Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pet nutrition, in particular to a pet health product for improving immunity and a preparation method thereof. A pet health product for improving immunity comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of cooked chicken paste, 30-50 parts of cooked beef paste, 20-30 parts of corn flour, 12-18 parts of flour, 3-5 parts of yeast cheese, 1-3 parts of probiotics, 5-6 parts of palm oil, 2-4 parts of salt, 4-6 parts of compound vitamin, 4-8 parts of mineral element chelate, 1-1.5 parts of calcium stearate, 1-6 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 4-8 parts of purple sweet potato extract and 6-10 parts of chitosan. The pet health product contains rich organic trace elements, vitamins, high-activity digestive enzyme, probiotics and the like, and can obviously improve the immunity of pet dogs and promote the gastrointestinal tract to be healthy. And as a health product, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has lasting drug effect, does not generate toxic or side effect after long-term use, and has good application prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pet nutrition, and particularly relates to a pet health product for improving immunity and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of national economy in China, the living standard of people is continuously improved, high-quality life becomes a target pursued by people, the attention to pets is increased, the breeding of the pets is fashionable, the breeding variety of domestic pets is increased, and the probability of the pets being ill is increased.
The pet health care product is a nutritional conditioning product prepared according to the physiological conditions of the pets, and the food is beneficial to the healthy development and growth of the pets and can be used for the recovery of sick pets as auxiliary treatment. Vitamins are a group of organic substances necessary for maintaining the normal metabolism of animals, and although the amount of vitamins required is very small, the vitamins play an important role in regulating physiological functions. In dogs, at least 13 vitamins are required, and a deficiency in any one of these vitamins can cause a corresponding disease or physiological disorder in the dog. For example, in the absence of vitamin a, dogs develop poorly and will have reduced fertility. Regular active vitamin supplementation is necessary.
Most of pet health products on the market at present have no or weak effects of preventing and resisting diseases, so that the research and development of a health product which can improve the immunity of pets and has no toxic or side effect on the pets is especially necessary and urgent according to the physiological characteristics of different pets by combining the current situation of pet foods in China.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a pet health product for improving immunity, which comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of cooked chicken paste, 20-30 parts of corn flour, 12-18 parts of flour, 3-5 parts of yeast cheese, 1-3 parts of probiotics, 5-6 parts of palm oil, 2-4 parts of salt, 4-6 parts of compound vitamin, 4-8 parts of mineral element chelate, 1-1.5 parts of calcium stearate, 1-6 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 4-8 parts of purple sweet potato extract and 6-10 parts of chitosan.
As a preferable technical scheme, the raw materials for preparing the pet health product for improving the immunity also comprise 2-4 parts of roxburgh rose extract.
As a preferable technical scheme, the raw materials for preparing the pet health product for improving the immunity also comprise a lycium ruthenicum extract.
As a preferred technical scheme, the mass ratio of the lycium ruthenicum extract to the rosa roxburghii extract is 1: (4-8).
As a preferred technical scheme, the extraction method of the lycium ruthenicum extract at least comprises the following steps: drying and pulverizing Lycium ruthenicum Murr, adding cellulase-acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, adjusting pH to 2.4-4.4, performing enzymolysis at 25-45 deg.C, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, and concentrating at 40-60 deg.C to obtain extract.
As a preferred technical scheme, the probiotics are selected from at least one of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum and beer yeast.
As a preferable technical scheme, the compound vitamin comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight, vitamin A: vitamin E: vitamin B: vitamin D is (1-4): (0.05-0.2): (0.5-2): (0.08-0.22).
In a preferred embodiment, the mineral element chelate is at least one selected from the group consisting of iron chelate, manganese chelate, zinc chelate and copper chelate.
As a preferred technical scheme, the extraction method of the purple sweet potato extract at least comprises the following steps: mincing the purple sweet potato pieces, adding the minced purple sweet potato pieces into the purple sweet potato leaf extracting solution, then adding a citric acid aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, then standing at low temperature, carrying out suction filtration, and concentrating to obtain the purple sweet potato leaf extract.
The invention provides a preparation method of the pet health product for improving immunity, which at least comprises the following steps: mixing the above components, pulverizing, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder; adding water and sodium carboxymethyl starch into the fine powder, stirring uniformly, and granulating with a 14-18 mesh sieve to obtain wet granules; drying the obtained wet granules, and tabletting to obtain the final product.
