本发明涉及口罩生产技术领域,具体为一种临界低阻口罩及其生产工艺。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫、病毒等物质的作用,以纱布或纸等材料做成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。口罩可分为空气过滤式口罩和供气式口罩。
目前,市售的一次性医用口罩虽然具有一定的杀菌性能及过滤效果。但是过滤功能及杀菌性能相对较差。再者,其本身的呼吸阻力较大,透气性不好,且克重指标也不理想。这对口罩本身的质量及销售产生了不利的影响。
基于上述所述,本发明提供了一种临界低阻口罩及其生产工艺,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种临界低阻口罩及其生产工艺,本发明所生产的口罩不仅具有很好的杀菌性能,而且还具有呼吸阻力低及过滤效率高的优点,有效地提高了所生产口罩的质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种临界低阻口罩,包括面罩本体、鼻梁条及与面罩本体两侧边相连接的固定耳袋;所述面罩本体包括内层的亲肤层、中层的PP熔喷无纺布层及外层的抑菌无纺布层。
更进一步地,所述亲肤层所用材质选用卫生纱或纯棉。
更进一步地,所述PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:将适量的熔喷PP与质量为其4~8%的驻极母粒混合后,依次经熔融纺丝、经开松混合、梳理成网、热轧固化、降温整理、冷却定型后以及成卷工序,最终所得即为PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布。
更进一步地,所述驻极母粒由以下重量份的原料组成:75~90份PP树脂、6~12份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、1.5~3.6份纳米聚倍半硅氧烷粉、3~6份纳米二氧化钛、4~8份山梨醇类成核剂、3~8份芥酸酰胺及0.15~0.5份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
更进一步地,所述驻极母粒原料中的各无机原料组分在使用前均被粉碎、研磨为粒径为2~5μm的微粉。
更进一步地,所述抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:
按照1:3~5的质量比,将细度为4~6D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维与2D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维混合后转入混料机内混合均匀;然后将混均后的PP/PE复合纤维依次经开松及梳理处理后,梳理后的PP/PE复合纤维转入热轧机中,在145~160℃的温度下进行热轧处理;然后再经卷绕分切,即得抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布。
更进一步地,所述PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的皮层为PE,芯层为PP;且PE所占的重量百分比为45~65%,其余为PP。
更进一步地,所述PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有0.4~0.8%的电气石负离子粉及0.8~1.3%的改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有0.35~0.6%的竹炭粉及0.6~1.0%的改性硅藻土粉;且电气石负离子粉、改性硅藻土粉及竹炭粉的粒径均为2~5μm。

步骤一、准备好适量的制造面罩本体所用的各原材料及鼻梁条与固定耳袋,且内层的亲肤层、PP熔喷无纺布层及抑菌无纺布层的宽度保持相同;
步骤二、将抑菌无纺布层、PP熔喷无纺布层及亲肤层依次对齐叠合,然后对其进行压合处理,使之形成面罩料卷;再将鼻梁条输送至上封口处,并对上封口处进行缝边处理,以实现对鼻梁条的固定,而后利用热牙胶合工艺对口罩面料卷的下封口进行封口处理;所得即为面罩本体;
步骤三、将面罩本体进行归拢叠层,使之形成三个褶皱,再对其进行压片处理,以使褶皱平整;然后再依次经过截断及单片缝边、固定耳带及补边增强、包装及消毒灭菌等工序,最终生产出临界低阻口罩成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有电气石负离子粉及改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有竹炭粉及改性硅藻土粉;通过先对硅藻土进行高温煅烧,再经酸浸处理,能对其孔隙进行有效的清理的同时,还能有效地增大硅藻土粉的孔隙及其比表面积;然后将处理后的硅藻土粉浸渍在含有壳聚糖季铵盐溶液中,使得壳聚糖季铵盐分子能均匀分散并吸附在硅藻土粉的表面及其内部的孔隙中。使得硅藻土粉的表面及其孔隙中负载了较为丰富的壳聚糖季铵盐分子,有效地提高了其杀菌性能。通过改性硅藻土粉与电气石负离子粉及竹炭粉之间的相互协同配合,能进一步地提高所生产的口罩的杀菌性能,改善了口罩的品质。
2、本发明生产的口罩的亲肤层所用材质选用卫生纱或纯棉,使得与穿戴者穿戴时更加亲肤及光滑,减小了口罩对穿戴者皮肤产生刺激的几率。抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布由PE/PP皮芯复合纤维制成,使得口罩本身不仅具有很好的透气性。同时,还使得所生产的口罩还具有呼吸阻力低及过滤效率高的优点,提高了所生产口罩的质量。

