15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 30 parts of corydalis tuber, 10 parts of clove, 10 parts of cinnamon, 15 parts of cassia twig, 12 parts of dried ginger, 15 parts of round cardamom, 9 parts of pawpaw, 9 parts of pubescent angelica root, 15 parts of angelica, 12 parts of angelica dahurica and 12 parts of lycopodium clavatum.
The preparation method and the using method are the same as the example 1.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis by cooperating with moxibustion, and on the basis of example 1, cassia twig is replaced by asarum with similar efficacy, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition specifically comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 15 parts of frankincense, 10 parts of clove, 15 parts of myrrh, 10 parts of cinnamon, 15 parts of asarum, 12 parts of dried ginger, 15 parts of cardamom, 9 parts of pawpaw, 9 parts of pubescent angelica root, 15 parts of angelica, 12 parts of angelica dahurica and 12 parts of lycopodium clavatum.
The preparation method and the using method are the same as the example 1.
Effect example 1
The effect example provides animal test results of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis by combining moxibustion in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1 and 2 of the invention, so as to investigate the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on mucosal healing.
1. Test subjects: healthy SD rats, each half male and female, weighing 150 + -20 g, were randomly divided into 9 groups, blank control group, model group, examples 1-5 group, comparative example 1 group and comparative example 2 group. Each group of rats freely takes water 7d and has a circadian rhythm of 12h, the room temperature is 20 +/-2 ℃, and the relative humidity is 55-80%. And fasting is not forbidden 24h before molding.
2. The molding method comprises the following steps: after 24h of fasting, the patient is anesthetized, a catheter is inserted into the patient from the anus for about 8cm, 5% acetic acid solution is injected for 20s, and then normal saline is injected for flushing. Within 3d, rats all showed different degrees of bloody diarrhea, decreased appetite, dull hair, less movement, and weight loss. The success of molding is comprehensively judged by fecal occult blood and disease activity index scoring (shown in table 1), observation of colon tissue morphology by using a light mirror and an electron microscope. The blank control was not molded.
3. The treatment method comprises the following steps: referring to the animal acupuncture point atlas of Experimental acupuncture, the acupuncture points are simulated and positioned according to a comparative anatomical method, and the Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Zusanli point and Tianshu point are taken to remove hairs and serve as moxibustion parts.
The Chinese medicinal compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 were placed in moxibustion boxes of each group, 0.36g in each moxibustion box, and subjected to moxibustion treatment on Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Tianshu acupoints 1 time a day for 10min each time after ignition.
The placebo and model groups were not treated.
4. Test results
The general condition and fecal condition of the rats were observed during the treatment period, and after 4 weeks of treatment, disease activity index scores were made according to table 1, with the results shown in table 2. Thereafter, the rats of each group were anesthetized, and colon tissues of the lesion site were taken for pathological observation.

The pathological observation results of colon tissues at the pathological parts of rats in each group are as follows:
the model group has colocele and edema, mucosal epithelium congestion, villus defect, obvious ulcer surface, irregular glandular structure, submucosal swelling and congestion, and a large amount of inflammatory cells infiltration;
in the embodiment, mucous epithelium of each group is basically complete without obvious ulcer, glands are complete and tidy, and inflammatory cell infiltration is not seen;
the colon condition of the group of the comparative example 1 is superior to that of the model group, but the mucous membrane villi are still defective, have ulcer surfaces, the arrangement of glands is irregular, and a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration can be seen;
the colon condition of comparative example 2 was superior to that of the model group, but the mucocutaneous villi had few defects, had few ulcer surfaces, the glands were arranged in a somewhat regular manner, but a few inflammatory cells were still visible.
From the results, under the treatment mode of cooperating with moxibustion, the traditional Chinese medicine compositions provided by each group of the examples and each group of the comparative examples have the effect of relieving the UC symptom, but the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by each group of the examples has the effect of relieving the UC symptom better than the traditional Chinese medicine compositions provided by the comparative examples 1 and 2, and can more effectively promote the intestinal mucosa to repair.
Effect example 2
The effect example provides the result of the statistics of the clinical application effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis by combining moxibustion in the embodiment 1 of the invention.
Counting objects: 2015-2020, 100 patients in an outpatient clinic and an inpatient clinic of department of traditional Chinese medicine of Hebei province are randomly selected from patients adopting the same conventional treatment mode, wherein 54 patients are combined with the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention in the embodiment 1 to be matched with moxibustion treatment, the 54 patients are accompanied by mucopurulent bloody stool, 52 patients have abdominal pain symptoms, 53 patients are accompanied by diarrhea, 46 patients without moxibustion are accompanied by mucopurulent bloody stool, 44 patients have abdominal pain symptoms, and 43 patients are accompanied by diarrhea.
After 1 month from the date of treatment, among 54 patients who used the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided in example 1 of the present invention and moxibustion therapy, 49 patients had a remission rate of mucopurulent bloody stool of 90.74%; among 52 cases with abdominal pain symptoms, 47 cases with abdominal pain are relieved, and the relieving rate is 90.38%; among 53 cases with diarrhea, 51 cases were relieved with a remission rate of 96.23%. Among 46 patients who did not undergo moxibustion, 38 patients had relieved mucopurulent bloody stool, with a remission rate of 86.36%; in 44 cases with abdominal pain symptoms, 38 cases of abdominal pain are relieved, and the relieving rate is 82.61%; of the 43 cases with diarrhea, 39 were relieved with a 90.70% remission rate. The results are shown in tables 3 and 4.

