The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea of this example was subjected to a sterilization test by irradiation sterilization, and the results are shown in table 1 below:

Test results show that the irradiation treatment can effectively kill the content of microorganisms in the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea, when the irradiation dose reaches 8kGy, all indexes are not detected, the sterilization effect is good, and therefore the recommended irradiation dose is 8 kGy.
The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea sterilized by the irradiation method is taken for index evaluation, and the results are shown in the following table 2:

Test results show that irradiation treatment has no obvious influence on the sensory quality of the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea, and the content of extract of each sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea is slightly increased.
Example 4:
the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of ganoderma lucidum slice, 15 parts of buckwheat, 15 parts of medlar, 1 part of stevia rebaudiana, 10 parts of corn stigma, 10 parts of selfheal and 3 parts of dried orange peel.

Example 5:
the components and the content ratio of the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea in the embodiment are the same as those in the embodiment 3, but all the components in the embodiment are crushed. The indexes of the sugar-controlling and blood-pressure-reducing tea of the embodiment and the embodiment 3 are judged, and the results are shown in the following table 4:

As shown in Table 4, according to the GB/T8305-2013 determination of tea extract, the extract content of example 5 is obviously higher than that of an un-crushed sample, but the aroma, taste and liquor color of the tea bag prepared by the method are not as good as those of example 3, probably because the sugar-controlling and blood-pressure-reducing tea formula has fine particle size after all raw materials are crushed, and the formula lumps due to water absorption in the brewing process, which prevents the components from being fully released and extracted.
Claims (10)
1. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of lucid ganoderma slices, 5-15 parts of buckwheat, 5-15 parts of wolfberry fruits, 0.1-1 part of stevia rebaudiana, 1-10 parts of corn stigma, 1-10 parts of selfheal and 1-3 parts of dried orange peels.
2. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of ganoderma lucidum slice, 10 parts of buckwheat, 10 parts of medlar, 0.5 part of stevia rebaudiana, 5 parts of corn stigma, 5 parts of selfheal and 2 parts of dried orange peel.
3. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the wolfberry fruit is 12-14%; the water content of the components except fructus Lycii is less than 10%.
4. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea according to claim 1, wherein the buckwheat is cooked buckwheat.
5. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea of claim 1, wherein the stevia rebaudiana is dried leaves of stevia rebaudiana.
6. The sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the size of the ganoderma lucidum pieces is 50mm x (50-100 mm) x 100 mm.
7. A method for preparing the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
(1) drying the raw materials of each component;
(2) pulverizing dried sweet stevia, stigma Maydis and Prunellae Spica, and sieving;
(3) the components are filled into a tea bag according to the mass part ratio to obtain the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea.
8. The preparation method of the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea according to claim 7, wherein the drying temperature in the step (1) is 35-45 ℃.
9. The method for preparing the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea according to claim 7, wherein the mesh number of the sieve used for sieving the stevia rebaudiana, the corn silk and the selfheal in the step (2) is 40 meshes.
10. The preparation method of the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sugar-controlling and blood pressure-reducing tea is sterilized by gamma rays after the components are packed in the tea bag in the step (3).
