Abstract
本发明公开了一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法及精华液,获取牡丹嫩芽与牡丹花瓣,并进行预处理;将预处理后的所述牡丹嫩芽与所述牡丹花瓣混合得到混合物,将所述混合物与蒸馏水混合,浸泡,加热蒸馏,冷凝得到牡丹滋润抗炎精华液。本发明以牡丹花瓣、嫩芽混合物和蒸馏水作为萃取原材料,不含有机溶剂,节约资源,绿色环保,且对人体天然无危害;具有明显的消炎以及滋润保湿作用,可有效改善脸部粉刺、闭口问题,并对皮肤起到良好的滋润保湿作用,适于干燥皮肤与痘肌的日常护理使用。

本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法及精华液。
背景技术
从芳香植物的根、茎、叶、花等不同部位通过水蒸馏获得的、带有疗愈功能的水溶性植物精华,含有许多带有特定功效的水溶性植物化合物,即植物次生代谢产物,这是芳香植物中最具有价值的部分。
植物次生代谢包括酚类、萜类和含氮类化合物,是植物香味的重要成分,植物芳香成分是从具有香气成分的植物中提取的精华部分,不同植物香精来自植物的不同部位,可从植物的花、果、叶、茎、籽、皮、根中提取得之,具有一定的生理活性,具有祛痰止咳、驱风镇痛等功效。无论是植物天然萃取成分还是植物香气都已在人们生活中占有了一席之地,植物芳香成分在市场上出售通常满足人们三个方面的需求:心理方面、身体保健和美容保养。
牡丹除了具有丰富多彩的颜色,还具有华贵典雅的香气,牡丹的花香或浓烈,或淡雅,或似药草,或香甜,花香丰富,丰富的牡丹资源给牡丹花香带来了多样性与可能性。与牡丹花香直接相关联的主要物质即为萜烯类和苯丙烷类化合物,牡丹丰富的花香也使牡丹作为香料植物生产香精成为可能。
现在市场上仅有含牡丹提取物的化妆水,常添加有许多化学试剂辅助达到目标功效,但完全采用植物萃取的精华液的制备还比较欠缺,无对其进行深入的成分检测的牡丹滋润抗炎精华液相关产品。并且目前关于牡丹嫩芽中提取物的研究相对较为缺少,且未对其进行皮肤外用护肤品的开发利用,牡丹嫩芽的资源未被加以充分重视与利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的技术问题,本发明提供了一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法及精华液,以牡丹花瓣、嫩芽混合物和蒸馏水作为萃取原材料,不含有机溶剂,节约资源,绿色环保,且对人体天然无危害;具有明显的消炎以及滋润保湿作用,可有效改善脸部粉刺、闭口问题,并对皮肤起到良好的滋润保湿作用,适于干燥皮肤与痘肌的日常护理使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:获取牡丹嫩芽与牡丹花瓣,并进行预处理;
步骤2:将预处理后的所述牡丹嫩芽与所述牡丹花瓣混合得到混合物,将所述混合物与蒸馏水混合,浸泡,加热蒸馏,冷凝得到牡丹滋润抗炎精华液。
进一步地,获取未分化成花蕾与叶片的所述牡丹嫩芽;获取盛花期未散粉的所述牡丹花瓣。
进一步地,所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹嫩芽按质量比为1:1~1:2进行混合。
进一步地,将所述混合物与所述蒸馏水按质量比为1:4~1:10进行混合。
进一步地,浸泡时间为3~5小时。
进一步地,加热蒸馏的温度为90~105℃,时间为3~8小时。
进一步地,所述预处理具体为:首先将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊于-80℃环境下冷冻24~48小时;再将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊冻干48~72小时;最后将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊粉碎。
