Abstract

本发明涉及一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1),每个蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱(2),所述齿轮箱(2)包括齿轮箱体(21),所述齿轮箱体(21)上设置有输入轴(22)和输出轴(23),所述输出轴(23)与蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的蜗杆(12)相连接,相邻两个齿轮箱(2)的输入轴(22)之间通过传动轴(4)相连接。本发明通过单台减速电机驱动多台串联的齿轮箱,多台串联的齿轮箱分别驱动静态自锁的蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,主梁抗扭刚性大幅提升,整体结构刚性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,主要用于太阳能光伏跟踪系统,特别是太阳能平单轴驱动跟踪系统。
背景技术
现有的单主梁太阳能跟踪系统通常采用单台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置和单减速机驱动,其传动主梁比较长,整体抗扭刚性较差,结构刚性也较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,它通过单台减速电机驱动多台串联的齿轮箱,多台串联的齿轮箱分别驱动静态自锁的蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置驱动分成多段的传动主梁,主梁抗扭刚性大幅提升,整体结构刚性较好。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置包括基座,所述基座包括轴壳和座圈,所述轴壳内设置有蜗杆,所述座圈内设置有齿轮轴,所述蜗杆与齿轮轴相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的齿轮轴之间设置有主梁;
每个蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱包括齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体上设置有输入轴和输出轴,所述输出轴与蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的蜗杆相连接,相邻两个齿轮箱的输入轴之间通过传动轴相连接,其中一个齿轮箱的输入轴上连接设置有减速电机。
可选的,所述输入轴和输出轴交错布置。
可选的,所述输入轴和输出轴相互垂直布置,即输入轴和输出轴之间的夹角。
可选的,所述输入轴位于输出轴的下方。
可选的,所述输入轴与输出轴之间通过一级或多级齿轮传动连接。
可选的,所述齿轮轴采用双向输出轴。
可选的,所述蜗杆通过左右两个蜗杆轴承设置于轴壳内。
可选的,所述蜗杆轴承外侧设置有密封组件。

本发明一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,它通过单台减速电机驱动多台串联的齿轮箱,多台串联的齿轮箱分别驱动静态自锁的蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置驱动分成多段的传动主梁,主梁抗扭刚性大幅提升,整体结构刚性较好。

如图1~图3所示,本实施例中的一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1包括基座11,所述基座11包括轴壳111和座圈112,所述轴壳111内设置有蜗杆12,所述座圈112内设置有齿轮轴13,所述蜗杆12与齿轮轴13相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的齿轮轴13之间设置有主梁3;通过多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的蜗杆12与齿轮轴13的静态自锁可以有效防止外力推动太阳能跟踪系统,以免发生系统装置损坏;
每个蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱2,所述齿轮箱2包括齿轮箱体21,所述齿轮箱体21上设置有输入轴22和输出轴23,所述输出轴23与相应蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的蜗杆12相连接,相邻两个齿轮箱2的输入轴22之间通过传动轴4相串联连接,其中一个齿轮箱2上设置有减速电机5,所述减速电机5与该齿轮箱2的输入轴22相连接;通过一台减速电机驱动两台或多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置联合传动,从而实现单主梁多驱动;
所述输入轴22和输出轴23交错布置;优选的,所述输入轴22和输出轴23相互垂直布置,即输入轴22和输出轴23之间的夹角为90°;
所述输入轴22位于输出轴23的下方;
所述输入轴22与输出轴23之间通过一级或多级齿轮传动连接;
所述齿轮轴13也可以采用双向输出轴;
所述蜗杆12通过左右两个蜗杆轴承14设置于轴壳111内;
所述蜗杆轴承14外侧设置有密封组件15。

1.一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,其特征在于:它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1),所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)包括基座(11),所述基座(11)包括轴壳(111)和座圈(112),所述轴壳(111)内设置有蜗杆(12),所述座圈(112)内设置有齿轮轴(13),所述蜗杆(12)与齿轮轴(13)相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的齿轮轴(13)之间设置有主梁(3);
每个蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱(2),所述齿轮箱(2)包括齿轮箱体(21),所述齿轮箱体(21)上设置有输入轴(22)和输出轴(23),所述输出轴(23)与蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的蜗杆(12)相连接,相邻两个齿轮箱(2)的输入轴(22)之间通过传动轴(4)相连接,其中一个齿轮箱(2)的输入轴(22)上连接设置有减速电机(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,其特征在于:所述输入轴(22)和输出轴(23)交错布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,其特征在于:所述输入轴(22)和输出轴(23)相互垂直布置,即输入轴(22)和输出轴(23)之间的夹角为90°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单主梁多驱动太阳能跟踪减速机,其特征在于:所述输入轴(22)位于输出轴(23)的下方。
