SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the above conventional technique,
There is a problem that it is impossible to create stone eyes, pattern flow (flow pattern), fine irregularities, faults, limestone system layers, etc. There is a problem in that it is also difficult to manufacture a pseudo stone with a rough stone surface dug out of a stone mountain or a pseudo stone with a smooth stone surface polished by running water of a river. Furthermore, the shape,
The current situation is that there is no technology for producing aggregate pseudo stones in which a plurality of pseudo stones having different patterns, sizes, etc. are arranged in a row. Therefore, the present invention solves all the above-mentioned problems, and naturally, stones having exactly the same shape and pattern do not exist in natural stones. It is intended to mass-produce natural pseudo stones with different colors and patterns.

According to the present invention, a pseudo stone model of a natural stone shape having a necessary size and having a stone eye, an uneven portion of the stone, a fault portion, a limestone layer portion, etc. It is used as a material and manufactured as a sculpture (model) with the material, and the sculpture uses a material that can be delicately transferred, such as a synthetic resin, to the two pseudo-stone forms, the pseudo-stone main body and the pseudo-stone leg embedded in the soil. Then, using both molds, first apply the release agent to the mold surface of the main body and then fill the appropriate amount of white silica sand mortar into the concave part formed in the mold or the main body The entire surface of the mold is sprayed or applied, and then a brush or the like is used to quickly collect the parts in the concave part to fill the part. At this time, the material of the white silica sand mortar is mainly white cement and silica sand, but an aqueous synthetic resin or a hardening accelerator for cement may be added. Further, this concave portion is for exposing the limestone layer of natural stone, but in some cases, a coloring agent of a desired color such as a pigment may be appropriately mixed in the white silica sand mortar. Next, before or after hardening of the white silica sand mortar, color silica sand mortar is sprayed or applied on the entire surface of the main body mold including the recesses to form stones, faults, patterns and the like. At this time, the type of color of silica sand mortar, its blending amount, etc., shall be adjusted in advance in various ways according to the natural stone pattern to be used, and the white silica sand mortar of the limestone layer is to be used. If is already colored or if the white silica sand mortar is used after curing the white silica sand mortar, the mortar filling should not be filled with the color silica sand mortar. Color-silica mortar is mainly composed of white cement, silica sand, colorants such as pigments,
You may add and mix an aqueous synthetic resin and a cement hardening accelerator to this. After forming a color pattern by spraying color silica sand mortar or more clearly forming stones, faults and irregularities, the concrete is put into the mold of the main body before or after hardening. Next, a release agent is applied to the frame edge surface of the main body form, then the leg form is placed on the main form, and both metal frames supporting and storing both forms are fastened together. Insert concrete into the leg formwork. This concrete injection is usually performed before the concrete in the main body mold is cured, but it may be injected after the curing for the convenience of work. A curing accelerator may be used in the concrete charged in both molds. When the concrete put into both molds is hardened, the mold is removed. In that case, the desired pseudolith is obtained. Also, the manufacturing method of the aggregate pseudo stone is exactly the same means, except that the form is a single pseudo stone form frame or a plurality of single pseudo stone forms are connected (integrated).
It is the difference between the pseudo stone molds as an aggregate, and the means from the means for producing the molds to the demolding are exactly the same as the above means.
In addition, a mold release agent is applied to either or both of the main body mold and the leg mold and the resin edge surface thereof, and both molds are overlapped and fastened from the beginning, and then white silica sand mortar and color Needless to say, a work step such as adding concrete may be carried out after forming stones, faults, patterns, shapes, etc. by spraying and applying silica sand mortar. As described above, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by forming a model of a natural stone, in particular, by carving up to faults, stone eyes, etc., and manufacturing a mold with a synthetic resin from the model, and a white silica sand mortar and It was realized by freely expressing the flow patterns and blur patterns of pseudo-stones, faults or limestone layers, and even the eyes of stones with materials such as color-silica mortar.

