As can be seen from the results in tables 1 and 2, the solid beverage prepared from the berry fruit-flavored composite powder in example 1 meets the technical requirements, is safe and harmless, is purplish red powder, has special taste and smell, has no peculiar smell, has no visible foreign matters with normal vision, and has no caking; the detection result of the microbial colony meets the regulation, and the heavy metal components such as lead and the like are not detected, so the edible fungus is safe to eat.

Thirdly, safety evaluation is carried out on the wheat bran gynura procumbens powder in the raw materials.
1. Test object
Wheat bran Gynura procumbens powder, brown to light brown powder, 100 g/bag, with a batch number of HRKMFP-FH200105, provided and registered by Zhejiang a Hao culture media Limited in 2020, 03 month and 17 days, and stored in a cool cabinet; the fish culture water is prepared into 5mg/mL mother solution for use at present

Wild type AB strain zebrafish, 2 days post fertilization, 360 tails, 30 tails per experimental group.

The death rate (%) of the zebra fish and the incidence rate (%) of the pathological changes of tissues and organs are as follows,

In the experiment, six concentration gradients of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 mug/mL are selected for the wheat bran gynura procumbens to carry out a concentration-mortality test on the zebra fish. The best effect curve fitting of the concentration-mortality rate is carried out by using originPro8.0 software, and the maximal non-lethal concentration (MNLC) and the 10% lethal concentration (LC10) of the gynura procumbens to the acute toxicity of the zebra fish are 651.9 mu g/mL and 1797.2 mu g/mL respectively.
The subsequent experimental concentration of the wheat bran gynura procumbens acute toxicity evaluation is set to be 72.4, 217.3, 651.9 and 1797.2 mu g/mL.
7. Experimental groups
(1) Determining the maximum non-lethal concentration (MNLC) and the 10% lethal concentration (LC10) of the wheat bran Gynura procumbens
Normal control group: water treatment for fish farming
And a test article treatment group: 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 mu g/mL of wheat bran gynura procumbens
(2) Evaluation of wheat bran Gynura procumbens acute toxicity (identification of toxic target organs)

And a test article treatment group: 72.4 parts of wheat bran gynura procumbens, 217.3 parts of wheat bran gynura procumbens, 651.9 parts of wheat bran gynura procumbens and 1797.2 mu g/mL of wheat bran gynura procumbens
8. Experimental methods
(1) The maximum non-lethal concentration (MNLC) and the 10% lethal concentration (LC10) of the wheat bran gynura procumbens are determined
Randomly selecting 210 wild type AB strain zebra fishes 2 days (2dpf) after fertilization into a six-hole plate, treating 30 zebra fishes per hole (experimental group), and enabling the volume of solution per hole to be 3 mL. The wheat bran gynura procumbens were dissolved in water to concentrations of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000. mu.g/mL, while a normal control group (water-treated zebrafish for fish farming) was set. Treatment was continued for 72h for each experimental group to 5 days post fertilization (5dpf) [2,3], during which dead zebrafish were counted and removed daily. After the treatment is finished, the death number and the toxicity of each group of zebra fishes are counted, an optimal concentration-mortality effect curve is drawn by using originpro8.0 statistical software, and MNLC and LC10 of the wheat bran gynura procumbens are calculated.
(2) Wheat bran gynura procumbens toxic target organ identification
And randomly selecting 150 wild AB strain zebra fishes 2 days (2dpf) after fertilization into a six-hole plate, treating 30 zebra fishes in each hole (experimental group), wherein the volume of the solution in each hole is 3 mL. The water solution was applied to the concentration of 72.4, 217.3, 651.9 and 1797.2. mu.g/mL of gynura procumbens, while a normal control group (water-treated zebrafish for fish farming) was set. Each experimental group was treated continuously for 72h to 5 days post fertilization (5dpf), during which dead zebrafish were counted and removed daily. After the experiment is finished, core indexes of organs and tissues of the zebra fish are observed and evaluated under a microscope: heart, brain, mandible, eye, liver, kidney, intestine, trunk/tail/spinal cord, muscle/body segment, body coloration, circulatory system, body edema, hemorrhage; other indexes are as follows: fins, otoliths, athletic ability, body length; and calculating the rate of malformed zebra fish. And (3) respectively evaluating the acute toxicity of the wheat bran gynura procumbens to the zebra fish according to the statistical analysis results of the tissue-organ reaction and the death condition of each concentration group.
9. The result of the detection
(1) The original data of the wheat bran gynura procumbens acute toxicity concentration-mortality (n is 30) are shown in the following table 3;
(2) the optimal effect curve of "concentration-mortality" of the wheat bran gynura procumbens is shown in fig. 5;
(3) the wheat bran gynura procumbens acute toxicity incidence (%) statistical table (n is 30, core index) is shown in table 4;
(4) the statistical table of the incidence rate (%) of acute toxicity of gynura procumbens (n is 30, other indexes) is shown in table 5;
(5) the acute toxicity phenotype chart of each experimental group of the wheat bran gynura procumbens is shown in figure 6, wherein H ═ Heart; j ═ Jaw; intestinaltract; l ═ Liver; y is Yolkksac; e ═ Eye.

