The inventor finds that the immunity can be improved by mixing and extracting the potato blocks and the potato leaves through long-term research. The possible reason is that the purple sweet potato leaves are rich in various nutrient substances, the nutritional value which is not contained in the purple sweet potato blocks can be compensated, the nutritional value is further enriched, in addition, the extraction rate of the nutrient components can be improved by adding citric acid into the extracting solution of the purple sweet potato leaves after the purple sweet potato blocks are crushed and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and then standing at low temperature, and the problems of gastric acid and abdominal distension caused by excessive eating can be solved. The possible reason is that in the process, the purple sweet potato mucin in the purple sweet potato leaf extracting solution can eliminate oxidase in the purple sweet potato blocks under the condition of ultrasonic waves, and then the purple sweet potato mucin is immediately kept stand at 0 ℃, so that the existence of nutrient substances is ensured, and the problems of gastric acid and abdominal distension caused by the oxidase in the purple sweet potato blocks are solved.
Chitosan
The chitosan is also called deacetylated chitin, is obtained by deacetylating chitin widely existing in the nature, and has a chemical name of polyglucosamine (1-4) -2-amino-B-D glucose. The chitosan can effectively prevent protein molecules in the food from being inactivated, prevent the food from deterioration, keep the fresh flavor of the food and improve the quality of the food.

In addition, the chitosan group can act with astringent components in the purple sweet potato extract and the lycium ruthenicum extract, so that the astringent is removed, and the palatability of pet food is improved.
The invention provides a preparation method of the pet health product for improving immunity, which at least comprises the following steps: mixing the above components, pulverizing, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain fine powder; adding water and sodium carboxymethyl starch into the fine powder, stirring uniformly, and granulating with a 14-18 mesh sieve to obtain wet granules; drying the obtained wet granules, and tabletting to obtain the final product.

The prebiotics are beer yeast.
The compound vitamin comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: vitamin E: vitamin B: vitamin D is 2.5: 0.11: 1.25: 0.15.
the mineral element chelate is a mixture of chelated iron, chelated manganese and chelated zinc.
The mass ratio of the chelated iron to the chelated manganese to the chelated zinc is 1: 1: 2.
the extraction method of the roxburgh rose extract at least comprises the following steps:
a, removing seeds and sepals of roxburgh rose, steaming, drying in the sun, crushing, and screening by a No. 4 sieve to obtain roxburgh rose powder;

(c) adding a sodium chloride solution and a citric acid solution into the extracting solution obtained in the step (b), wherein the volume ratio of the extracting solution to the sodium chloride solution to the citric acid solution is 1: 0.6: 0.3, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at the temperature of 65 ℃ for 30min, then standing at the temperature of 0 ℃, carrying out suction filtration, recovering and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution;
(d) washing the concentrated solution obtained in the step (c) with deionized water, and concentrating and drying the eluent to obtain the purple sweet potato extract.
The mass fraction of the sodium chloride solution is 0.8%, and the mass fraction of the citric acid solution is 0.6%.
The extraction method of the lycium ruthenicum extract at least comprises the following steps:
drying and degreasing the lycium ruthenicum to obtain lycium ruthenicum powder; then adding the mixture into the reactor at a feed-liquid ratio of 1: 12(g/ml) and 4% by mass of cellulase acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution, adjusting the pH value to 2.4-4.4, carrying out enzymolysis for 30min in a water bath at 35 ℃, then carrying out centrifugal separation under 4300r/min to obtain a supernatant, and carrying out rotary evaporation on the supernatant at 50 ℃ to obtain an extract.
The preparation method of the pet health product for improving immunity at least comprises the following steps:
mixing the components, crushing, and sieving with a 80-mesh sieve to obtain fine powder; adding the fine powder, water and sodium carboxymethyl starch into a stirrer, uniformly stirring, and granulating with a 16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules; drying the obtained wet granules, and finally tabletting by using a rotary tablet press to obtain the tablet.

Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that it comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of cooked chicken meat paste, 20 parts of corn flour, 12 parts of flour, 3 parts of yeast cheese, 1 part of probiotics, 5 parts of palm oil, 2 parts of salt, 4 parts of compound vitamin, 4 parts of mineral element chelate, 1 part of calcium stearate, 1 part of astragalus polysaccharide, 2 parts of rosa roxburghii tratt extract, 4 parts of purple sweet potato extract, 6 parts of chitosan and 12 parts of lycium ruthenicum extract.

(d) washing the concentrated solution obtained in the step (c) with deionized water, and concentrating and drying the eluent to obtain the purple sweet potato extract.

the extraction method of the purple sweet potato extract at least comprises the following steps:
(a) taking dry purple sweet potato leaves as a raw material, and carrying out water extraction to obtain an extracting solution;

(d) washing the concentrated solution obtained in the step (c) with deionized water, and concentrating and drying the eluent to obtain the purple sweet potato extract.

The pet health product for improving immunity according to claim 1, wherein the extraction method of the purple sweet potato extract at least comprises the following steps: mincing the purple sweet potato pieces, adding the minced purple sweet potato pieces into the purple sweet potato leaf extracting solution, then adding a citric acid aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, then standing at low temperature, carrying out suction filtration, and concentrating to obtain the purple sweet potato leaf extract.