Has the advantages that: the pet health product contains rich organic trace elements, vitamins, high-activity digestive enzyme, probiotics and the like, and can obviously improve the immunity of pet dogs and promote the gastrointestinal tract to be healthy. And as a health product, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has lasting drug effect, does not generate toxic or side effect after long-term use, and has good application prospect.

In a preferred embodiment, the raw materials for preparing the pet health product for improving immunity further comprise lycium ruthenicum extract.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the lycium ruthenicum extract to the roxburgh rose extract is 1: (4-8).
Cooked chicken meat paste
The cooked chicken paste is prepared by unfreezing quick-frozen chicken breast, cutting, rinsing, adding salt and composite phosphate, chopping at low temperature, and loading into a tray for steaming.
Corn flour
The corn flour disclosed by the invention contains a large amount of lecithin, linoleic acid, grain alcohol, vitamin E, cellulose and the like, completely reserves the nutritional ingredients and conditioning functions of corn, and overcomes the defects of poor mouthfeel and difficult digestion of coarse grain flour food.
In a preferred embodiment, the corn meal has a particle size of 0.8 to 1.0 mm.
Rosa roxburghii extract
The roxburgh rose extract is a substance obtained by extracting roxburgh rose traditional Chinese medicine. The rosa roxburghii tratt is a rosaceous plant, is rich in various nutritional ingredients, mainly comprises carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins, tannins, trace elements, superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and the like, has the effects of promoting digestion, strengthening spleen, astringing and stopping diarrhea, and is a traditional medicinal material for Guizhou Miao nationality.
In a preferred embodiment, the extraction method of the rosa roxburghii tratt extract at least comprises the following steps:
a, removing seeds and sepals of roxburgh rose, steaming, drying in the sun, crushing, and screening by a No. 4 sieve to obtain roxburgh rose powder;
b, adding the roxburgh rose powder into a stirrer, and adding the roxburgh rose powder into the stirrer in a material-liquid ratio of 1: 1, adding a second oxalic acid solution to dilute after uniformly stirring, shaking uniformly, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain the product.
The first oxalic acid solution is a self-defined name, namely an oxalic acid water solution with the mass fraction of 1.8-2.2%.
The second oxalic acid solution is a self-defined name, namely, the second oxalic acid solution is an oxalic acid aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 0.5-1.5%.
The feed-liquid ratio is the ratio of the mass of the roxburgh rose powder to the volume of the first oxalic acid solution.
The Rosa roxburghii is purchased from Biotech Inc., Yin Ruitang, Bozhou.
Lycium ruthenicum Murr extract
The lycium ruthenicum extract disclosed by the invention is rich in nutrient components such as amino acid, fat, vitamin B1, a rosa roxburghii extract, procyanidine, elements, polysaccharide, total flavone and the like. The Lycium ruthenicum Murr is perennial wild shrub plant of Lycium of Solanaceae, has thorns, multiple branches, multiple gray colors and white colors, is hard, is bent in a zigzag shape, and has a flowering period of about 6-10 months. The pulp is spherical, the peel is thin, and the peel is purple black after being cooked. The purple sweet anthocyanin has sweet and juicy taste and mild nature, contains very much purplish red pigment, and belongs to typical original anthocyanin plant pigment resources. Is mainly distributed in northwest areas of China, resists cold and drought, and has strong adaptability to saline-alkali soil. The lycium ruthenicum murr is called as 'soft gold', has sweet taste, mild nature and heart heat clearing effect, can nourish liver and kidney, benefit essence and improve eyesight, and enhances immunity, and has good health care value and medicinal value.
In one embodiment, the extraction method of the lycium ruthenicum extract at least comprises the following steps: drying and pulverizing Lycium ruthenicum Murr, adding cellulase-acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, adjusting pH to 2.4-4.4, performing enzymolysis at 25-45 deg.C, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, and concentrating at 40-60 deg.C to obtain extract.
In one embodiment, the extraction method of the lycium ruthenicum extract at least comprises the following steps:
drying and degreasing the lycium ruthenicum to obtain lycium ruthenicum powder; then adding the mixture into the reactor at a feed-liquid ratio of 1: (10-14) adjusting the pH value of the cellulase acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution to 2.4-4.4, carrying out enzymolysis at 25-45 ℃ for 20-40min, then carrying out centrifugal separation at 4000-4500r/min to obtain a supernatant, and carrying out rotary evaporation on the supernatant at 40-60 ℃ to obtain an extractum.