10. Detection conclusion
Under the condition of the experimental concentration, the wheat bran gynura procumbens powder provided by Zhejiang gem culture media ltd at 03-17 th of 2020 does not induce abnormality of the heart, brain, mandible, eye, liver, kidney, trunk/tail/spinal cord, muscle/body segment, body coloring or circulatory system of zebra fish at the concentration of 651.9 μ g/ML (MNLC), does not induce body edema or bleeding, and does not induce abnormality of fin, otolith, motor ability or body length.
More than 70% of components in the yolk sac of the zebra fish are neutral fat, and nutrition is provided for early growth and development of the zebra fish. The wheat bran gynura procumbens is used as dietary fiber, has satiety, inhibits the absorption and utilization of fat, and induces zebra fish to show delayed yolk sac absorption and slow intestinal tract development. When the concentration of the wheat bran gynura procumbens is 1797.2 mu g/mL (LC10), the concentration of dietary fiber is higher, the dietary fiber swells in water, and the water quality is partially influenced, for example, the swollen fiber blocks the cheek and the lower jaw of zebra fish, so that abnormal conditions or death of the zebra fish are caused.
The zebra fish 651.9 mug/ML (MNLC) and 1797.2 mug/mL (LC10) are converted into the daily dosage of 11.7 and 32.3g for human bodies.
In conclusion, the safety evaluation test can prove that the sample wheat bran gynura procumbens is high in safety and does not show obvious toxicity.

The solid beverage with the strawberry flavor and the composite powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3000-4000 parts of wheat bran gynura procumbens powder, 2000-3000 parts of passion fruit juice powder, 1000-1500 parts of freeze-dried red-core dragon fruit powder, 1000-1500 parts of dragon fruit raw powder, 800-1200 parts of konjac powder, 780-850 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 750-830 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 700-800 parts of composite berry powder, 200-300 parts of white kidney bean extract, 200-300 parts of edible essence, 30-80 parts of lotus leaf powder, 20-30 parts of potato extract, 10-15 parts of stevioside and 3-8 parts of bird's nest powder.
2. The solid beverage of the compound powder with the berry fruit flavor of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3500 parts of wheat bran gynura procumbens powder, 2500 parts of passion fruit juice powder, 1268.25 parts of freeze-dried red-core dragon fruit powder, 1268.25 parts of dragon fruit raw powder, 1000 parts of konjak powder, 820 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 800 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 750 parts of compound berry powder, 250 parts of white kidney bean extract, 250 parts of edible essence, 50 parts of lotus leaf powder, 25 parts of potato extract, 13.5 parts of stevioside and 5 parts of bird's nest powder product.
3. The solid beverage with berry fruit flavor and compound powder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the wheat bran gynura procumbens powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of wheat bran and 30-50 parts of gynura procumbens powder.
4. The solid beverage of claim 1 or 2, wherein the composite berry powder comprises red raspberry juice powder, blueberry powder, cranberry juice powder, strawberry powder and blackcurrant flower fruit powder.
5. The solid beverage with berry fruit flavor and compound powder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the flavoring essence comprises strawberry essence, blueberry essence and/or sweet orange essence.
6. The preparation method of the solid beverage with the strawberry flavor and the compound powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) extracting white kidney beans to obtain a white kidney bean extract;
(2) weighing the prepared white kidney bean extract and the raw materials according to the solid beverage of the berry fruit flavored composite powder of any one of claims 1 to 5 for later use;
(3) primarily mixing the bird's nest powder, stevioside, lotus leaf powder and potato extract, and then sequentially adding the white kidney bean extract, the compound berry powder and the food essence for deep mixing to obtain a first mixture;
(4) and adding the first mixture, isomaltooligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide, wheat bran gynura procumbens powder, passion fruit juice powder, freeze-dried red-core pitaya powder, raw pitaya powder and konjac powder into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain the solid beverage of the raspberry-flavor composite powder.

(12) sieving the extract with a 80-mesh sieve, and concentrating at 120-150 ℉ to obtain a concentrate;
(13) and (3) carrying out pasteurization and spray drying treatment on the concentrate in sequence, and then sieving the concentrate by using a 40-mesh sieve to obtain the white kidney bean extract.
8. The coconut-flavored composite powder solid beverage as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preliminary mixing time in step (4) is 8-12 min, the temperature is 15-30 ℃, and the deep mixing time is 15-20 min.
9. The coconut-flavored composite powder solid beverage is characterized in that the mixing time in the step (5) is 20-30 min.
