Description

用于往复驱动物体尤其 是门板的驱动装置
本发明涉及一种使可被驱动的牵引滑座或类似物沿导轨往复移动一段(最好沿直线延伸的)距离的驱动装置,牵引滑座可与一个要来回传动的物体相连,尤其是门板或这类楼房门,例如可通过头部运动的单扇门或分段门的门板,此驱动装置有一个最好是电动的驱动机组,包括带有传动机构和驱动头的驱动电机,驱动头具体设计为摩擦轮;驱动装置还有一根由其驱动并与牵引滑座连接的驱动绳索,在形式上最好是柔性传送带(织物带)驱动绳索绕一个设在导轨上背离驱动机组那一端的导向装置移动,导向装置最好是一个导向辊。
人们力图使上述类型的驱动装置在存放和/或输送时尽可能节省空间,在安装地点尽可能使组装简单,为此有重要意义的是,人们将其长度尺寸与要储存的驱动距离相应的导轨,在工作地点才连接起来。当然,这一工作应尽可能简单,并可以由外来进行操作,所以,配备好的存放和输送占空间很小的驱动装置,要尽可能预装配好。
大多数驱动绳索,如过去熟知类型的链条或钢丝绳类型的驱动装置,它们对于防止绕其纵轴线扭转比较“敏感”,对于链条而言,这一点易于理解,而对于钢丝绳则至少会引起长度改变。与用链条作为驱动绳索类似,皮带或带状的驱动绳索均对于防止扭转比较敏感,或是为了有序地持续工作,其先决条件是平坦地伸展绳索段。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的驱动装置,它允许节省空间地存放和/或输送,并与此同时在连接导轨或导轨段后允许作有序的最终安装,而不含有装配过程中发生驱动绳索的伸展有故障的危险。
按本发明以具有本文开始所述特征的驱动装置为出发点,为达到上述目的,使驱动机组或其驱动头具有一个存储段,经由驱动头移动、其尺寸适用于整个导轨长度的驱动绳索,沿纵向通过波纹状折叠而缩短,并连同驱动绳索同样经由其移动的导向装置一起,为了存放和/或输送,装在此存储段中占有较小的空间,整体式或沿纵向由多个分段组成相继的导轨,可在安装地点与此存储段连接,在无扭转地牵引此时沿导轨纵向伸展的驱动绳索的情况下,导向装置可在导轨上一直移动到导轨的背离驱动机组那一端而处于工作位置,并可固定在那里。
因此,按本发明驱动装置的特点是,当驱动电机和必要时传动机构对于存放和/或输送状态没有预装配时,配属于驱动机组或其驱动头的存储段,将驱动绳索相对于其工作时的长度距离缩短后(例如锯齿形或波纹形折叠、有规则地弯曲状延伸等)存储在较小的空间内,并预装配在驱动头和导向装置上,在准备好工作的状态下,导向装置设在此时已与存储段相连的导轨上背离驱动机组那一端。在这种情况下,存储段原则上可为任意形状,但在最佳设计中它构成驱动机组一侧的导轨起始区,在使用地点连接较长的分段(也可以由多个短的分段组成)并满足在该处的需要的情况下,此导轨整个地提供使用。尤其在上述这种结构下,与驱动绳索相连并被它驱动往复运动的牵引滑座,同样可以预先装配,亦即在存放和/或输送状态已经装在存储段上。于是在工作过程中,滑座经过在存储段和相邻导轨段之间的连接部位移开去。
鉴于上述结构,大体上已预制好的驱动装置,在安装现场连接一段或多段导轨并有该处所需的导轨长度后,便可方便地转换成作好工作准备的状态,此时,导向装置在缩短后装在存储段中并与之连接的驱动绳索牵引下,从存储段移出,沿着导轨的工作长度,通过绳索的伸展而移动,并固定在导轨上远离驱动装置的端部。在这种情况下,导向装置尤其设计为导向轮时,可以设置轴承座,它们可固定在导轨端区,并也可固定在存储段中准备好进行输送。于是,只要从存储段上松开,并在相应地移过导向装置从存储段起移过导轨长度后,固定在导轨端区上就可以了。
由于缩短后装入的驱动绳索(尤其是皮带或带状的)成波纹状或类似形状,所以驱动绳索在存储段中可无扭转地提供使用,并在导向装置移动到工作位置时自动地采取其正确的无扭转工作状态,此时只须有下列先决条件,即,导向装置在导轨上移动时,不绕一根垂直于其轴向和沿导轨纵向延伸的方向线旋转。
原则上按本发明的驱动装置的结构适用于所有可能的驱动机组,这些驱动机组采用对防止扭转敏感的驱动绳索进行工作,但尤其是适用于采用皮带或带状的驱动绳索工作的驱动机组。这些驱动机组有一个驱动头和通过摩擦连接方式与驱动绳索连接的滚轮装置。
下面借助于附图所表示的实施例详细说明本发明。其中:
图1示意表示存储装置侧向剖视图和在它旁边所画的在安装地点连接的导轨段;
图2另一种经修改的存储段结构的剖切示意图。
图1表示了一种其总体用标号1表示的驱动机组,它包括一个电机2、一个设计为蜗轮蜗杆传动装置的传动机构3、以及一个其总体用标号4表示的驱动头,后者则包括一个摩擦轮5和两个导向件6和7,所以,其总体用标号11表示的驱动绳索,借助于导向件6和7,沿摩擦轮5的一个较大的圆周区(远大于180°)移动。驱动绳索11从驱动头4延伸到沿导轨方向前伸的存储段8中,在安装地点可在存储段8上连接一根其总体用标号10表示的导轨,图中用多个较短的导轨段9中的一根来代表。循环回路状的驱动绳索,在一个设在背离驱动头4的存储段8端部的导向装置12中移动。
若在安装地点导轨10(必要时使用较短的导轨段)前后相继地例如用套筒状的套接装置彼此连接起来,则导向装置12在驱动绳索11的伸展式牵引下,从存储段8移出并移到导轨10的端部,而且基本上不改变导向装置的轴线与导轨纵向的相对位置,所以,此导向装置可靠地以在存储段中转换成缩短后存放形式的驱动绳索的预装配状态到达工作位置,并因而自动保证驱动绳索即使在伸展后的工作状态也具有正确的位置。
图1中存储段8的形状是开口的,只有连接好导轨,才能使导向装置在不破坏前面所描述的相对位置的情况下,移到导轨10上背离驱动机组1的那一个端部。此时,牵引滑座同样可以固定在存储段上作好工作准备,在此牵引滑座上可以连接要移动的物体,以及,此物体与传送带固定连接。
图2中的存储段实际上具有与要连接的导轨相同的断面形状,它构成了在安装地点所需要的全部导轨长度的一个起始部分。因此,可以将图中未表示的要使之运动的物体(例如门板)的牵引滑座17,连同连接件18一起,在其起始位置便已经设置在存储段旁,所以,在连接了安装地点尚需要的导轨段后,由存储段8和导轨段组成其总体用标号10表示的导轨,使牵引滑座可经连接点运动。
在图所表示的实施例中,只是通过折叠13,缩短地存放了驱动绳索11的一段,亦即15,并且如图中所示,波纹的走向大体垂直于导轨的纵向。显然,这种波纹的走向也可以不同,例如转90°,波纹走向可设计为沿着导轨的纵向推进。在图2所示的实施例中,通过折叠缩短了驱动绳索11的两段15和16,如图中13和14所示。
由图1所示的驱动机组的设计,尤其是在电机轴与蜗轮蜗杆结构的传动区中的蜗轮蜗杆传动装置,其蜗轮与摩擦轮5同轴并传扭连接,所以获得了一种带存储段的总体上非常紧凑的驱动机组的结构,因此支承和/或输送比较容易。

