Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,包括底座、支臂座、混砂系统和电控柜,在所述底座上部的一侧安装有支臂座,所述的混砂系统安装在支臂座上,且接入所述的电控柜;所述的混砂系统包括搅拌筒,该搅拌筒在所述的支臂座上沿水平方向设置,在所述的搅拌筒内安有与搅拌筒同轴设置的搅笼轴,该搅笼轴的一端转动的安装在搅拌筒的一端,另一端穿出搅拌筒后与所述的搅拌电机传动连接。本发明的优点是:本发明具有混料均匀、清理快捷、混料快、出料快的特点,混砂均匀,有效地保证玻璃纤维增强聚酯树脂混凝土质量及成型率;便于搅拌筒以及正向螺旋状叶片、反向螺旋状叶片以及混砂叶片的清理和调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,属于搅拌领域。
背景技术
预制泵站玻璃纤维增强聚酯树脂混凝土筒体的混凝土如果用人工浇注,效率低,工作量大,工期长,现有的搅拌设备费时费力,而且搅拌效率低下,因此发明一种自动化程度较高的玻璃纤维增强聚酯树脂混料浇注一体机是非常有必要的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,本发明的技术方案是:
玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,包括底座、支臂座、混砂系统和电控柜,在所述底座上部的一侧安装有支臂座,所述的混砂系统安装在支臂座上,且接入所述的电控柜;所述的混砂系统包括搅拌筒,该搅拌筒在所述的支臂座上沿水平方向设置,在所述的搅拌筒内安有与搅拌筒同轴设置的搅笼轴,该搅笼轴的一端转动的安装在搅拌筒的一端,另一端穿出搅拌筒后与所述的搅拌电机传动连接;在所述搅拌筒一侧的上部设置有进砂口,另一侧的下部设置有出砂口,在所述的进砂口与出砂口之间的搅拌筒内依次设置有加砂区、混砂区和出砂区,该搅拌筒的中部安装有与搅拌筒连通的粘结剂加入系统和树脂喷嘴,该树脂喷嘴以及粘结剂加入系统与所述的混砂区相对应。
在所述加砂区的搅笼轴上设置有正向螺旋状叶片,所述出砂区的搅笼轴上安装有反向螺旋状叶片;所述混砂区的搅笼轴上安装有数个混砂叶片,所述的混砂叶片包括与水平方向成0°的第一叶片、与水平方向成15°的第二叶片、与水平方向成45°的第三叶片以及与水平方向呈75°的第四叶片,数个所述的第一叶片、第二叶片、第三叶片以及第四叶片在所述的搅笼轴上交替设置。
在所述的搅拌筒上还设置有与搅拌筒内部连通的固化剂喷嘴,该固化剂喷嘴接近所述的进砂口。
所述的粘结剂加入系统包括隔膜泵或齿轮泵,该隔膜泵或者齿轮泵的进液端通过进液管接入盛放粘结剂的粘结剂箱体,出液端通过出液管延伸至搅拌筒的内部,在所述的进液管上安装有控制阀。
所述的正向螺旋状叶片、反向螺旋状叶片以及混砂叶片均接近所述搅拌筒的内壁。
在所述的进砂口处安装有比例调节阀。
本发明的优点是:本发明具有混料均匀、清理快捷、混料快、出料快的特点,混砂均匀,有效地保证玻璃纤维增强聚酯树脂混凝土质量及成型率;便于搅拌筒以及正向螺旋状叶片、反向螺旋状叶片以及混砂叶片的清理和调整;操作维修方便,混制时间短,头砂和尾砂损失小,比例调节阀,能准确控制进砂量。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但这些实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,包括底座1、支臂座2、混砂系统4和电控柜2,在所述底座1上部的一侧安装有支臂座3,所述的混砂系统4安装在支臂座3上,且接入所述的电控柜2;所述的混砂系统包括搅拌筒13,该搅拌筒13在所述的支臂座3上沿水平方向设置,在所述的搅拌筒13内安有与搅拌筒13同轴设置的搅笼轴16,该搅笼轴16的一端转动的安装在搅拌筒13的一端,另一端穿出搅拌筒13后与所述的搅拌电机传动连接;在所述搅拌筒13一侧的上部设置有进砂口5,另一侧的下部设置有出砂口9,在所述的进砂口5与出砂口9之间的搅拌筒13内依次设置有加砂区、混砂区和出砂区,该搅拌筒13的中部安装有与搅拌筒连通的粘结剂加入系统6和树脂喷嘴15,该树脂喷嘴15接入装有树脂的容器,通过压缩空气压入搅拌筒13内,该树脂喷嘴15以及粘结剂加入系统6与所述的混砂区相对应;在所述的进砂口处安装有比例调节阀,便于物料进入量的控制。