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液,应用本发明所述的制备方法制得,包括抗炎抑菌成分、保湿成分、防腐成分和芳香成分;所述抗炎抑菌成分包括丹皮酚、β-蒎烯、桃金娘烯醛、青叶醛、正壬醛、环丙烷衍生物、香叶醇、橙花醇、桃金娘醇和柠檬醛;所述保湿成分包括肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、4-戊烯-2-醇和2-肉豆蔻酰泛乙烯;所述防腐成分包括水杨醛和桉叶油醇;所述芳香成分包括苯甲醛、橙花叔醇、左旋-顺式没药醇和乙酸香叶酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,首先,以牡丹花瓣、嫩芽混合物和蒸馏水作为萃取原材料,不含有机溶剂,节约资源,绿色环保,且对人体天然无危害;其次,经GC-MS检测成分检测出确定的大量的抗炎、抑菌成分和较多滋润保湿成分,以及一定量的天然防腐成分,用以佐证本发明中牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的消炎抑菌、滋润保湿功效性;最后,在工艺上经过不同的料液比设定、温度设定,使得该发明中的精华液在具有功效性的同时具有特殊的牡丹嫩芽清香。本发明将牡丹花和嫩芽进行共同萃取加工成天然安全的滋润抗炎精华液,在日常清洗皮肤后作用于脸部、颈部等皮肤,该精华液具有明显的消炎以及滋润保湿作用,可有效改善脸部粉刺、闭口问题,并对皮肤起到良好的滋润保湿作用,适于干燥皮肤与痘肌的日常护理使用。经本发明方法制得的牡丹滋润抗炎精华液不含其他化学物质,针对干燥皮肤及问题痘肌,其消除闭口粉刺以及滋润保湿的功效明显,且还含有一定量的天然防腐成分,无需添加化学试剂,适用于问题肌肤,符合人们日常使用需求。
本发明制得的牡丹滋润抗炎精华液,包括抗炎抑菌成分、保湿成分、防腐成分和芳香成分;所述抗炎抑菌成分包括丹皮酚、β-蒎烯、桃金娘烯醛、青叶醛、正壬醛、环丙烷衍生物、香叶醇、橙花醇、桃金娘醇和柠檬醛;所述保湿成分包括肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、4-戊烯-2-醇和2-肉豆蔻酰泛乙烯;所述防腐成分包括水杨醛和桉叶油醇;所述芳香成分包括苯甲醛、橙花叔醇、左旋-顺式没药醇和乙酸香叶酯。这使得该款精华液不仅具有独特的牡丹嫩芽清香,还具有良好的消炎、抑菌功效以及较好的保湿功效,且该精华液含有天然防腐成分,不易变质,使用后可有效缓解脸部因发炎引起的粉刺、闭口、痘痘,且对皮肤起到良好的滋润保湿作用,适于干燥皮肤与痘肌的日常护理使用。

实施例1
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其原料组分及用量如下:
步骤1:牡丹花材的准备:于3月15日选择牡丹萌芽期进行嫩芽采样,选择长势良好,还未分化成花蕾与叶片的嫩芽;于4月5日牡丹花期时选择盛花期,即萼片位于花瓣基部,内外层花瓣均展开,雄蕊和雌蕊完全露出,但并未散粉的状态下,将完整的花瓣采下;
步骤2:冷冻干燥:将采样所得花瓣与嫩芽于-80℃低温冰箱中冷冻24小时,使其预冻完全;再将花材置于冷冻干燥机中冻干48小时,使其完全干燥后,取出密封保存;
步骤3:粉碎:将步骤2所得花材置于高速粉碎离心机中粉碎10秒;
步骤4:制备牡丹滋润抗炎精华液:将牡丹花瓣与嫩芽以1:1的比例混合,于蒸馏烧瓶中将牡丹花瓣、嫩芽混合物与蒸馏水以1:10的比例混匀,浸泡3小时,并加入适量沸石,用加热套以105℃的温度将其加热蒸馏3小时,最终经冷凝回流所得馏出液则为牡丹滋润抗炎精华液。
分装牡丹滋润抗炎精华液:分装瓶经清洗灭菌后,将牡丹滋润抗炎精华液分装到各个分装瓶中以供试用。
选择不限年龄、不限性别的随机抽选100名志愿者,分发不带有配方标识性的实施例1精华液试样。连续使用实施例1精华液30天后,对实施例1牡丹滋润抗炎精华液进行匿名无识别性用户舒适度体验调查,100名用户均无过敏反应,且100名用户皮肤的粉刺均有不同程度的变小、抚平现象;24名用户的痘肌有不同程度的改善和消除;90%的用户反馈使用该精华液后皮肤感受温和舒缓,无刺痛感;85%以上的用户反馈该精华液气味清香,天然怡人,闻到后感到舒适愉悦;98%以上的用户反馈该精华液使用后皮肤吸收良好,能持久保持滋润,皮肤干燥有明显缓解,整体呈现光滑细腻感。
