Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to solve the defects of poor electric shock protection performance and low test safety of an environmental test chamber in the related art, a first embodiment of the application provides an environmental test chamber control method, which is applied to the environmental test chamber comprising the environmental test chamber and an aging rack, wherein a power supply circuit of the aging rack is connected to a power supply circuit of the environmental test chamber, a leakage protection switch is arranged in the power supply circuit of the environmental test chamber, and when the equipment leaks electricity, the switch automatically trips and the equipment is powered off and stops running. The ageing rack is uniformly controlled to supply power by the environment box, the ageing rack is uniformly powered off unless the environment box is in a normal operation state, namely, after the environment box stops operating, the ageing point is automatically powered off, after the environment box is powered off (sudden power failure/artificial power failure), the ageing rack is also powered off simultaneously, after the environment box is powered on, the ageing rack is not supplied with power temporarily, and only after the environment box starts operating, the ageing rack is supplied with power.
Fig. 1 is a basic flowchart of an environmental test chamber control method provided in this embodiment, where the environmental test chamber control method includes the following steps:
Specifically, in this embodiment, the environmental test chamber is a test device for testing the sample index or detecting the sample performance of the operation instrument in the chamber body for the tester, the environmental test chamber is also the chamber body of the environmental test chamber, and has the function of providing the temperature environment and/or the humidity environment required by the test, and the aging rack is placed in the environmental test chamber and used for continuously supplying power to the sample to be tested, so that the sample is aged under the temperature/humidity provided by the environmental test chamber.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a toggle switch may be disposed on the box door of the environmental box, and when the box door is opened, the toggle switch is in a release state, and if the box door is closed, the toggle switch is in a lock state; the toggle switch of this embodiment is electrically connected with the sensing device, and the sensing device triggers the corresponding signal of telecommunication when toggle switch's operating condition changes for instruct chamber door on-off state.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, before detecting the opening and closing state of the door of the environmental chamber in real time, the method further includes: respectively acquiring a first temperature parameter and a second temperature parameter corresponding to the internal environment and the external environment of the environment box; the first temperature parameter is compared to the second temperature parameter.
Specifically, in practical application, it is considered that condensation in the box occurs when the environmental temperature in the box is obviously higher than the environmental temperature outside the box, so that condensation occurs in the box due to sudden temperature drop after the box door is opened, the condensed water can be condensed on a power supply socket of an aging rack, and an operator is easily caused to get an electric shock. Whether the control flow of the environmental test chamber is triggered or not is determined by temperature judgment, and waste of processing performance caused by triggering the flow under unnecessary conditions can be effectively avoided.
In other embodiments of this embodiment, before detecting the opening and closing states of the door of the environmental chamber in real time, the method further includes: judging whether the environment box is in a running stop state or not; and when the environmental box is in a stop running state, controlling a box door locking mechanism of the environmental box to enter an opening and closing allowing state.
Specifically, the door locking mechanism of this embodiment may be the aforementioned toggle switch, and this toggle switch may be controlled by the solenoid valve. In the embodiment, the door can be freely opened and closed without stopping/suspending the operation of the environmental chamber in practical application, and if the temperature of the water vapor after opening is too high, an operator may be scalded.
Further, before the door locking mechanism of the environmental chamber is controlled to enter the switch-allowing state, the method further comprises the following steps: triggering a cooling and dehumidifying instruction according to the running stop state; and controlling the environment box to perform cooling and dehumidifying treatment in the box according to the cooling and dehumidifying instruction.
Specifically, it is considered that the temperature in the environmental chamber takes a long time to cool down naturally after the environmental chamber stops operating, and if the environmental chamber stops operating and then the opening and closing of the chamber door is allowed, the operator is still easily scalded. Based on this, in order to further improve the operation safety, after the environmental chamber stops operating, the environmental chamber is controlled to actively perform cooling and dehumidifying processing, the temperature in the chamber is rapidly reduced, and when the temperature in the chamber is lower than a preset temperature threshold (for example, 30 ℃), the step of controlling the chamber door locking mechanism of the environmental chamber to enter the open/close permission state is executed, so that a safe operation environment can be effectively provided for an operator.
