete block is molded. CONSTITUTION:The inner face of a bottom plate 1a of a concrete form 1 is coated with a liq. of a non-curable material so as to draw a required figure and a layer 2 of the non-curable material is formed by solidifying it by heating with steam and then, a concrete 3 is placed in the concrete form 1. Then, a specified figure is drawn on the upper face of the concrete 3 with a layer 2a of an non-curable material powder. Then, it is cured at ambient temp. and then cured by heating and furthermore cured at ambient amp. Then it is taken out of the concrete form and the upper and lower faces are washed with water to complete a concrete block 4 with an aggregate-exposed figure 5 corresponding to the figures drawn with the layer 2 of the non curable material 2 and the layer 2a of the non-curable powder. In some cases, curing at ambient temp. before curing with steam is not performed.

(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to expose cobblestones, etc. on the surface of a concrete structure, a part of the cobblestones, etc. is embedded in a base of cement mortar, or a part of the cobblestones, etc. is buried on the surface of a concrete structure composed of cobblestones, etc. as aggregate. A curing retardant was mixed in, and after the other parts had hardened, the mortar in the unhardened parts was washed away with water.

Furthermore, even if hardening retardants are used, when producing concrete blocks, they can only be used to process the top surface without formwork, and cannot be applied to areas hidden behind the formwork. However, if the concrete is removed from the mold after it has hardened, there is a problem that the effect of the hardening retardant may be lost or significantly reduced, making it impossible to achieve the intended purpose.

(Means for Solving the Problems) However, in this invention, letters, figures, or patterns are drawn on the inner surface of the formwork using a non-hardened material, and after the material has hardened, concrete is poured. After the concrete has cured, it can be removed from the mold and washed with water, making it possible to express letters, figures, and patterns by washing it out, thus solving the problems of the conventional method. .

That is, in this invention, characters, figures, or patterns are drawn on the inner surface of the form using a non-hardened material, and after the non-hardened material has hardened, concrete is poured into the form, and after the concrete has hardened, the mold is removed and the outer wall of the form is removed. This method of manufacturing patterned concrete products is characterized by washing with water to remove uncured concrete.

Next, the alkali swelling material is polyester resin, polyvinyl alcohol, or polyvinyl acetal. Furthermore, in order to draw characters, figures, or patterns on the inner surface of the formwork with a non-hardening material, it is necessary to apply a liquid non-hardening material.
This method is characterized by spraying or printing, or forming a plate with a non-hardened material layer in advance into a predetermined pattern, and temporarily attaching the plate.

Therefore, after the concrete has been cured and removed from the mold, if the uncured concrete is removed by washing with water, the aggregate will be exposed corresponding to the letters, figures, and patterns drawn on the inner surface of the form, and the letters, figures, and patterns drawn on the inner surface of the form will be exposed. express.

A non-hardened material liquid is applied to the inner surface of the bottom plate 1a of the formwork 1 in a desired shape, and heated to 40°C to 50°C with steam to solidify it to form a non-hardened material layer 2, and then the formwork 1 Place concrete 3 inside. Next, a predetermined figure is drawn on the upper surface of the concrete 3 using the non-hardened material powder layer 2a. Next, after curing at room temperature, heat curing at 70°C for 3 hours, remove the mold after curing at room temperature for 1 hour, and wash the upper and lower surfaces with water.
A concrete block 4 having an exposed aggregate pattern 5 corresponding to the pattern drawn with the unhardened powder layer 2a is completed. 6 in the figure is a reinforcing bar.

(Example 2) In the example shown in FIG. 3, pattern plates 7 with non-hardened material 2b are temporarily attached to the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls of the formwork 1, and concrete 3 is poured. Concrete blocks are obtained through similar operations. In this embodiment, since the pattern plate 7 is manufactured separately, there is no need to heat and harden the non-hardened material on the formwork 1. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a non-hardened material layer directly on the formwork 1, there is no need to consider the relationship with the non-hardened material layer when applying a release agent. Further, when making the pattern board 7, a highly accurate pattern can be expressed by printing the pattern on a base plate (for example, an iron plate), or printing it solidly and punching it into a predetermined shape.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, characters, figures, or patterns are drawn on the inner surface of the formwork using a non-hardened material, and concrete blocks, etc. are formed by a conventional method, so that the precision is improved by washing away the aggregate with water. This has the effect of producing concrete products that express patterns. Further, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce patterned concrete products through a mass production process.