Effect example 3
The effect example provides an individual case of clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis by combining moxibustion in example 1 of the invention.
Case 1:
zhao, man, age 33, Hebei province, Baoding City, individual household. Patients are out of order day and night, tired excessively, irregular diet, and have a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis due to 'stomachache and hematochezia', and are treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets and hormones, but the patients relapse after stopping taking the medicine due to work tiredness and irregular diet, and work and life are affected. Then, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis in the embodiment 1 of the invention is used for moxibustion treatment on Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Tianshu for 15 days, and is used for treatment with western medicines, so that hematochezia is obviously reduced, abdominal pain is reduced, the western medicines are stopped after moxibustion treatment is continued for 2 months, the later patients have stable illness, and no recurrence is caused after 1 year of diagnosis.
Case 2
Sunzhi, female, 59 years old, Hebei province, Zhengxian county, farmer. Ulcerative colitis was diagnosed in 2011, and the disease is difficult to be cured by searching medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis in the embodiment 1 of the invention is used for moxibustion treatment of Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Tianshu, and after 30 days, abdominal pain disappears, and stool is performed one row a day and has a normal color. After 6 months, no recurrence occurred.
Case 3:
zhang-a, male, 54 years old, Qiqi Haer City, Heilongjiang province, and officer. The ulcerative colitis of the patient can not be cured in 10 years by adopting various treatment methods such as Chinese and western medicines locally, and the recurrence is gradual, so that the Chinese medicinal composition for treating the ulcerative colitis by matching with moxibustion in the embodiment 1 of the invention is applied to moxibustion on Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Tianshu for 1 month in 2018, the symptoms are relieved, and the recurrence is not caused until the follow-up.

A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis in cooperation with moxibustion therapy is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 9-20 parts of frankincense, 4-12 parts of clove, 9-20 parts of myrrh, 3-15 parts of cinnamon, 12-18 parts of cassia twig, 6-15 parts of dried ginger, 12-18 parts of cardamom, 6-12 parts of pawpaw, 6-15 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-20 parts of angelica, 6-15 parts of radix angelicae and 6-15 parts of lycopodium clavatum; the traditional Chinese medicine composition is smoked on acupuncture points after being ignited.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis with moxibustion therapy according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 12-18 parts of frankincense, 7-11 parts of clove, 12-18 parts of myrrh, 7-12 parts of cinnamon, 13-16 parts of cassia twig, 10-13 parts of dried ginger, 14-16 parts of cardamom, 8-11 parts of pawpaw, 8-11 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 13-18 parts of angelica, 9-13 parts of radix angelicae and 9-13 parts of lycopodium clavatum.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis with moxibustion therapy according to claim 2, is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 15 parts of frankincense, 10 parts of clove, 15 parts of myrrh, 10 parts of cinnamon, 15 parts of cassia twig, 12 parts of dried ginger, 15 parts of cardamom, 9 parts of pawpaw, 9 parts of pubescent angelica root, 15 parts of Chinese angelica, 12 parts of dahurian angelica root and 12 parts of common clubmoss herb.
4. A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating ulcerative colitis in cooperation with moxibustion therapy is characterized by comprising the following operations: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion of the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, mixing and then crushing.
5. The method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition for treating ulcerative colitis with moxibustion therapy according to claim 4, wherein the particle size of the pulverized material is less than 2 mm.
6. The use of the Chinese medicinal composition for treating ulcerative colitis according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in combination with moxibustion in the preparation of a medicament for moxibustion treatment of ulcerative colitis.
7. The use of claim 6, wherein the moxibustion medicine for treating ulcerative colitis is a medicine which is smoked on Shenque, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Tianshu acupoints after ignition.