1 to 8 are explanatory views showing an embodiment of the present invention. 1 and 2 are cross-sectional explanatory views in which a pseudo stone model is created and sculpted using synthetic resin and a pseudo stone form is transferred and manufactured using this, (1) is a pseudo stone model, and (2) is a leg part. Gold frame,
(3) is a main part metal frame, (4) is both metal frames (2) (3)
Is a fastener. The pseudo-stone model (1) includes concave portions (6), convex portions (7), faults (8), limestone layer (5), stone eyes (10), plane portions (11), etc. Natural stones, for example, from the upstream of a river. The pseudo stone model body (17) is combined with its legs (12) integrally with the shape of nationally famous natural stones such as Sangamishi (hydrogenite produced in Gunma Prefecture) that has been polished to running water. It was created by engraving with resin as the material. Natural rocks of aquatic rocks do not have the same shape and pattern, color and size, so sculptures should be created in consideration of the purpose of use, place of use and transportation difficulty. The synthetic resin pseudo stone model (1) manufactured in this manner is installed in the leg metal frame (2) having an appropriate width, and the pseudo stone leg (12) and the leg metal frame (2) are The synthetic resin (14) is charged into the space and cured. In that case, the inner surface of the synthetic resin is transferred and formed with the shape of the pseudo-stone leg portion (12) as it is, and the leg portion form (13) is formed in the leg portion metal frame (2). Next, the release agent (16) is applied to the edge surface (15) (made of synthetic resin) of the leg mold (13), and the release agent (1) is applied to the entire surface of the pseudo stone model body (17).
6) are applied together, and further, the main body metal frame (3) is placed on the leg metal frame (2) so as to cover the pseudo stone model main body part (17), and both metal frames (2) (3) are gold. Fasten with frame fasteners (4). Then, the synthetic resin (14) is charged into the main body metal frame (3) through the synthetic resin charging port (19) opened in the main body metal frame bottom (18), and the charged synthetic resin (14) is cured. For example, the synthetic resin surface in contact with the surface of the main body of the pseudo stone model (1) is formed in a shape in which the shape of the main body of the pseudo stone model (17) is directly transferred. That is, the main body mold (20) made of synthetic resin is formed here. When the synthetic resin (14) charged is hardened, both molds (1) are placed in both metal frames (2) and (3) from the pseudo stone model (1).
3) With the (20) stored, it is demolded and divided into a leg mold (13) and a main body mold (20). The release agent (16) facilitates this demolding.

Next, in the production of the pseudo stone (21), as shown in FIG. 5, the main body metal frame bottom (18) with the main body mold frame (20) stored in the main body metal frame (3). , The white silica sand mortar (22) prepared by applying the release agent (16) to the entire surface of the mold is separately applied to the concave portion (6) formed in the main mold (20). Put the mortar (22) in an appropriate amount on the entire surface of the main body mold (20) or apply the mortar (22) immediately to the concave portion (6) by using a brush or the like and fill the portion (6). To do. The white silica mortar (22) filled in the recesses (6) is a place forming a limestone layer in natural stone, especially in aquatic rocks. The natural limestone layer of natural aquatic rocks is almost white, but due to the natural condition of the formation process, it may be turbid white or may be a layer slightly colored in various colors. In order to express the above, a coloring agent (23) such as a pigment having a desired color may be appropriately mixed in the white silica sand mortar (22).
In addition, the white silica sand mortar (2
When 2) is used, the use of the colored silica sand mortar (24) to be subsequently sprayed or applied should be such that it is used after the mortar (22) is hardened and is not applied on the mortar (22). desirable.

Next, before the white silica sand mortar (22) is cured, the prepared color silica sand mortar (24) is sprayed or applied on the entire surface of the main body mold (20). Color - sand mortar (24) is because a material used for a more pronounced three-dimensional representation of the eye such as the irregularities and fault portion or stone with representing the pattern cast stone (41), what previously It is decided whether or not to finish it in a color pattern, and the necessary color-silica sand mortar (24) is mixed and mixed with a coloring agent (23) such as white cement, silica sand and pigments of various colors, and the mortar (24 ) Is prepared and sprayed or applied appropriately by using a brush or a spray to quickly finish the color patterns (41) (42) (43) of the pseudo stone. When properly sprayed or applied on the uncured white silica sand mortar (22), the colorant (23) permeates and the white color changes to a faint color (43), forming as if it were a natural faint color limestone layer (5). It Naturally, it has a shading color (43), giving a feeling of natural stone. Color-silica mortar (24)
You can express the flow pattern (42) if you use
Further, stone eyes (10) formed on the main body mold (a thin line layer formed in a vertical or horizontal pattern on the surface of a natural stone)
Alternatively, faults (8) (a wide layer of a sunken layer that cuts the stones horizontally or vertically) and so on are colored silica sand mortar (24).
Thus, the three-dimensional shape can be more prominently and easily expressed like a natural stone. In particular, the flow pattern (42) and the blur pattern (43) of natural stone can be easily expressed with one brush. When white silica sand mortar (22) and colored silica sand mortar (24) are mixed with an appropriate amount of synthetic resin (14), the artificial stone (25) has a skin color and texture similar to natural stone polished by running water. Finished smoothly. On the contrary, when the synthetic resin (14) is not mixed, the stone surface becomes large and small like natural stone just mined from the quarry.
Therefore, it can be manufactured according to the intended use, the place of use, or the request of the orderer.

Since the present invention has the constitution as shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, since the pseudo-stone formwork is produced by transferring the synthetic resin from the pseudo-stone sculpture model as described above, the dissolved synthetic resin ( 14) etc. quickly spread all over the outer surface of the model and harden. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a mold having the completely same shape as the model, that is, the completely same shape as the pseudo-stone model represented (created) by sculpture such as stone eyes, faults, and unevenness. Next, since the release agent (16) was applied to the entire surface of the mold during the production of the pseudo stone, the white silica sand mortar (22) was used.
And color silica sand mortar (24) or concrete (2)

The mortar (22) (24) becomes smoother than that of the mortar (22) (24), and the greater the amount of the synthetic resin (14) mixed, the smoother the surface texture of the finished pseudo stone becomes. Moreover, the more the amount of water mixed into both mortars (22) and (24) increases, the more the mortar becomes more flexible, and before the white silica sand mortar (22) hardens (before it dries), the color silica sand mortar (2

As described above, the pseudolite of the present invention is manufactured by using a mold, but the mold used for manufacturing the pseudostone is that the assumed pseudostone is made into a resin lump or the like with uneven shapes and stones. A method of manufacturing a pseudo-stone by using the pseudo-stone model or aggregate pseudo-stone model in which the appearing eyes, faults, etc. are finely engraved and transferring the model from the model to a mold material such as synthetic resin to manufacture the pseudo-stone Therefore, it is possible to easily and quickly produce a fine pseudolite. Most of the natural stones that are usually placed in gardens are Sanbazuki from Gunma Prefecture and Aoishi from Shikoku,
All of the famous stones in the industry, such as Hidakaishi in Hokkaido and Somegawa stone in Fukushima, are hydraic rocks, each of which has its own color and pattern, but it is also characterized by being hard from the formation process of hydraic rocks, and the limestone layer. It is also characterized by running faults.
In addition, the natural stone is a so-called "stone eye"
It is also a remarkable feature that all (striped) shapes or patterns run vertically or horizontally in several lines, and that the faults are formed so as to intersect this "stone pattern". .
It is well known that various colors and patterns also appear clearly or in a flow pattern, and also in a blur pattern, and that they are also used and arranged in gardens in various places and home gardens. However, it is a reality that these natural stones do not have the same shape and pattern at all. Therefore, even in the present invention, it is possible to freely sculpt and create a wide variety of pseudo-stone models without being restricted to a specific shape, and the pseudo-stone formwork can be precisely produced by the model, so that the pseudo-stone also has a specific shape like a natural stone formed in nature. There is an advantage that it can be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes without being restricted by the above. Next is the expression of colors and patterns that appear in natural stone. For the limestone layer, white cement and silica sand (either natural silica sand or artificial silica sand may be used), and if necessary, resin (mostly) is used. Is a synthetic resin.), And if necessary, a hardening accelerator is mixed and various types of white cement silica sand mortar with adjusted hardness are prepared and used. -A colorant such as a pigment is mixed with white cement and silica sand to form a color silica sand mortar, the type of color, the shade of the color, the hardness of the mortar, etc. Representation of color It is possible to easily form a flow pattern or a blurry pattern appearing on natural stones by spraying, recoating, etc. of the mortar, and at this time, the white silica sand mortar and the color silica sand mortar to be used sequentially are Since sprayed with silica sand mortar or coating superimposed, - the next color in less of
The white silica sand mortar and color used before-the color of the silica sand mortar and the color of the color mortar that was sprayed and applied later were mutually infiltrated, and the blurring pattern and flow pattern that appear in natural stone are not observed. It has the remarkable effect of appearing as if it were a natural stone in a specific form. It is also possible to form a flow pattern with color silica sand mortar using a brush or the like. Also in the fault part and the stone part, it is possible to express the solid view clearly and precisely like natural stone by applying and coloring by applying different color-silica sand mortar and coloring it. To work. Further, by adjusting and mixing a resin (including a synthetic resin) into white silica sand mortar or color silica sand mortar, it is possible to obtain a pseudolith of a natural stone-like stone surface that has been washed and polished with running water of river water. Furthermore, in the aggregate pseudolite,
Particularly in the case of a small garden, there is also an advantage that it is possible to promptly provide a customer's favorite aggregate pseudo stone by manufacturing a plurality of types such as large and small pseudo stones with a small required area. When configured as a single pseudo-stone block or an aggregate pseudo-stone block in which the plane area and the planar shape of a single pseudo-stone or aggregate pseudo-stone are specified, the advantage that it can be installed as a revetment block for rivers and lakes Yes, it can also be used as a retaining wall or block on a sloped surface such as a hillside. However, when adopting such a usage method, if a small shrub or the like is planted in the opening provided in the pedestal part of the aggregate pseudo stone, It also has the great effect of regaining nature. In particular, stagnation of wind and water causes stagnation of earth and sand between the individual pseudo stones, and grass and the like grow there to restore nature to the construction surface. Although there is no stone of the same shape pattern in natural stone, even in the pseudo-stone of the present invention or the aggregate pseudo-stone, the brushing or spraying or spraying of white silica sand mortar or colored silica sand mortar with a tool, and the re-applying process are more or less each time. However, there is a difference in the amount of mortar used due to the fact that work can be carried out quickly and efficiently, and even in the case of mortar of the same color, there is a difference in the range of spraying, spraying, coating, etc. Occurs, and a difference also occurs in the bleeding of the used coloring agent, so even if the pseudomorph or aggregate pseudolith of the same shape using the same form cannot produce a natural pseudolith of exactly the same pattern and color. In this respect as well, it is impossible to produce the same pseudo stone as natural stone, and paradoxically, all produced pseudo stones can obtain pseudo stones similar to natural stone. It is intended to achieve the.