在所述加砂区的搅笼轴上设置有正向螺旋状叶片11,所述出砂区的搅笼轴上安装有反向螺旋状叶片17;所述混砂区的搅笼轴上安装有数个混砂叶片14,所述的混砂叶片包括与水平方向成0°的第一叶片、与水平方向成15°的第二叶片、与水平方向成45°的第三叶片以及与水平方向呈75°的第四叶片,数个所述的第一叶片、第二叶片、第三叶片以及第四叶片在所述的搅笼轴上交替设置,通过设置与水平方向呈不同角度的叶片,保证了物料的混合均匀。
如图2所示,在所述的搅拌筒13上还设置有与搅拌筒内部连通的固化剂喷嘴12,用于喷入固化剂,该固化剂喷嘴12接近所述的进砂口5。
所述的粘结剂加入系统6包括隔膜泵或齿轮泵,该隔膜泵或者齿轮泵的进液端通过进液管接入盛放粘结剂的粘结剂箱体,出液端通过出液管延伸至搅拌筒的内部,在所述的进液管上安装有控制阀。
所述的正向螺旋状叶片11、反向螺旋状叶片17以及混砂叶片14均接近所述搅拌筒13的内壁,以便对物料进行充分搅拌混合。
本发明的工作原理是:物料通过进砂口进入搅拌筒内,被搅拌筒的正向螺旋旋转叶片进行推进和搅拌,此时,固化剂、树脂以及粘结剂均注入至搅拌筒内,物料经过正向螺旋旋转叶片推动进入混砂区,与固化剂、树脂以及粘结剂进行混合,并在数个混砂叶片的搅拌下进行充分混合搅拌均匀,最后流动至反向螺旋旋转叶片处,在出砂口处排出,完成了物料的搅拌。

1.玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,包括底座、支臂座、混砂系统和电控柜,在所述底座上部的一侧安装有支臂座,所述的混砂系统安装在支臂座上,且接入所述的电控柜;所述的混砂系统包括搅拌筒,该搅拌筒在所述的支臂座上沿水平方向设置,在所述的搅拌筒内安有与搅拌筒同轴设置的搅笼轴,该搅笼轴的一端转动的安装在搅拌筒的一端,另一端穿出搅拌筒后与所述的搅拌电机传动连接;在所述搅拌筒一侧的上部设置有进砂口,另一侧的下部设置有出砂口,在所述的进砂口与出砂口之间的搅拌筒内依次设置有加砂区、混砂区和出砂区,该搅拌筒的中部安装有与搅拌筒连通的粘结剂加入系统和树脂喷嘴,该树脂喷嘴以及粘结剂加入系统与所述的混砂区相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,在所述加砂区的搅笼轴上设置有正向螺旋状叶片,所述出砂区的搅笼轴上安装有反向螺旋状叶片;所述混砂区的搅笼轴上安装有数个混砂叶片,所述的混砂叶片包括与水平方向成0°的第一叶片、与水平方向成15°的第二叶片、与水平方向成45°的第三叶片以及与水平方向呈75°的第四叶片,数个所述的第一叶片、第二叶片、第三叶片以及第四叶片在所述的搅笼轴上交替设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,在所述的搅拌筒上还设置有与搅拌筒内部连通的固化剂喷嘴,该固化剂喷嘴接近所述的进砂口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂加入系统包括隔膜泵或齿轮泵,该隔膜泵或者齿轮泵的进液端通过进液管接入盛放粘结剂的粘结剂箱体,出液端通过出液管延伸至搅拌筒的内部,在所述的进液管上安装有控制阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,所述的正向螺旋状叶片、反向螺旋状叶片以及混砂叶片均接近所述搅拌筒的内壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维聚酯树脂混凝土泵站用混料浇注一体机,其特征在于,在所述的进砂口处安装有比例调节阀。
