Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a preparation process of a hyaluronic acid pet health product comprises the following steps:
s1, sampling according to parts by weight, sequentially adding cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract into a powder grinding machine for grinding, filtering through a screen, adding the coarse powdery raw materials into the powder grinding machine again for secondary grinding, and collecting after grinding of the cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain mixed powdery raw materials, wherein the mixed powdery raw materials are 40 parts by weight for later use;
s2, adding the corn flour and the mixed powdery raw materials in the step S2 into a stirrer, and injecting 10 parts by weight of water; stirring at 150r/min for 3min, adding 5 parts of hyaluronic acid, and stirring at 150r/min for 2 min; sequentially adding chitosan oligosaccharide, salt, beef essence, compound vitamin, calcium stearate and probiotics into a stirrer, stirring at the speed of 150r/min for 10min, and mixing for later use;
s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a 10-16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer is 45-50 ℃, drying the wet granules to obtain dry granules after the drying is finished, then adding flavoring agents, and tabletting through a rotary tablet press to obtain tablets, wherein the tabletting pressure is 3-5 kg.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract in the embodiment 1 is prepared by mixing 10 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 5 parts of poria cocos, 1 part of artemisia occidentalis, 20 parts of cinnamon and 12 parts of polygonatum odoratum.
Specifically, the vitamins are prepared by mixing one or more of vitamin B, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin E according to any proportion.
Specifically, the prebiotics are prepared by mixing one or more of bifidobacteria, pefeikan and lactic acid bacteria according to any proportion.
In this embodiment: the health-care product can effectively maintain intestinal health by adding hyaluronic acid; after the health care product is used by pets, as hyaluronic acid participates in the metabolism of protein, nucleotide, porphyrin, bile salt and the like and is used as neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, the health care product has the functions of broad-spectrum anti-inflammation, cell protection, immunoregulation and the like, so that the immunity of the pets delays aging; meanwhile, the feed contains rich vitamins and probiotics, so that the immunity of pet dogs can be remarkably improved, and the gastrointestinal tract is healthy; and as a health product, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has lasting drug effect, does not generate toxic or side effect after long-term use, and has good application prospect.

s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a 10-16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer is 45-50 ℃, drying the wet granules to obtain dry granules after the drying is finished, then adding flavoring agents, and tabletting through a rotary tablet press to obtain tablets, wherein the tabletting pressure is 3-5 kg.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract in the embodiment 2 is prepared by mixing 11 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 22 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 6 parts of poria cocos, 2 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 22 parts of cinnamon and 14 parts of polygonatum odoratum.
Example 3
A preparation process of a hyaluronic acid pet health product comprises the following steps:
s1, sampling according to parts by weight, sequentially adding cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract into a powder grinding machine for grinding, filtering through a screen, adding the coarse powdery raw materials into the powder grinding machine again for secondary grinding, and collecting after grinding of the cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain mixed powdery raw materials, wherein the mixed powdery raw materials are 65 parts by weight for later use;
s2, adding the corn flour and the mixed powdery raw materials in the step S2 into a stirrer, and injecting 20 parts by weight of water; stirring at 150r/min for 3min, adding 7 parts of hyaluronic acid, and stirring at 150r/min for 2 min; sequentially adding the chitosan oligosaccharide, the salt, the beef flavor, the compound vitamin, the calcium stearate and the probiotics into a stirrer, stirring at the speed of 150r/min for 16min, and mixing for later use after stirring;
s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a 10-16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer is 45-50 ℃, drying the wet granules to obtain dry granules after the drying is finished, then adding flavoring agents, and tabletting through a rotary tablet press to obtain tablets, wherein the tabletting pressure is 3-5 kg.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract in embodiment 3 is prepared by mixing 12.5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 25 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 7.5 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 25 parts of cinnamon and 16 parts of bamboo chips.
Example 4
A preparation process of a hyaluronic acid pet health product comprises the following steps:
s1, sampling according to parts by weight, sequentially adding cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract into a powder grinding machine for grinding, filtering through a screen, adding the coarse powdery raw materials into the powder grinding machine again for secondary grinding, and collecting after grinding of the cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain mixed powdery raw materials, wherein the mixed powdery raw materials are 75 parts by weight for later use;
s2, adding the corn flour and the mixed powdery raw materials in the step S2 into a stirrer, and injecting 25 parts by weight of water; stirring at 150r/min for 3min, adding 8 parts of hyaluronic acid, and stirring at 150r/min for 2 min; sequentially adding the chitosan oligosaccharide, the salt, the beef flavor, the compound vitamin, the calcium stearate and the probiotics into a stirrer, stirring at the speed of 150r/min for 18min, and mixing for later use after stirring;
s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a 10-16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer is 45-50 ℃, drying the wet granules to obtain dry granules after the drying is finished, then adding flavoring agents, and tabletting through a rotary tablet press to obtain tablets, wherein the tabletting pressure is 3-5 kg.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract in the embodiment 1 is prepared by mixing 14 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 28 parts of black wolfberry, 9 parts of poria cocos, 4 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 28 parts of cinnamon and 18 parts of polygonatum sheet.