Claims (8)

1.使可被驱动的牵引滑座(17)或类似物沿导轨(10)往复移动一段距离(最好是直线移动)的驱动装置,牵引滑座(17)可与一个要来回传动的物体相连,具体而言是门板或类似的楼房门,例如可通过头部运动的单扇门或分段门的门板,此驱动装置有一个最好是电动的驱动机组(1),包括带有传动机构(3)和驱动头(4)的驱动电机(2),驱动头尤其设计为摩擦轮(5);并有一根由其驱动并与牵引滑座(17)连接的驱动绳索(11),最好形式上为柔性传送带(织物带),驱动绳索(11)绕一个设在背离驱动机组(1)的导轨(10)端部并最好是导向辊的导向装置(12)移动,其特征为:驱动机组(1)或其驱动头(4)有一个存储段(8),经由驱动头(4)移动、其尺寸适用于整个导轨长度的驱动绳索(11),沿纵向通过波纹状折叠(13、14)而缩短,此驱动绳索(11)连同同样要经由其移动的导向装置(12)一起,装在存储段(8)内占有较小的空间,便于存放和/或输送,整体式或沿纵向由多个相继的分段(9)组成的导轨(10),在安装地点可与此存储段(8)连接,导向装置(12)可在导轨(10)上通过沿导轨纵向伸展的驱动绳索(11)无扭转的牵引,一直移动到导轨(10)背离驱动机组(1)的那一端的工作位置,并可固定在那里。
2.按照权利要求1所述之驱动装置,其特征为:存储段(8)设计为与之连接的导轨(9;10)的起始段,并与其滑座导引型面和驱动绳索存放断面相匹配,以及,在存放和/或输送状态下,在存储段(8)的区域内安放牵引滑座(17)。
3.按照权利要求2所述之驱动装置,其特征为:与其余的导轨(9;10)连接后,牵引滑座(17)可在如此建立的工作方式下,经过连接位置往复运动,所以,存储段(8)构成了在工作状态可全部使用的导轨长度的一个分段。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述之驱动装置,其特征为:在从驱动机组(1)向导向装置(12)延伸的驱动绳索(11)(尤其是设计成循环回路的结构)引回时,两个绳索段(15、16)在成波纹状折叠(13、14)的存放状态下,沿导轨(10)的纵向适当缩短后保存。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述之驱动装置,其特征为:在存储状态下,驱动绳索(11)的折叠(13、14)视波纹横段的方向不同设计得不一样,此方向与之垂直或沿导轨纵向,必要时是混合的。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述之驱动装置,其特征为:驱动机组(1)的驱动头(4)有一个摩擦轮(5)和两个导向件(6、7),其中至少有一个与所属之驱动绳段(15或16)的起始方向对齐。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述之驱动装置,其特征为:驱动机组(1)有一个电机(2)和一个蜗轮蜗杆传动装置(3),它的蜗轮设置成与摩擦轮(5)同轴,并与之传扭连接。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述之驱动装置,其特征为:驱动绳索(11)在其与牵引滑座(17)的连接区,其与循环回路结构有关的绳索长度可变地并适应于导轨长度地固定。