可见,实施例1中的精华液其对于皮肤的抗炎祛痘效果良好,且抗炎的同时对于皮肤的保湿作用明显,其次,其对于增加皮肤的光滑细腻感有良好效果,且香气清香怡人,使用后令人感到愉悦舒适。
实施例2
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其原料组分及用量如下:
步骤1:牡丹花材的准备:于3月20日选择牡丹萌芽期进行嫩芽采样,选择长势良好,还未分化成花蕾与叶片的嫩芽;于4月15日牡丹花期时选择盛花期,即萼片位于花瓣基部,内外层花瓣均展开,雄蕊和雌蕊完全露出,但并未散粉的状态下,将完整的花瓣采下;
步骤2:冷冻干燥:将采样所得花瓣与嫩芽于-80℃低温冰箱中冷冻48小时,使其预冻完全;再将花材置于冷冻干燥机中冻干72小时,使其完全干燥后,取出密封保存;
步骤3:粉碎:将步骤2所得花材置于高速粉碎离心机中粉碎15秒;

实施例3
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其原料组分及用量如下:
步骤1:牡丹花材的准备:于3月25日选择牡丹萌芽期进行嫩芽采样,选择长势良好,还未分化成花蕾与叶片的嫩芽;于4月25日牡丹花期时选择盛花期,即萼片位于花瓣基部,内外层花瓣均展开,雄蕊和雌蕊完全露出,但并未散粉的状态下,将完整的花瓣采下;
步骤2:冷冻干燥:将采样所得花瓣与嫩芽于-80℃低温冰箱中冷冻36小时,使其预冻完全;再将花材置于冷冻干燥机中冻干60小时,使其完全干燥后,取出密封保存;
步骤3:粉碎:将步骤2所得花材置于高速粉碎离心机中粉碎10秒;
步骤4:制备牡丹滋润抗炎精华液:将牡丹花瓣与嫩芽以1:1的比例混合,于蒸馏烧瓶中将牡丹花瓣、嫩芽混合物与蒸馏水以1:8的比例混匀,浸泡4小时,并加入适量沸石,用加热套以95℃的温度将其加热蒸馏6小时,最终经冷凝回流所得馏出液则为牡丹滋润抗炎精华液。
分装牡丹滋润抗炎精华液:分装瓶经清洗灭菌后,将牡丹滋润抗炎精华液分装到各个分装瓶中以供试用。
实施例4
一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其原料组分及用量如下:
步骤1:牡丹花材的准备:于4月1日选择牡丹萌芽期进行嫩芽采样,选择长势良好,还未分化成花蕾与叶片的嫩芽;于4月30日牡丹花期时选择盛花期,即萼片位于花瓣基部,内外层花瓣均展开,雄蕊和雌蕊完全露出,但并未散粉的状态下,将完整的花瓣采下;
步骤2:冷冻干燥:将采样所得花瓣与嫩芽于-80℃低温冰箱中冷冻24小时,使其预冻完全;再将花材置于冷冻干燥机中冻干60小时,使其完全干燥后,取出密封保存;
步骤3:粉碎:将步骤2所得花材置于高速粉碎离心机中粉碎15秒;

采用GC-MS对实施例1~4制得的牡丹滋润抗炎精华液进行成分检测,经检测,该精华液离子流如图1~4所示,该精华液中含有大量抗炎抑菌成分,其中相对含量在5%~25%之间的抗炎抑菌成分有:丹皮酚、β-蒎烯、桃金娘烯醛、青叶醛、正壬醛、环丙烷衍生物、香叶醇、橙花醇、桃金娘醇和柠檬醛;该精华液还含有较多天然保湿成分,其中相对含量在5%~10%之间的天然保湿成分有:肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、4-戊烯-2-醇、α-甲基肉桂醛和2-肉豆蔻酰泛乙烯;除此之外,该精华液还含有天然防腐成分:水杨醛、水杨酸甲酯和桉叶油醇;除以上成分外还含有芳香成分如:2-丁醇、甲羟丙二酸、己醛、3-乙基-3-戊醇、苯甲醛、橙花叔醇、左旋-顺式没药醇、乙酸香叶酯、顺式薄荷-1(7),8-二烯-2-醇、4-甲基苯甲醛-、反式芳樟醇氧化物、顺式-2-壬烯醛、3-羟基辛酸甲酯、反式玫瑰氧化物、β-蒎烯、3-蒈烯-10-醛、反式-2-蒈烯-4-醇、左旋-桃金娘醇、正癸醛、反式-薄荷烯醇、α-甲基肉桂醛、3-环己烯-1-乙醛,4-二甲基-、6-辛-1-醇,7-甲基-3-亚甲基-、薄荷-1(7),8(10)-二烯-9-醇、橙花醇、左旋-顺式没药醇、反式-3(