实施例1
一种临界低阻口罩,包括面罩本体、鼻梁条及与面罩本体两侧边相连接的固定耳袋;面罩本体包括内层的亲肤层、中层的PP熔喷无纺布层及外层的抑菌无纺布层。
亲肤层所用材质选用卫生纱。
PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:将适量的熔喷PP与质量为其4%的驻极母粒混合后,依次经熔融纺丝、经开松混合、梳理成网、热轧固化、降温整理、冷却定型后以及成卷工序,最终所得即为PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布。
驻极母粒由以下重量份的原料组成:75份PP树脂、6份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、1.5份纳米聚倍半硅氧烷粉、3份纳米二氧化钛、4份山梨醇类成核剂、3份芥酸酰胺及0.15份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
驻极母粒原料中的各无机原料组分在使用前均被粉碎、研磨为粒径为2μm的微粉。
抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:
按照1:3的质量比,将细度为4D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维与2D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维混合后转入混料机内混合均匀;然后将混均后的PP/PE复合纤维依次经开松及梳理处理后,梳理后的PP/PE复合纤维转入热轧机中,在145℃的温度下进行热轧处理;然后再经卷绕分切,即得抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的皮层为PE,芯层为PP;且PE所占的重量百分比为45%,其余为PP。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有0.4%的电气石负离子粉及0.8%的改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有0.35%的竹炭粉及0.6%的改性硅藻土粉;且电气石负离子粉、改性硅藻土粉及竹炭粉的粒径均为2μm。
改性硅藻土的制备方法为:先将高温煅烧后的硅藻土粉碎研磨至粒径为2μm的微粉,然后将之浸渍温度为50℃、浓度为1.2mol/L的硝酸溶液中5~8h;待浸渍完毕后,将硅藻土微粉滤出,并用水将其表面的硝酸洗涤干净;经干燥处理后,将之浸渍在质量为其8倍、浓度为12%的壳聚糖季铵盐溶液中5h,然后将之取出并干燥,即得改性硅藻土。
一种临界低阻口罩的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备好适量的制造面罩本体所用的各原材料及鼻梁条与固定耳袋,且内层的亲肤层、PP熔喷无纺布层及抑菌无纺布层的宽度保持相同;

步骤三、将面罩本体进行归拢叠层,使之形成三个褶皱,再对其进行压片处理,以使褶皱平整;然后再依次经过截断及单片缝边、固定耳带及补边增强、包装及消毒灭菌等工序,最终生产出临界低阻口罩成品。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的临界低阻口罩和生产工艺大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于:
亲肤层所用材质选用纯棉。
PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:将适量的熔喷PP与质量为其6%的驻极母粒混合后,依次经熔融纺丝、经开松混合、梳理成网、热轧固化、降温整理、冷却定型后以及成卷工序,最终所得即为PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布。
驻极母粒由以下重量份的原料组成:85份PP树脂、10份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、2.5份纳米聚倍半硅氧烷粉、4份纳米二氧化钛、6份山梨醇类成核剂、5份芥酸酰胺及0.35份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
驻极母粒原料中的各无机原料组分在使用前均被粉碎、研磨为粒径为3μm的微粉。
抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:
按照1:4的质量比,将细度为5D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维与2D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维混合后转入混料机内混合均匀;然后将混均后的PP/PE复合纤维依次经开松及梳理处理后,梳理后的PP/PE复合纤维转入热轧机中,在155℃的温度下进行热轧处理;然后再经卷绕分切,即得抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的皮层为PE,芯层为PP;且PE所占的重量百分比为55%,其余为PP。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有0.6%的电气石负离子粉及1.0%的改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有0.5%的竹炭粉及0.8%的改性硅藻土粉;且电气石负离子粉、改性硅藻土粉及竹炭粉的粒径均为3μm。
改性硅藻土的制备方法为:先将高温煅烧后的硅藻土粉碎研磨至粒径为3μm的微粉,然后将之浸渍温度为60℃、浓度为1.5mol/L的硝酸溶液中6h;待浸渍完毕后,将硅藻土微粉滤出,并用水将其表面的硝酸洗涤干净;经干燥处理后,将之浸渍在质量为其10倍、浓度为16%的壳聚糖季铵盐溶液中6h,然后将之取出并干燥,即得改性硅藻土。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的临界低阻口罩和生产工艺大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于:
亲肤层所用材质选用卫生纱。
PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:将适量的熔喷PP与质量为其8%的驻极母粒混合后,依次经熔融纺丝、经开松混合、梳理成网、热轧固化、降温整理、冷却定型后以及成卷工序,最终所得即为PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布。
驻极母粒由以下重量份的原料组成:90份PP树脂、12份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、3.6份纳米聚倍半硅氧烷粉、6份纳米二氧化钛、8份山梨醇类成核剂、8份芥酸酰胺及0.5份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
驻极母粒原料中的各无机原料组分在使用前均被粉碎、研磨为粒径为5μm的微粉。
抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:
按照1:5的质量比,将细度为6D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维与2D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维混合后转入混料机内混合均匀;然后将混均后的PP/PE复合纤维依次经开松及梳理处理后,梳理后的PP/PE复合纤维转入热轧机中,在160℃的温度下进行热轧处理;然后再经卷绕分切,即得抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的皮层为PE,芯层为PP;且PE所占的重量百分比为65%,其余为PP。
PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有0.8%的电气石负离子粉及1.3%的改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有0.6%的竹炭粉及1.0%的改性硅藻土粉;且电气石负离子粉、改性硅藻土粉及竹炭粉的粒径均为5μm。
改性硅藻土的制备方法为:先将高温煅烧后的硅藻土粉碎研磨至粒径为5μm的微粉,然后将之浸渍温度为65℃、浓度为1.8mol/L的硝酸溶液中8h;待浸渍完毕后,将硅藻土微粉滤出,并用水将其表面的硝酸洗涤干净;经干燥处理后,将之浸渍在质量为其12倍、浓度为20%的壳聚糖季铵盐溶液中8h,然后将之取出并干燥,即得改性硅藻土。
对比例:山东省济南市某口罩生产厂家生产的一次性医用口罩;
性能测试
将通过本发明中实施例1~3生产的临界低阻口罩记做实验例1~3;对比例提供的一次性医用口罩记做对比例;然后对实验例1~3及对比例提供的口罩样品的性能进行检测,所得检测数据记录于下表:

