Ethephon (ETH for short) is an artificially synthesized organic compound, is a low-toxicity plant growth regulator which appears as an ethylene substitute, can slow down the growth of plants, can promote the growth of crop roots by ethephon treatment with proper concentration, regulates and controls plant type structures, can enhance the longitudinal arrangement of plant microtubules and reduce the transverse arrangement, and the longitudinal arrangement of the microtubules enhances the deposition of microfibrils in the longitudinal direction, so that the amplitude of longitudinal expansion of cells is limited, thus being beneficial to the transverse growth of the cells pushed by turgor pressure, and further achieving the effect of vigorous control; meanwhile, the stress resistance of crops is improved, the yield is increased, and the fertilizer is widely applied to agriculture and forestry production.
Brassinosteroids are a general term for sterol compounds which widely exist in plants and contain polyhydroxy, and the brassinosteroids play an important role in almost all processes of growth and development and environmental adaptation of the plants; it is involved in regulating and controlling plant photomorphogenesis, cell division and differentiation, reproductive development, blooming, senility and other growth and development processes and the plant's stress response process.
The amino acid substance is a water-soluble bionic polymer, is used as a plant nutrient absorption promoter in agriculture, can effectively promote the absorption of plants on nutrient elements, reduces the agricultural production cost, improves the yield and quality of crops, and reduces the pollution of surface water and underground water caused by fertilizer and pesticide loss; it can be used with pesticide and fertilizer, and can raise the utilization rate of pesticide and fertilizer and raise fertilizer competitiveness.
In agricultural application, various functional preparations are compounded and combined to form a composition or a composition preparation, and various crops are applied according to preparation forms, because of the multiple properties of the compounded composition, the preparation of the preparation needs to be manufactured according to element properties, so that the application, the transportation and the storage are facilitated.

The experimental design treated 3, control 1, as follows:
and (3) treatment A: the preparation of the multi-element biological growth regulator composition in the example 2 is diluted by 1000 times by adding water to form 1000X diluted solution;

The field management and the pest control are normally carried out in the whole growth period.
Observing the color and growth condition of rice leaves in each cell irregularly after pesticide application, randomly pulling 30 rice plants in each cell before harvesting, measuring the plant height and the internode length, taking 200 rice ears in each cell, measuring the weight of hundred ears, calculating the yield-increasing effect, and measuring the ear grain structures such as the total grain number, the number of grains, the thousand grain weight and the like of each ear of 100 ears.
The test data were subjected to relevant statistical analysis using DPS (pilot plant) and Excel software.
According to field visual inspection, after 45% of ethephon.14-hydroxy brassinosterol.5-aminolevulinic acid.octanediam and 45% of paclobutrazol are applied, the rice grows normally, the leaf color and the leaf shape are not obviously changed, and no adverse effect is found.

as can be seen from the above table, when the multi-element biological growth regulator in the embodiment 2 of the present invention is applied at the final stage of rice tillering and 7 days after flowering, the lengths of the first and second internodes are significantly shorter than those of the clear water control, the length of the third internode in treatment a is significantly shorter than that of the control, and the length of the third internode in treatment B is also shorter than that of the clear water control, but there is no significant difference; the fourth internode length, the difference between treatments is not great. The 45% paclobutrazol is applied at the final tillering stage of rice and 7 days after flowering, shortens the lengths of 1 st to 4 th rice sections, and has no significant difference compared with a control. The plant heights of the rice treated by the multi-element biological growth regulator in the embodiment 2 are respectively 4.1cm and 2.6cm lower than those of the rice treated by clean water, and the difference is obvious compared with the control at 1000X diluted concentration, and the difference is not obvious at 2000X diluted concentration and is also not obvious compared with the plant height treated by 45 percent paclobutrazol as a control medicament.
The effect of treatment on rice yield and constitutive factors is shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0002539225240000051
from the above table, it can be seen that the multi-element biological growth regulator in example 2 shows different degrees of yield increase for the total number of grains per ear, the number of fruiting grains per ear, the maturing rate, the thousand kernel weight and the weight average of the hundred ears of rice after being applied at the last tillering stage of rice and 7d after flowering, the growth rates of the treatment a and the treatment B to the maturing rate are 4.43% and 3.59% respectively, the thousand kernel weight is increased by 0.5g and 0.4g respectively, and the growth rates of the weight of the hundred ears are 9.57% and 6.99% respectively, and compared with the control, the difference is significant. The contrast medicament 45% paclobutrazol also has promotion effect on the total grain number per ear, the seed setting rate, the thousand grain weight and the hundred ear weight of rice, but the total has no obvious difference compared with the contrast medicament, the seed setting rate is increased by 1.99%, the thousand grain weight is increased by 0.1g, and the yield increase rate is 4.13%.

in the same orchard, fruit trees with consistent growth vigor are selected for testing, 20 plants are selected for each treatment, and the operation is repeated for 3 times. And 6-10 months per year are the shoot control period of the mangos, the experiment is carried out at different time intervals (6-8 months and 8-10 months) in the period, the tree body with the basically aged leaves with 2 canopy tips turning light green is selected for spraying treatment, and the tree crown leaf surface is sprayed for at least 2 times and is sprayed uniformly to the leaf tips of the tree crown leaf surface to drip water. And controlling the tips of the leaf surfaces at intervals of 7-14 d every time, observing the growth condition of the tips of the branches, and controlling the tips of the mango 2 tips for 2 times before the top tips emerge the orchards to ensure that the mango 2 tips stably grow for more than 3 months so as to promote and accelerate the aging of the tips and the accumulation of nutrients, promote the differentiation of the early-maturing orchards, and induce flowering or flower forcing.
The effect of a multi-element biological growth regulator of example 3 on mango flowering at different time periods was as follows:
the test result shows that the earlier the mango tip control time is, the earlier the flower forcing and flowering time is; the later the shoot control time is, the later the flower forcing and flowering time is.
The effect of different concentrations of a multi-element biological growth regulator in example 3 on mango flowering was as follows:
a multi-element biological growth regulator has the functions of accelerating the ageing of mango tips, promoting the maturation of the mango tips, promoting the differentiation of festuca arundinacea and promoting the flowering of the mango tips. When the multi-element biological growth regulator is diluted by 500 times and has high concentration, the multi-element biological growth regulator can damage mango young shoots and young leaves to a certain extent, and the concentration should be controlled when the multi-element biological growth regulator is applied.
It was concluded that foliar application of the multi-element biological growth regulator of example 3 had good effects on mango shoot control and early flowering, but in use, control of shoot control concentration and shoot control time was critical, with concentrations recommended to be diluted 1000-2000 times. The concentration of the controlled tip of the mango is adjusted according to the growth rule of young tip-old tip-maturity, the early-stage light control, the middle-stage heavy control and the later-stage light control are carried out, the concentration of the controlled tip is adjusted and controlled according to the low-high-low conditions, the early-stage light control is achieved, the tenderness is not damaged, the middle-stage heavy control promotes the branch tip to be aged in advance, the festuca arundinacea differentiation is advanced, and the later-stage light control is beneficial to inducing flowering.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