10)-蒈烯-2-醇、柠檬醛、顺式-2,6-辛二烯,3,7-二甲基-、2-蒈烯-10-醛、对甲基-7-醇、对-薄荷-1,8-二烯-7-醇、α-罗勒烯、2,4-癸二烯醛、十二甲基-环己烷、1,4-对-孟二烯-7-醛、乙酸香叶酯、2-丁基-2-辛烯醛、3-羟基辛酸甲酯、十四烷、2,4,6-三甲氧基苯甲酸、甲基丁香酚、1,3,5-三甲氧基苯、3-羟基十二酸甲酯、3-羟基十六酸甲酯、3-羟基癸酸甲酯、α-紫罗兰酮、2,6,10-三甲基十三烷、反式-α-紫罗兰酮、3-羟基肉豆蔻酸、十五烷、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、橙花叔醇、苯甲酸己酯、石竹烯氧化物、α-蒎烯、3-羟基肉豆蔻酸、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、十四酸丙酯、1-丁苯甲酸。这使得该款精华液不仅具有独特的牡丹花瓣与嫩芽清香,还具有良好的消炎、抑菌功效以及较好的保湿功效,且该精华液含有天然防腐成分,不易变质,使用后可有效缓解脸部因发炎引起的粉刺、闭口、痘痘,且对皮肤起到良好的滋润保湿作用,适于干燥皮肤与痘肌的日常护理使用。
最后应说明的是:以上所述实施例,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制,本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改或可轻易想到变化,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改、变化或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:获取牡丹嫩芽与牡丹花瓣,并进行预处理;
步骤2:将预处理后的所述牡丹嫩芽与所述牡丹花瓣混合得到混合物,将所述混合物与蒸馏水混合,浸泡,加热蒸馏,冷凝得到牡丹滋润抗炎精华液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,获取未分化成花蕾与叶片的所述牡丹嫩芽;获取盛花期未散粉的所述牡丹花瓣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹嫩芽按质量比为1:1~1:2进行混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述混合物与所述蒸馏水按质量比为1:4~1:10进行混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,浸泡时间为3~5小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,加热蒸馏的温度为90~105℃,时间为3~8小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹抗衰防皱精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预处理具体为:首先将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊于-80℃环境下冷冻24~48小时;再将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊冻干48~72小时;最后将所述牡丹花瓣与所述牡丹花蕊粉碎。
8.一种牡丹滋润抗炎精华液,其特征在于,应用如权利要求1~7任一项所述的制备方法制得,包括抗炎抑菌成分、保湿成分、防腐成分和芳香成分;所述抗炎抑菌成分包括丹皮酚、β-蒎烯、桃金娘烯醛、青叶醛、正壬醛、环丙烷衍生物、香叶醇、橙花醇、桃金娘醇和柠檬醛;所述保湿成分包括肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、4-戊烯-2-醇和2-肉豆蔻酰泛乙烯;所述防腐成分包括水杨醛和桉叶油醇;所述芳香成分包括苯甲醛、橙花叔醇、左旋-顺式没药醇和乙酸香叶酯。
