本发明公开了一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料及制备方法,包括口罩外层、口罩中层以及口罩内层,所述口罩内层采用一种亲肤材质,所述亲肤材质为乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物。本发明彻底解决脸部及鼻子肤部的透气性,皮肤可时刻保持干爽(无二氧化碳、无水汽);无甲醛,无可分解致癌芳香胺染料,无异味,可以直接接触人体皮肤,真正起到无害的作用,进一步的提升了亲肤性。

技术领域
本发明涉及口罩领域,具体涉及一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料及制备方法。
背景技术
在口罩长期佩戴使用过程中,由于产品内层贴近脸部皮肤层的无纺布透气性差,柔性不够,鼻子及口在呼吸及运动过程中,摩擦阻力加大,分解速度不够,导致产生的二氧化碳、水汽无法正常排出。
主要缺陷在于: 1、残留的水汽易导致细菌的滋养,可能会导致鼻子及脸部皮肤引起瘙痒、水痘、水泡等不良症状;2、由于常规材料中含有微量甲醛等有害物质,对于皮肤过敏者来说,易导致过敏而引起的皮肤溃烂等不良症状。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料及制备方法,能够彻底解决脸部及鼻子肤部的透气性,皮肤可时刻保持干爽(无二氧化碳、无水汽);无甲醛,无可分解致癌芳香胺染料,无异味,可以直接接触人体皮肤,真正起到无害的作用,提升了亲肤性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料,包括口罩外层、口罩中层以及口罩内层,所述口罩内层采用一种亲肤材质,所述亲肤材质为乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物。
一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料的制备方法,制备方法如下:首先将乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物进行开松混棉,然后进行预梳理、主梳理,再进行热轧作业,热轧作业完成后对热轧后的产品根据需要进行分切,分切后即为成品;
作为优选的技术方案,其中,开松混棉步骤具体包括:
乙纶与聚酯纤维在混合过程中形成高蓬松网孔,用于实现水汽及二氧化碳的及时排出;
作为优选的技术方案,其中,热轧步骤具体包括:
在无尘车间内生产,不添加任何化学物质,经加热热轧制成,实现无甲醛作业。
作为优选的技术方案,热轧过程中,室温保持在30±5℃。
作为优选的技术方案,热轧过程中,加热时的加热温度在120℃-140℃。

本发明的一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料,包括口罩外层、口罩中层以及口罩内层,口罩内层采用一种亲肤材质,亲肤材质为乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物。
制备方法如下:首先将乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物进行开松混棉,然后进行预梳理、主梳理,再进行热轧作业,热轧作业完成后对热轧后的产品根据需要进行分切,分切后即为成品,整个过程每小时可以产出1800-2000米无纺布成品;
本实施例中,开松混棉步骤具体包括:
乙纶与聚酯纤维在混合过程中形成高蓬松网孔,用于实现水汽及二氧化碳的及时排出;
其中,热轧步骤具体包括:
在无尘车间内生产,室温30±5℃,不添加任何化学物质,经加热120℃-140℃热轧制成,这样可以做到无甲醛。
根据GB 18401-2010<<国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范>>标准中与我司技术要求比对表,见表1。

由此可知,甲醛致癌物质的含量为0,远远超出国标中对甲醛含量的A类要求,PH值、可分解致癌芳香胺染料及异味等性能指标均达到国标A类要求。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明彻底解决脸部及鼻子肤部的透气性,皮肤可时刻保持干爽(无二氧化碳、无水汽);
无甲醛,无可分解致癌芳香胺染料,无异味,可以直接接触人体皮肤,真正起到无害的作用,提升了亲肤性。

2.一种具有防透气干爽的口罩内层材料的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:首先将乙纶与聚酯纤维的混合物进行开松混棉,然后进行预梳理、主梳理,再进行热轧作业,热轧作业完成后对热轧后的产品根据需要进行分切,分切后即为成品。
