Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving itching and diminishing swelling after mosquito bites.
Background
In summer, mosquitoes are too heavily, and people often suffer from mosquito bites. Mosquito dermatitis is allergic dermatitis caused by mosquito bites, and is the main type of insect dermatitis. Mosquitoes stab the skin through the mouth organ, saliva or venom of the mosquitoes invades the skin, and after entering the skin of a human body, the mosquitoes cause inflammatory reaction, and serious reactions such as red swelling, hot pain, pruritus, local bullous generation, hemorrhagic necrosis and the like of individual people occur. Therefore, solving various skin itch and red swelling caused by mosquito bites is the key point for preventing and treating summer diseases.
The current research on itch shows that the conduction pathways of itch comprise histamine-dependent itch and non-histamine-dependent itch, and western medicine clinical treatment is mostly used for resisting histamine and diminishing inflammation and relieving pain aiming at the itch, but the medicines are mostly chemical compositions, generally have the defects of intolerance, easy generation of body drug resistance, inconvenient use, damage to skin caused by long-term use, such as pigmentation, allergy and other symptoms, and increase the burden of patients.
Various toilet waters for mosquito bites in the current market are prepared from traditional raw materials including anophelifuge, alcohol, menthol, borneol, thymol, camphor, essence, alcohol and deionized water, and the toilet water not only has the functions of cooling and removing miliaria, but also has poor effect on dermatitis caused by mosquito bites. And the anophelifuge contained in the floral water has certain toxicity, and in the using process, people absorb part of the anophelifuge through the digestive tract and the respiratory tract, so that the floral water not only can induce diseases such as asthma, but also can cause cancer and teratogenesis after long-term use. Some toilet water is usually added with salicylic acid compounds to achieve anti-inflammatory effect, but the salicylic acid compounds have high permeability, so that the toilet water not only can irritate the skin, but also can dry the skin. In addition, many toilet waters containing menthol often trigger a stress response in the human skin.
Comparing files: a Chinese medicinal composition, preparation, floral water and its application method (patent application No. 201210315409.3) are disclosed, a Chinese medicinal composition for repelling mosquito and relieving itching is prepared from Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, herba Menthae, calculus bovis, stigma croci Sativi, flos Lonicerae, flos Chrysanthemi Indici, cortex Dictamni Radicis, radix astragali, flos Caryophylli, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, flos Campsis, and herba Portulacae, and can be used for treating mosquito and insect bite with the effects of relieving itching in 8 minutes, relieving swelling in 1 day, and prolonging itching relieving and swelling time. Comparing files: a Chinese medicinal composition for relieving itching and swelling after mosquito bites and a preparation method thereof (patent application number: 201610700793.7), the invention discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for relieving itching and swelling after mosquito bites, which consists of astragalus, bezoar, barbed skullcap herb, liquorice, belvedere fruit, lightyellow sophora root, cinnamon and clove, the itching and heat pain symptoms caused by mosquito bites can be eliminated by applying the Chinese medicinal composition for 5 minutes on average, the redness and swelling can be eliminated in 30 minutes, and the itching and swelling relieving time is longer. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a traditional Chinese medicine composition with better detumescence and itching relieving effects.