A preparation process of a hyaluronic acid pet health product comprises the following steps:
s1, sampling according to parts by weight, sequentially adding cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract into a powder grinding machine for grinding, filtering through a screen, adding the coarse powdery raw materials into the powder grinding machine again for secondary grinding, and collecting after grinding of the cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract to obtain mixed powdery raw materials, wherein the mixed powdery raw materials are 90 parts by weight for later use;
s2, adding the corn flour and the mixed powdery raw materials in the step S2 into a stirrer, and injecting 30 parts by weight of water; stirring at 150r/min for 3min, adding 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, and stirring at 150r/min for 2 min; sequentially adding chitosan oligosaccharide, salt, beef essence, compound vitamin, calcium stearate and probiotics into a stirrer, stirring at the speed of 150r/min for 20min, and mixing for later use;
s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a 10-16-mesh sieve to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer, wherein the temperature of the dryer is 45-50 ℃, drying the wet granules to obtain dry granules after the drying is finished, then adding flavoring agents, and tabletting through a rotary tablet press to obtain tablets, wherein the tabletting pressure is 3-5 kg.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine extract in the embodiment 5 is prepared by mixing 15 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 30 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 10 parts of poria cocos, 5 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 30 parts of cinnamon and 20 parts of polygonatum odoratum.
According to the examples 1-5, the prepared health care products are clinically tested, the hair brightness, the health degree and the hair loss amount of the prepared health care products are measured by 10 parts, 18 pet dogs of the same type are selected, three pet dogs are respectively taken as one group, namely, a group A, a group B, a group C, a group D, a group E and a control group, and the total group is 6 groups, the health care products prepared in the examples 1-5 are respectively eaten, wherein one group is taken as the control group to eat common health care products purchased from the market, and the obtained data are shown in a table I:

Claims (10)
1. A preparation process of a hyaluronic acid pet health product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sampling according to parts by weight, sequentially adding cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract into a powder grinding machine for grinding, then filtering through a screen, adding the coarse powdery raw materials into the powder grinding machine again for secondary grinding, and collecting after the cooked chicken paste and the traditional Chinese medicine extract are ground into powder to obtain mixed powdery raw materials for later use;
s2, putting the corn flour and the mixed powdery raw material in the step S2 into a stirrer, and injecting water, wherein the weight parts of the water and the mixed powdery raw material are respectively 10-30 parts and 40-90 parts; stirring at 150r/min for 3min, adding 5-10 parts of hyaluronic acid, and stirring at 150r/min for 2 min; sequentially adding chitosan oligosaccharide, salt, beef essence, compound vitamin, calcium stearate and probiotics into a stirrer, stirring at the speed of 150r/min for 10-20min, and mixing for later use;
s3, granulating the mixture prepared in the step S2 through a sieve of 10-16 meshes to obtain wet granules, then putting the wet granules into a dryer for drying, and tabletting after the drying is finished to obtain the hyaluronic acid pet health product.
2. The preparation process of the hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20-30 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 5-10 parts of poria cocos, 1-5 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 20-30 parts of cinnamon and 12-20 parts of polygonatum sheet.
3. The preparation process of the hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 11-14 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 22-28 parts of lycium ruthenicum, 6-9 parts of poria cocos, 2-4 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 22-28 parts of cinnamon and 14-18 parts of polygonatum sheet.
4. The preparation process of the hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 3, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12.5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 25 parts of black wolfberry, 7.5 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of artemisia occidentalis, 25 parts of cinnamon and 16 parts of polygonatum sheet.
5. The process for preparing hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 4, wherein the vitamin is prepared by mixing one or more of vitamin B, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin E in any ratio.
6. The process for preparing the hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 1, wherein the prebiotic is prepared by mixing one or more of bifidobacteria, pefeikan and lactic acid bacteria in any ratio.
7. The process for preparing hyaluronic acid health care product for pet according to claim 6, wherein the weight portions of water and the mixed powder raw material are 15-25 and 45-75 respectively.
8. The process for preparing hyaluronic acid pet health product according to claim 7, wherein the weight portions of water and mixed powder raw material are 20 and 65 respectively.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein the drying temperature of the dryer in step S3 is 45-50 ℃.
10. The process of claim 9, wherein when the step S3 is performed, the flavor is added to the dry granules, and the dry granules are tableted by a rotary tablet machine to obtain tablets.
