Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable rapid execution by omitting labor assembling or detaching a form on the spot by preliminarily constituting the outer contour shape member of a structure to arrange the same on the constituting spot and filling the outer contour shape member with concrete and curing the concrete to obtain the outer contour shape member as a form having a finish surface. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded mixture prepared by mixing fine aggregate, a staple fiber composed of a metal, glass, carbon or a synthetic resin and water with cement is poured in a mold 2 and, when the kneaded mixture is in a semi-cured state, the mold 2 is deformed into a desired shape and the kneaded mixture 1 is cured and demolded to constitute the form becoming the outer contour shape member of a structure and this form is arranged on the structure site to be filled with concrete and this concrete is cured to constitute an integrated structure.

Therefore, the present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned inconvenience, and the constitution thereof is cement, fine aggregate, metal, glass, carbon, synthetic resin, etc. The kneaded product obtained by mixing the short fiber and water is flowed into a molding die, and when the kneaded product is in an uncured state, the molding die is molded into a desired shape and cured, and then demolded. By arranging such a structure at the construction site and filling the inside with concrete, the formwork itself becomes the surface of the structure, and the formwork can be assembled or disassembled at the construction site as in the past. Since there is no need to do it and no finishing such as painting is performed, there is an effect that the construction can be easily performed without labor and time, and the cost can be reduced. Next, the structure will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a kneaded product obtained by mixing water with fine aggregate such as sand, and short fibers such as metal, glass, carbon, and synthetic resin. 2 is a shallow box-shaped mold,
This is filled with the kneaded material 1 and in a non-semi-cured state, for example, the molding die 2 is stood upright and deformed as shown in FIG.
Forming a mold 3 having a U-shaped cross section, or deforming a mold into an appropriate shape such as a rectangular cross section, an L shape, and a circular shape (see FIG. 5) and curing, and releasing the mold. The mold 3 is configured. Reference numeral 4 is concrete in which the formwork 3 is placed at the construction site and the inside thereof is filled.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a kneaded product in which short fibers are mixed, and since it is rich in flexibility, it can be molded into an appropriate shape in an uncured state, so that it is easy to manufacture and is relatively thin. It is lightweight, strong, and inexpensive. And without assembling or dismantling the formwork at the construction site like the conventional formwork, and the formwork 3 is the constructed outer shell of the building, and if the formwork 3 is installed, the tiles are immediately formed. Finishing such as upholstery can be applied. Further, if the outer surface of the formwork 3 is finished to be smooth, tiled, or painted, there is no need to finish it on-site, which is time-consuming and time-consuming. There is an effect that it can be easily installed without any operation, and that the installation can be done quickly and at low cost.
