背景技术
条幅色带是热转印色带的一种。现有的条幅色带主要以石蜡、蜂蜡、米糠蜡、EVA树脂、粘合剂树脂、填料、颜料为主要成分,因现有色带以蜡为主要载体,所以打印后的条幅成品不耐低温,不耐刮擦,防水性极差,容易出现风化龟裂、粉化掉渣等问题,极大缩短了条幅成品的使用周期。此外,条幅色带打印后的条幅成品遇水后极易出现流痕现象,严重影响条幅的美观度和宣传效果,导致客户因频繁更换条幅成品而造成重复投入,大大增加成本。

优选的,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量2-5g/m2或者干量0.1-4g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为4-5微米,所述颜色层的厚度为7-30微米,所述离型层的厚度为0.1-1.5微米。
优选的,所述耐热保护层为聚氨酯树脂层,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量1.5g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为3.5微米;所述颜色层的厚度为6微米,所述离型层为硅类树脂层,所述离型层的厚度为0.08微米。
优选的,所述耐热保护层所用的耐热保护层液的材质为5-99份溶剂和0.1-20份聚氨酯树脂;所述离型层所用的离型层液的材质为70-99份苯类溶剂、0.01-20份硅类树脂和0.5-10份固化剂。
优选的,所述颜色层所用的颜色层液的材质包括下述重量份数的原料:20-70份EVA树脂,10-50份138松香增粘树脂,5-60份二氧化钛,2-50份立德粉,5-50份碳酸钙,5-30份有机颜料,10份95号蜡。
优选的,所述有机颜料为红色有机颜料或黄色有机颜料或蓝色有机颜料。
有益效果:本发明结合蜡基色带的弊端,剔除掉引起蜡基色带牢度较差的蜡组分,采用以树脂为主要载体,以增强条幅色带颜色层在布料上的附着牢度及对不同天气、气候条件下的耐候性,解决蜡基色带的效果弊端。

实施例1
一种条幅色带,包括色带本体,所述色带本体从下到上依次设有耐热保护层1、PET薄膜层2、离型层3和颜色层4,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量1-5g/m2或者干量0.05-4g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为3-5微米,所述颜色层的厚度为5-30微米,所述离型层的厚度为0.05-1.5微米。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量2-5g/m2或者干量0.1-4g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为4-5微米,所述颜色层的厚度为7-30微米,所述离型层的厚度为0.1-1.5 微米。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础上,所述耐热保护层为聚氨酯树脂层,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量1.5g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为3.5微米;所述颜色层的厚度为6微米,所述离型层为硅类树脂层,所述离型层的厚度为0.08微米。
实施例4
在实施例3的基础上,所述耐热保护层所用的耐热保护层液的材质为5-99份溶剂和0.1-20 份聚氨酯树脂;所述溶剂为环己烷或环己酮或丙酮或甲苯或乙醇或丙醚;所述离型层所用的离型层液的材质为70-99份苯类溶剂、0.01-20份硅类树脂和0.5-10份固化剂。
实施例5
在实施例4的基础上,所述颜色层所用的颜色层液的材质包括下述重量份数的原料:20-70 份EVA树脂,10-50份138松香增粘树脂,5-60份二氧化钛,2-50份立德粉,5-50份碳酸钙, 5-30份有机颜料,10份95号蜡。
实施例6
在实施例5的基础上,所述有机颜料为红色有机颜料或黄色有机颜料或蓝色有机颜料。
所述苯类溶剂为甲苯或乙苯;所述固化剂为二乙烯三胺或三乙烯四胺的一种或两种的混合物;所述硅类树脂为聚硅氧烷树脂、甲基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷的一种或多种。

Claims (6)
1.一种条幅色带,其特征在于,包括色带本体,所述色带本体从下到上依次设有耐热保护层、PET薄膜层、离型层和颜色层,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量1-5g/m2或者干量0.05-4g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为3-5微米,所述颜色层的厚度为5-30微米,所述离型层的厚度为0.05-1.5微米。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种条幅色带,其特征在于,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量2-5g/m2或者干量0.1-4g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为4-5微米,所述颜色层的厚度为7-30微米,所述离型层的厚度为0.1-1.5微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种条幅色带,其特征在于,所述耐热保护层为聚氨酯树脂层,所述耐热保护层的涂布量为湿量1.5g/m2,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为3.5微米;所述颜色层的厚度为6微米,所述离型层为硅类树脂层,所述离型层的厚度为0.08微米。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种条幅色带,其特征在于,所述耐热保护层所用的耐热保护层液的材质为5-99份溶剂和0.1-20份聚氨酯树脂;所述离型层所用的离型层液的材质为70-99份苯类溶剂、0.01-20份硅类树脂和0.5-10份固化剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种条幅色带,其特征在于,所述颜色层所用的颜色层液的材质包括下述重量份数的原料:20-70份EVA树脂,10-50份138松香增粘树脂,5-60份二氧化钛,2-50份立德粉,5-50份碳酸钙,5-30份有机颜料,10份95号蜡。
