Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of mosquito-repellent sunscreen products, and particularly relates to camphor oil-beta-CD inclusion compound mosquito-repellent sunscreen cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ultraviolet radiation has a number of adverse effects on human health, primarily manifested as the possibility of causing severe effects both short-term and long-term, with short-term effects being primarily sunburn and long-term effects often being cumulative, manifested as skin erythema, photoaging, tissue destruction and skin cancer, among others. Therefore, how to reduce adverse effects of ultraviolet rays on human health by using sunscreen products as much as possible is one of the most popular topics in the cosmetic industry in recent years. The use of sunscreen cosmetics is currently the most common ultraviolet protection measure, and can prevent erythema and sunburn induced by sunlight.
Mosquitoes are one of important vectors, carry various pathogenic microorganisms in vivo and seriously harm human health. Outdoor activities in summer are often accompanied by mosquito troubles, and sunscreen cream and mosquito repellent lotion become indispensable living necessities for going out. However, the use of a mosquito repellent product containing both sunscreen and delphene has an effect on sunscreen effect, increases toxicity, and increases the frequency of applying sunscreen cream, thereby causing great inconvenience to people, and therefore, it is very important to develop a new functional sunscreen cosmetic.
The cinnamomum camphora is a evergreen cinnamomum camphora plant, has low cold resistance, is widely distributed in subtropical regions such as Guangdong and Hunan, is suitable for resource development and production in the Meizhou region, and has a cinnamomum camphora seedling base in the Meizhou region. The camphor tree has strong sprouting power, dense branches and leaves and fragrance, and the emitted fragrance has certain expelling effect on mosquitoes and insects. The camphor and the camphor oil can be extracted from all trees, 3-5 kg of camphor oil can be extracted from every 100 kg of branches and leaves of camphor trees, and the higher the tree age is, the main raw material for producing camphor oil is one of important economic trees. The camphor oil is colorless or yellowish to reddish brown oily liquid, is dissolved in ethanol and ether, has strong camphor smell, is a high ash substance, has strong volatility and special faint scent, has the functions of healing wounds, deodorizing and the like besides insect prevention and mosquito repelling, and also has the effects of resisting inflammation, relieving pain, resisting depression, resisting bacteria, killing insects, relieving laxatives, warming skin, stimulating, promoting sweat, sterilizing, relieving itching and the like, and has very wide application.
Inclusion compounds are defined as specific complexes formed by the complete or partial incorporation of one molecule into the cavity structure of another molecule. The inclusion compound technology is an ultra-micro drug carrier, wherein Cyclodextrin (CD) is mainly used as a carrier material, and drug molecules are included or embedded into a cylindrical structure of the CD to form an ultra-micro particle dispersion. The camphor oil is volatile aromatic oil with complex components, has wide boiling point distribution range and higher volatility at normal temperature and normal pressure, so that the camphor oil is easy to lose efficacy in application. The beta-CD is a compound formed by connecting 7 glucose molecules by 1, 4-glycosidic bonds, has a ring-shaped hollow cylindrical structure, and can embed drug molecules in a cavity structure thereof to form an inclusion compound. The beta-CD inclusion compound can increase the stability of the medicine, improve the solubility of the medicine, solidify the liquid medicine and greatly improve the preservation rate. Therefore, the beta-CD inclusion compound prepared from the camphor oil can prevent the volatilization of the effective components of the camphor oil and solidify the effective components so as to be convenient for preparation and application.
The mosquito-repellent sun cream is rare in the market, and no independently researched and developed mosquito-repellent sun cream product is available in China. The mosquito-repellent sun cream products on the market are generally emulsion, have more and thinner water, poorer water locking capability and poorer waterproof performance, and are easy to be removed by sweat so as to influence the product effect. Most of sunscreen creams are chemical sunscreen creams, and parts possibly harmful to skin in ultraviolet rays are absorbed through combination of certain chemical substances and cells, so that the purpose of sunscreen is achieved. The sun cream containing lead and mercury components can damage skin cells and structures after being applied for a long time. Regarding mosquito repellent products, most of the main components are DEET or anophelifuge, a certain concentration of DEET may damage central nerves, cause symptoms such as rash, disorientation and spasm, and may cause allergic reactions of some people due to individual differences, especially pregnant women and babies. The spraying agent is used in the market, the main effective components are volatile, the mosquito repelling time is short, and the spraying agent can be used for multiple times to continuously achieve the mosquito repelling effect, so that the spraying agent is troublesome.
In summary, the conditions of the present sunscreen and mosquito repellent products in China are as follows: common sunscreen cream has different components, even some sunscreen creams contain heavy metal components, and the long-term accumulation of the sunscreen cream can cause damage to the skin; most mosquito repellent products contain the chemical component of deet, so that the product is easy to irritate the skin, and is not suitable for babies, pregnant women or people who are easy to be allergic; people want to achieve the effects of sun protection and mosquito repelling in daily life, and only can use the sun protection cream and the mosquito repelling product at the same time. Although the sunscreen cream sold on the market contains a small amount of benzophenone, the sunscreen cream mixed with the deet and alcohol in the mosquito repellent product can promote the skin to absorb the chemical substances at high temperature, and is not good for the health of people.