The feed-liquid ratio is the ratio of the mass of the lycium ruthenicum powder to the volume of the cellulase-acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution; the mass fraction of the cellulase in the cellulase acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution is 3-5%.
The Lycium ruthenicum Murr is purchased from a Lycium barbarum processing factory, and the origin place is Qinghai Guerfu. The altitude is 2848m, the annual precipitation is only 40mm, the daily time is long, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the content of nutrient components in the planted lycium ruthenicum is high.
The inventor finds that the weight ratio of the components is (4-8): the lycium ruthenicum extract and the roxburgh rose extract in the formula 1 can achieve the effects of clearing heat, protecting eyes and improving immunity. The possible reasons are that the lycium ruthenicum extract has a multi-electron hydroxyl part and conjugated double bonds on an aromatic ring stabilize electrons in molecules, can form inert compounds in vivo, protect and stabilize the rosa roxburghii tratt extract, help absorption and utilization of nutrients in the rosa roxburghii tratt extract and prolong the time for the nutrients in the rosa roxburghii tratt extract to have efficacy in pets. Thereby the effects of clearing heat, protecting eyes and improving immunity are exerted to the maximum extent. Probiotics

Palm oil
Compared with soybean oil and animal oil, the palm oil has lower price, so that if part of the palm oil can be applied to pet feed, the cost of the pet feed can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of the feed can be improved. Meanwhile, most of the soybean oil applied at present is a transgenic product, and the animal oil contains too much cholesterol, which threatens the health of pets; palm oil, in contrast, is neither a transgenic product nor cholesterol-free and, therefore, is beneficial to pet health.

(c) adding a sodium chloride solution and a citric acid solution into the extracting solution obtained in the step (b), wherein the volume ratio of the extracting solution to the sodium chloride solution to the citric acid solution is 1: (0.4-0.8): (0.2-0.4), performing ultrasonic treatment at 60-70 deg.C for 20-40min, standing at low temperature, filtering, recovering, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution;
(d) washing the concentrated solution obtained in the step (c) with deionized water, and concentrating and drying the eluent to obtain the purple sweet potato extract.
The mass fraction of the sodium chloride solution is 0.8%, and the mass fraction of the citric acid solution is 0.6%.

The inventor finds that the immunity can be improved by mixing and extracting the potato blocks and the potato leaves through long-term research. The possible reason is that the purple sweet potato leaves are rich in various nutrient substances, the nutritional value which is not contained in the purple sweet potato blocks can be compensated, the nutritional value is further enriched, in addition, the extraction rate of the nutrient components can be improved by adding citric acid into the extracting solution of the purple sweet potato leaves after the purple sweet potato blocks are crushed and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and then standing at low temperature, and the problems of gastric acid and abdominal distension caused by excessive eating can be solved. The possible reason is that in the process, the purple sweet potato mucin in the purple sweet potato leaf extracting solution can eliminate oxidase in the purple sweet potato blocks under the condition of ultrasonic waves, and then the purple sweet potato mucin is immediately kept stand at 0 ℃, so that the existence of nutrient substances is ensured, and the problems of gastric acid and abdominal distension caused by the oxidase in the purple sweet potato blocks are solved.
Chitosan
The chitosan is also called deacetylated chitin, is obtained by deacetylating chitin widely existing in the nature, and has a chemical name of polyglucosamine (1-4) -2-amino-B-D glucose. The chitosan can effectively prevent protein molecules in the food from being inactivated, prevent the food from deterioration, keep the fresh flavor of the food and improve the quality of the food.
In the research process, the inventor finds that the chitosan can be chelated with calcium plasma rich in purple sweet potatoes besides being used as a health food additive, a stabilizer and an antioxidant, so that the precipitation of metal ions and dietary fibers in purple sweet potatoes is avoided, and the nutritional value of the purple sweet potato extract is ensured. In addition, the chitosan group can act with astringent components in the purple sweet potato extract and the lycium ruthenicum extract, so that the astringent is removed, and the palatability of pet food is improved.
The invention provides a preparation method of the pet health product for improving immunity, which at least comprises the following steps: mixing the above components, pulverizing, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder; adding water and sodium carboxymethyl starch into the fine powder, stirring uniformly, and granulating with a 14-18 mesh sieve to obtain wet granules; drying the obtained wet granules, and tabletting to obtain the final product.
