本发明涉及中药组合物加工技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
甲胎蛋白(AFP)是一种糖蛋白，主要由胎儿肝细胞及卵黄囊合成。甲胎蛋白在胎儿血液循环中具有较高的浓度，出生后则下降，至生后2～3月甲胎蛋白基本被白蛋白替代，血液中较难检出，故在成人血清中含量极低。甲胎蛋白与肝癌及多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，在多种肿瘤中均可表现出较高浓度，可作为多种肿瘤的阳性检测指标。
正常的成人甲胎蛋白偏高可能提示肝癌，甲胎蛋白是诊断肝癌的一项重要指标，肝癌在出现明显症状之前很早就会有甲胎蛋白偏高的情况，一旦检测出这种情况，必须尽快就医，以确诊疾病，但是甲胎蛋白检测异常并非都是肝癌，还是需要进一步的检查才能确诊。其中肝炎、肝硬化患者也会造成甲胎蛋白检测异常，同时此类症状在治疗时是根据病因治疗，在根治病因的基础上间接降低甲胎蛋白，同时需要长期服用西药，副作用较大，且对甲胎蛋白的影响效果也有一定的欠缺。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足，本发明提供一种治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物及其制备方法，主要采用中药组合物来治疗由于肝炎、肝硬化带来的甲胎蛋白升高，具有疗效好、治疗周期短且治疗无副作用等优点。
为实现以上目的，本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物，所述治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：重楼8-16份、白花蛇舌草12-25份、半枝莲15-30份、板蓝根18-30份、莪术6-9份、甘草6-12份、鸡内金10-18份、贯众10-20份、薏苡仁25-40份、土茯苓15-25份、太子参15-30份、水红花籽15-25份、黄芪15-40份、楮实子15-30份、郁金15-25份、三七粉3-9份、半边莲12-25份、苏梗9-15份。
优选的，所述治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：重楼12份、白花蛇舌草19份、半枝莲23份、板蓝根24份、莪术7份、甘草9份、鸡内金14份、贯众15份、薏苡仁32份、土茯苓20份、太子参23份、水红花籽20份、黄芪30份、楮实子23份、郁金20份、三七粉6份、半边莲19份、苏梗12份。
优选的，所述中药组用于治疗各类肝炎、肝硬化所致的甲胎蛋白升高。
治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物的制备方法为：将所有原料混合放入砂锅，加水淹没，武火煎开，文火再煎20min，后过滤，将滤渣继续加水同上述步骤二次煎煮，再过滤，合并两次滤液，得药剂。

实施例4：
收集自2009年至2017年间我院(怀宁县华春医院)收治的AFP(正常值0—10ug/L)升高患者672例其中AFP均值131ug/L，所有患者治疗期间均已排除肝癌，正常后随访至少3年患者中出现肝癌5例。所有患者双随机分组，对照组只针对病因治疗，治疗组加用上述实施例3所制备药剂，且每日一剂，检测治疗组和对照组治疗前AFP的平均含量，以及治疗2周、4周、8周时的AFP含量，结果如下表所示：

同时在使用实施例3药剂的过程中，患者肝炎或者肝硬化患者的疗程有明显缩短，尤其在用药的2周以后患者的恢复速度有明显加快的趋势。

4.一种治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述治疗甲胎蛋白升高的中药组合物的制备方法为：将所有原料混合放入砂锅，加水淹没，武火煎开，文火再煎20min，后过滤，将滤渣继续加水同上述步骤二次煎煮，再过滤，合并两次滤液，得药剂。