由表中的相关数据可知,本发明所生产的口罩不仅具有很好的杀菌性能,而且还具有呼吸阻力低及过滤效率高的优点,有效地提高了所生产口罩的质量。由此表明本发明所生产的抗渗防水胶产品具有更广阔的市场前景,更适宜推广。

Claims (10)

1.一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于,包括面罩本体、鼻梁条及与面罩本体两侧边相连接的固定耳袋;所述面罩本体包括内层的亲肤层、中层的PP熔喷无纺布层及外层的抑菌无纺布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述亲肤层所用材质选用卫生纱或纯棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于,所述PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:将适量的熔喷PP与质量为其4~8%的驻极母粒混合后,依次经熔融纺丝、经开松混合、梳理成网、热轧固化、降温整理、冷却定型后以及成卷工序,最终所得即为PP熔喷无纺布层所用无纺布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述驻极母粒由以下重量份的原料组成:75~90份PP树脂、6~12份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、1.5~3.6份纳米聚倍半硅氧烷粉、3~6份纳米二氧化钛、4~8份山梨醇类成核剂、3~8份芥酸酰胺及0.15~0.5份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述驻极母粒原料中的各无机原料组分在使用前均被粉碎、研磨为粒径为2~5μm的微粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布的制备方法为:
按照1:3~5的质量比,将细度为4~6D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维与2D的PE/PP皮芯复合纤维混合后转入混料机内混合均匀;然后将混均后的PP/PE复合纤维依次经开松及梳理处理后,梳理后的PP/PE复合纤维转入热轧机中,在145~160℃的温度下进行热轧处理;然后再经卷绕分切,即得抑菌无纺布层所用无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的皮层为PE,芯层为PP;且PE所占的重量百分比为45~65%,其余为PP。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述PE/PP皮芯复合纤维中的PP纤维中含有0.4~0.8%的电气石负离子粉及0.8~1.3%的改性硅藻土粉;PE纤维中含有0.35~0.6%的竹炭粉及0.6~1.0%的改性硅藻土粉;且电气石负离子粉、改性硅藻土粉及竹炭粉的粒径均为2~5μm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种临界低阻口罩,其特征在于:所述改性硅藻土的制备方法为:先将高温煅烧后的硅藻土粉碎研磨至粒径为2~5μm的微粉,然后将之浸渍温度为50~65℃、浓度为1.2~1.8mol/L的硝酸溶液中5~8h;待浸渍完毕后,将硅藻土微粉滤出,并用水将其表面的硝酸洗涤干净;经干燥处理后,将之浸渍在质量为其8~12倍、浓度为12~20%的壳聚糖季铵盐溶液中5~8h,然后将之取出并干燥,即得改性硅藻土。
10.根据权利要求1~9所述的任意一项所述的一种临界低阻口罩的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备好适量的制造面罩本体所用的各原材料及鼻梁条与固定耳袋,且内层的亲肤层、PP熔喷无纺布层及抑菌无纺布层的宽度保持相同;
步骤二、将抑菌无纺布层、PP熔喷无纺布层及亲肤层依次对齐叠合,然后对其进行压合处理,使之形成面罩料卷;再将鼻梁条输送至上封口处,并对上封口处进行缝边处理,以实现对鼻梁条的固定,而后利用热牙胶合工艺对口罩面料卷的下封口进行封口处理;所得即为面罩本体;
步骤三、将面罩本体进行归拢叠层,使之形成三个褶皱,再对其进行压片处理,以使褶皱平整;然后再依次经过截断及单片缝边、固定耳带及补边增强、包装及消毒灭菌等工序,最终生产出临界低阻口罩成品。
