Wherein, the solvents in the PLGA solution and the sorbitan fatty acid ester solution are both acetone or absolute ethyl alcohol.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example 1 is different from the above example 1 only in that nano silver is a general particle, and the nano antibacterial particle is not double-emulsion core-spun. The preparation method of the mosquito repellent liquid is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example 2 is different from the above example 3 only in the preparation of nano titanium oxide, specifically: adding nano titanium oxide ground to be nano-scale into Arabic gum solution of 10-50 mg/ml, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation, and then carrying out soft stirring by using a magnetic stirrer at the temperature above the boiling point of the solvent to obtain inorganic antibacterial emulsion; finally, the inorganic antibacterial emulsion is sprayed and dried to prepare nano particles, and the particle size is preferably 50nm to 800 nm.
An indoor drug effect test method and an evaluation experiment of the mosquito repellent liquid are carried out according to a method of national standard GB/T13917.9-2009. The experiment selects Aedes albopictus (Aedes albopictus), and the adult female which does not take blood after 3-5 days of emergence. The temperature is 26+1 ℃; relative humidity 65% + 10%. The specific process comprises the following steps: 300 mosquitoes are put into a mosquito cage with the thickness of 300mm x 400mm, 4 testers (half of men and women, no wine, tea or coffee should be drunk before and during the test, and products containing essences are not used) are selected, skin areas of 50mm x 50mm are drawn on the backs of the hands of the two testers respectively, one of the two hands is evenly coated with the mosquito repellent liquid to be tested according to the dosage of 1.5 muL/cm 2, the skin of 40mm x 40mm is exposed, the rest parts are closely shielded, and the other hand is a blank control. Smearing mosquito repellent liquid for 2h, placing hands in a cage for 2min, and observing whether there is mosquito coming and falling before and sucking blood. And then testing once every 0.5h, and judging that the mosquito repellent liquid is invalid as long as one mosquito sucks blood in front.
The antibacterial and disinfection performance is tested according to the experimental method for determining the activity of the antibacterial agent under the dynamic condition of ASTME2149-13a, and the antibacterial effect is respectively tested after 0.5h, 5h and 10 h. The components of the mosquito repellent liquid of each embodiment of the invention are shown in table 1, and the mosquito repellent and antibacterial effect test data are shown in table 2.

Claims (10)

1. The sterilizing and disinfecting mosquito repellent liquid is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of solvent, 5-20 parts of skin care agent, 5-20 parts of mosquito repellent agent, 0.1-1 part of organic antibacterial agent, 0.25-2 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 1-5 parts of soft stabilizer and 0.05-1 part of aromatic, wherein the solvent is prepared by mixing solvent A and solvent B into deionized water and alcohol solvent mutually soluble with the deionized water.
2. The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the alcohol solvent is one or more of absolute ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, hexanediol, polyethylene glycol, polyether polyol and sorbitol.
3. The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mosquito repellent is one or more of culicifumide, Yimeining, Ecameratin, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil and camphor oil.
4. The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the organic antibacterial agent is one or more of nipagin ester, Gemama BP, methylisothiazolinone, PHMB, PHMG, benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and bisdecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
5. The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the inorganic antibacterial agent is one or more of nano silver, nano titanium oxide, nano magnesium oxide and nano zinc oxide.
6. The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the skin care agent is one or more of glycerol, methyl silicone oil, cholesterol, vegetable oil, animal oil and naphtha.

The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aromatic is one or more of Artemisia alba essential oil, menthol, Borneolum Syntheticum, radix aucklandiae essential oil, lemon oil, rosemary oil, geranium oil, cysteine, peach gum powder, tea tree essential oil, milk essence, rose essential oil, and lavender essential oil.

The sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the softening stabilizer is one or more of span, tween, dextran, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, dodecyl sodium sulfate and dodecyl sodium benzenesulfonate.
9. The preparation method of the sterilizing, disinfecting and mosquito-repellent liquid as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing solution A: adding a solvent A into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding a skin care agent and a mosquito repellent, and stirring to dissolve the skin care agent and the mosquito repellent into the solvent A;
s2, preparing liquid B: adding a solvent B into a reaction kettle, adding an inorganic antibacterial agent and an organic antibacterial agent, stirring to dissolve the organic antibacterial agent in the solvent B and disperse the inorganic antibacterial agent in the solvent B, wherein the solvent A and the solvent B are mutually soluble;
s3, preparing the sterilizing and disinfecting mosquito repellent liquid: and continuously stirring the solution B, slowly adding a soft stabilizer, continuously stirring for 10-40 min, increasing the rotating speed, slowly dropwise adding the solution A, controlling the temperature to be below 60 ℃, adding an aromatic after the dropwise adding is finished, and continuously stirring to completely react.
