when the ditching shovel stops working or changes rows, the ditching shovel is lifted out of the land, and the inserting plate restores to the initial state under the action of the elastic force of the spring to plug the notch.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

when the ditching shovel 14 is lifted out of the land when the ditching shovel stops working or is used for changing rows, the inserting plate 2 is restored to the initial state under the action of the elastic force of the spring 11, the groove opening 151 is automatically plugged, and materials are prevented from falling into the field and being unnecessarily wasted.