And 102, determining the working state of the target circuit of the aging rack based on the opening and closing state of the box door.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a target circuit operating state corresponding to the current door opening and closing state is determined according to a mapping relationship between a preset door opening and closing state and a circuit operating state, where when the door is in an open state, the target circuit operating state corresponding to the burn-in rack is a power-off state, and when the door is in a closed state, the target circuit operating state corresponding to the burn-in rack is a power-on state.
And 103, controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack to be switched from the current circuit working state to the target circuit working state.
Specifically, this embodiment is according to the break-make of chamber door on-off state control ageing rack power supply circuit, wherein, when the chamber door is in the open mode, control ageing rack power supply circuit switches to the outage state, and if after the chamber door was closed, then control ageing rack power supply circuit and resume the power supply state to can effectively promote the protection against electric shock protective properties of environmental test case, greatly reduced operating personnel's electric shock risk, guaranteed test safety.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, when the current circuit operating state is the power-off state and the target circuit operating state is the power-on state, controlling the burn-in rack power supply circuit to switch from the current circuit operating state to the target circuit operating state includes: acquiring power supply time sequences of all power supply branches in the power supply circuit of the aging rack; and controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack to switch all power supply branches from a power-off state to a power-on state step by step according to a power supply sequence.
Specifically, the different ageing stations of ageing rack of this embodiment are in different power supply branch roads, and in practical application, the quantity of ageing station can reach several tens usually on an ageing rack, and when control ageing rack supply circuit got into power supply state, if all power supply branch roads all lead to simultaneously then can lead to instantaneous voltage too big, and the realizability is relatively poor. Based on this, in this embodiment, different power supply times are respectively allocated for different power supply branches, and all the power supply branches in the power supply circuit are supplied with power step by step according to a power supply time sequence formed by the power supply times.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of a power supply timing sequence obtaining method provided in this embodiment, in some embodiments of this embodiment, obtaining the power supply timing sequences of all power supply branches in the burn-in rack power supply circuit specifically includes the following steps:
and 203, respectively distributing power supply time to each power supply batch to obtain power supply time sequences of all power supply branches.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the power supply branches most allowed for single power supply is determined according to the input voltage and the rated voltage of a single aging station, then the power supply branches corresponding to all aging stations on the aging rack are divided into different power supply batches according to the number, and then the power supply time is sequentially allocated in batches to obtain the power supply time sequence. For example, the burn-in rack of this embodiment has 12 burn-in stations, and 4 burn-in stations can be used for one power supply batch and step-by-step power supply.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, before controlling the burn-in stand power supply circuit to switch from the current circuit operating state to the target circuit operating state, the method further includes: acquiring a station identifier of an aging station to be operated on an aging rack; and determining a corresponding target power supply branch from the aging rack power supply circuit based on the station identification. Correspondingly, the step of controlling the power supply circuit of the burn-in rack to be switched from the current circuit working state to the target circuit working state comprises the following steps: and controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack, and switching the target power supply branch circuit from the current circuit working state to the target circuit working state.
Specifically, in the embodiment, in the test process, when a user opens the environment box to operate the test samples, not all the test samples need to be operated, for example, the burn-in rack has 12 burn-in stations altogether, and the user may only need to operate the test samples on a plurality of burn-in stations on the first layer of the burn-in rack at this time, then the corresponding power supply branch can be determined according to the obtained station identifier of the burn-in station to be operated in the embodiment, and only part of the power supply branches on the burn-in rack are switched in the circuit working state, while other power supply branches still maintain the original circuit working state, so that the operation safety of an operator can be ensured, and at the same time, the test continuity of other test samples can be considered.
In addition, it should be noted that the power strip arranged on the current burn-in rack is usually arranged upward, and when condensation occurs in the environmental box, the condensed water easily enters into the power strip, so that the power strip leaks electricity or is short-circuited, which easily causes electric shock of an operator or a sample failure. Aiming at the defect, the structure of the aging rack can be improved, the power supply extension socket is assembled on the top end face of each layer of the aging rack, the extension socket is arranged downwards, and condensed water on the adapter and the data line can be prevented from flowing into the plug socket.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the aging rack power supply circuit is connected to the environment box power supply circuit, and a leakage protection switch is arranged in the environment box power supply circuit; firstly, detecting the opening and closing states of a box door of an environment box in real time; then determining the working state of a target circuit of the aging rack based on the opening and closing state of the box door; and finally, controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack to be switched to the working state of the target circuit from the current working state of the circuit. Through the implementation of this application scheme, on the one hand, merge environment case supply circuit with ageing rack supply circuit to provide earth leakage protection to the ageing rack, on the other hand, according to the break-make of chamber door on off state control ageing rack supply circuit, can effectively promote the protection against electric shock performance of environmental test case, guaranteed the test security.
The method in fig. 3 is a detailed environmental test chamber control method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, where the environmental test chamber control method includes:
And step 302, controlling the environment box to perform cooling and dehumidifying treatment in the box according to the cooling and dehumidifying instruction.
In this embodiment, after the environmental chamber stopped operating, control environmental chamber initiative cooling dehumidification was handled, reduces incasement temperature fast to make the inside operating personnel that is suitable for of environmental chamber use as early as possible.
And step 303, controlling a box door locking mechanism of the environmental box to enter an opening and closing allowing state when the temperature in the box is lower than a preset temperature threshold value.
In this embodiment, in order to enhance the operation safety, the door locking mechanism of this embodiment can be opened and closed, that is, the door locking mechanism does not allow the opening and closing operation, and only when it is determined that the environmental chamber stops operating and the temperature in the chamber is reduced, the door locking mechanism is unlocked and enters the open and close allowed state, and at this time, the operator can freely open and close the door.
And step 304, detecting the opening and closing state of the box door of the environment box in real time.
In this embodiment, can set up toggle switch on the chamber door of environment case, toggle switch and induction system electric connection, induction system trigger the signal of telecommunication that corresponds when toggle switch's operating condition changes for instruct chamber door on-off state.
And 305, when the opening and closing state of the box door is switched to the closing state, determining that the working state of the target circuit to which the aging rack is switched is a power supply state.
The target circuit operating state of the burn-in rack is determined based on the opening and closing state of the box door, wherein when the box door is opened, the burn-in rack needs to be powered off, and when the box door is closed, the burn-in rack needs to be switched back to the power supply state.
And step 306, acquiring power supply time sequences of all power supply branches in the power supply circuit of the burn-in rack.
In this embodiment, the maximum number of power supply branches allowed for single power supply can be determined according to the input voltage and the rated voltage of a single aging station, then the power supply branches corresponding to all aging stations on the aging rack are divided into different power supply batches according to the number, and then the power supply time is sequentially allocated in batches to obtain the power supply time sequence.
And 307, controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack to switch all power supply branches from a power-off state to a power-supply state step by step according to a power supply sequence.
In this embodiment, considering that when the burn-in rack power supply circuit is controlled to enter a power supply state, if all power supply branches are conducted at the same time, the instantaneous voltage is too large, so that the effectiveness and safety of power supply are improved by adopting distributed power supply in this embodiment.
It should be understood that, the size of the serial number of each step in this embodiment does not mean the execution sequence of the step, and the execution sequence of each step should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not be limited uniquely to the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a control method of an environmental test chamber, wherein a power supply circuit of an aging rack is connected to a power supply circuit of the environmental chamber, and a leakage protection switch is arranged in the power supply circuit of the environmental chamber; firstly, detecting the opening and closing states of a box door of an environment box in real time; then determining the working state of a target circuit of the aging rack based on the opening and closing state of the box door; and finally, controlling the power supply circuit of the aging rack to be switched to the working state of the target circuit from the current working state of the circuit.
