Abstract
一种后喷涂益生菌发酵膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:准备膨化颗粒饲料半成品;制粒时环模要求压缩比1:15‑1:20;将用于喷涂的益生菌液体预热;将预热后的益生菌液用旋转式喷涂机喷涂到所述膨化颗粒料上;待所述益生菌液颗粒吸附于所述膨化颗粒料,真空包装后,在预定温度发酵,即可获得所述后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料成品,本发明通过对膨化颗粒饲料中日粮质量百分比的调整,及益生菌液体的预热,通过后喷涂,从而使得益生菌更快吸附于膨化颗粒饲料中,并进行发酵。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业生物技术领域,尤其涉及一种后喷涂益生菌发酵膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺。
背景技术
膨化颗粒饲料一种膨松多孔的饲料,类似“爆米花”的状态,不但外形等物理状态有所改变,而且内部有机物分子结构也有改变,与普通全价颗粒饲料相比,其淀粉更易消化,蛋白更易利用,膨化颗粒饲料已在养殖业中广泛应用。
益生菌能够调节动物肠道的微生物平衡,提高动物的自身免疫力,可以减少饲料中药物的使用量,并且有改善养殖环境的作用,在目前饲料产业中也已被广泛使用。
为了充分发挥膨化颗粒饲料和益生菌的优势,如何将益生菌添加到膨化颗粒饲料中成了行业工艺研究中的瓶颈问题,因为膨化颗粒饲料工艺是经过高温(150-200℃)、高压(25-l00kg/cm2)过程,益生菌在这个过程中会失活。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明提供一种后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料制作工艺,避免了普通膨化颗粒饲料工艺高温(110-200℃)、高压(25-l00kg/cm2)使益生菌失活问题和后喷涂益生菌液后膨化颗粒饲料的耐水性问题。
技术方案:一种后喷涂益生菌发酵膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)准备膨化颗粒饲料半成品:按质量分数配比如下:玉米25-35份、豆粕15-25份、高筋面粉10-20份、菜籽粕5-15份、花生粕5-10份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-2份、膨润土1-2份、内混合植物油1-2份;颗粒外喷涂占半成品质量1%-2%的油;制粒时环模要求压缩比1:15-1:20;(2)将用于喷涂的益生菌液体预热至30℃-38℃;(3)将预热后的益生菌液用旋转式喷涂机喷涂到所述膨化颗粒料上,旋转式喷涂机每间隔3-5分钟旋转一次,每次转动30-50秒;(4)待所述益生菌液颗粒吸附于所述膨化颗粒料上,真空包装后,在预定温度25℃-30℃发酵72-120h,即可获得所述后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料成品。
优选的,上述膨化颗粒饲料半成品具有不小于24h的耐水性。
优选的,上述步骤2中益生菌液体温度预热至30℃。
优选的,上述步骤3旋转式喷涂机要求每间隔3分钟旋转一次,每次转动30秒。
优选的,上述步骤3中喷涂的益生菌为乳酸菌或酵母菌,按质量比颗粒料:菌液=100:(25-30)
优选的,上述步骤4所述预定发酵温度为25℃发酵时间120h。
有益效果:本发明采用的膨化颗粒饲料后喷涂益生菌工艺,益生菌在这个过程中不会失活,并且利用生物技术充分开发膨化颗粒饲料为高价值的特色生物发酵饲料,对促进我国饲料工艺技术的创新发展具有重要现实意义。

以下实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人是能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
现有技术中常用的膨化颗粒料由于高筋面粉一般在5%-10%、膨润土3%-5%、无内混合植物油,颗粒外喷油3%-6%,以及制粒时环模压缩比1:20-1:24,吸水速度慢,溶失多,且耐水性小于24h。此外,益生菌如果内加再制粒,会经过高温(150-200℃)、高压(25-l00kg/cm2)失活。

备注:吸水时间,以1kg膨化颗粒料半成品完全吸收0.3kg的水的时间计;溶失率,是指发酵膨化颗粒料成品在水中浸泡60min后的散失量与其质量之百分比。
实施例1
一种后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料制作工艺,步骤为:步骤1所提供的一膨化颗粒饲料半成品,所述日粮按质量分数配比如下:玉米31.5份、豆粕25份、高筋面粉15份、菜籽粕15份、花生粕10份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、膨润土1份和内混合豆油1份;颗粒外喷涂占上述半成品质量1%的豆油。制粒时SZLH400D制粒机环模要求压缩比1:15;步骤2用于喷涂益生菌液体温度预热至30℃,所述益生菌为乳酸菌或酵母菌;步骤3旋转式喷涂机要求每间隔3分钟旋转一次,每次转动30秒,按质量比颗粒料:菌液=100:25;步骤4待步骤2所述益生菌液颗粒吸附于步骤1所述膨化颗粒料上,真空包装,于30℃发酵72h,获得所述后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料成品。
本实施例的特点在于高筋面粉含量高,膨润土含量低,且有内混合植物油,而现有技术中常用的膨化颗粒料由于高筋面粉一般在5%-10%、膨润土3%-5%、无内混合植物油,颗粒外喷油3%-6%。本实施例的特点还在于制粒时环模压缩比为1:15,不同于现有技术制粒时环模压缩比1:20-1:24,现有技术形成的产品吸水速度慢,溶失多,且耐水性小于24h。
实施例2
一种后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料制作工艺,步骤为:步骤1所提供的一膨化颗粒饲料半成品,所述日粮按质量配比如下:玉米33份、豆粕23份、高筋面粉15份、菜籽粕15份、花生粕10份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、膨润土1份、豆油1.5%;颗粒外喷涂占上述半成品质量1%的豆油。制粒时SZLH400D制粒机环模要求压缩比1:16;步骤2用于喷涂益生菌液体温度预热至30℃,所述益生菌为乳酸菌或酵母菌;步骤3旋转式喷涂机要求每间隔3分钟旋转一次,每次转动30秒,按质量比颗粒料:菌液=100:30;步骤4待步骤2所述益生菌液颗粒吸附于步骤1所述膨化颗粒料上,真空包装,于30℃发酵72h,获得所述后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料成品。
实施例3
与实施例2相同,不同之处在于本实施例颗粒外喷涂油1.5%。
实施例4
与实施例2相同,不同之处在于步骤2中用于喷涂益生菌液体温度预热至35℃。
实施例5
与实施例2相同,不同之处在于步骤2中用于喷涂益生菌液体温度预热至37℃。

与实施例2相同,不同之处在步骤3旋转式喷涂机要求每间隔4分钟旋转一次,每次转动40秒。

1.一种后喷涂益生菌发酵膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)准备膨化颗粒饲料半成品:按质量分数配比如下:玉米25-35份、豆粕15-25份、高筋面粉10-20份、菜籽粕5-15份、花生粕5-10份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-2份、膨润土1-2份、内混合植物油1-2份;颗粒外喷涂占半成品质量1%-2%的油;制粒时环模要求压缩比1:15-1:20;(2)将用于喷涂的益生菌液体预热至30℃-38℃;(3)将预热后的益生菌液用旋转式喷涂机喷涂到所述膨化颗粒料上,旋转式喷涂机每间隔3-5分钟旋转一次,每次转动30-50秒;(4)待所述益生菌液颗粒吸附于所述膨化颗粒料上,真空包装后,在预定温度25℃-30℃发酵72-120h,即可获得所述后喷涂益生菌的发酵膨化颗粒饲料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述后喷涂益生菌发酵膨化颗粒饲料生产工艺,其特征在于所述膨化颗粒饲料半成品具有不小于24h的耐水性。
