Abstract
本发明提供一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒的制作方法,属于纺织技术领域。一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒是由经纱和绒纬纱直接交织,然后经过染色后整理,再经过复合于四面弹面料,然后再割绒,再后整理检验入库而成。本发明的面料经向纬向均有弹性,不用价格昂贵的水溶性维纶纱,也不用地纬弹力纱,直接用弹力经纱和绒纬纱交织经复合割绒而成,不但轻便、保暖、轻薄,而且大大降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纬平绒,尤其涉及一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒,属纺织技术领域。
背景技术
四面弹面料再复合一层经丝绒或纬丝绒,既时尚又保暖,深受市场欢迎和人们喜爱,但是四面弹面料再加一层丝绒的基布,有二层布的面料再加上绒毛,虽然四面弹有弹性了,虽然绒毛保暖了,但也总感觉有些臃肿。社会的进步使人们对衣服的要求也在提高,要四面弹轻便,要绒毛保暖,还要轻薄舒适。市场的呼声唤出了一种无经纱只有纬弹纱的经丝绒和既无经纱又无纬纱的无经纬基布的丝绒复合于四面弹面料上,但他们要借助于水溶性的维纶丝的价格太高了。虽然成功但价格太高,曲高和寡,市场不能接受。能否轻便、保暖、轻薄,还要价低,在新形势下人们提出了这样的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒的制作方法,面料经向纬向均有弹性,不用价格昂贵的水溶性维纶地经纱,也不用含氨纶的地纬弹力纱,直接用含氨纶的弹力经纱和绒纬纱交织经寄生复合于四面弹面料再割绒而成,不但轻便、保暖、轻薄,而且大大降低了成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒是由含氨纶弹力经纱和绒纬纱直接交织,然后经过染色后整理,再经过复合于四面弹面料,然后再割绒,再后整理检验入库而成;
所述的含氨纶弹力经纱,由第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱组成;
所述的绒纬纱为普通的纱线,由第一绒纬纱、第二绒纬纱、第三绒纬纱、第四绒纬纱组成。
一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒的制作方法如下:
第一步,整经,
将第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱按顺序排列整经;
第二步,穿综插筘,
将第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱按顺序穿综插筘,按此顺序循环;
第三步,提综打纬织造,
第一梭,将第一经纱、第二经纱往上提,投入第一绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第二梭,将第五经纱、第六经纱往上提,投入第二绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第三梭,将第三经纱、第四经纱往上提,投入第三绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第四梭,将第七经纱、第八经纱往上提,投入第四绒纬纱,打纬织造;
按此顺序循环;
第四步,染色后整理,
第五步,复合,
将刚织造后整理的面料与四面弹面料复合,将四面弹面料的反面和刚织造后整理的面料的割绒面的另一面用耐水洗的胶水复合起来,复合时,四面弹面料的纬向张力要大于刚织造后整理的面料的纬向张力,使复合好后四面弹面料自然门幅能略小于刚织造后整理的面料,并能带动刚织造后整理的面料也能自然缩幅,并能使其绒纬纱略微弓出以便割绒;
第六步,割绒,
按灯芯绒常规割绒法割绒,用割绒刀对准第一经纱、第二经纱中间,第三经纱、第四经纱中间,第五经纱、第六经纱中间,第七经纱、第八经纱中间进行割绒;
第七步,再进行梳绒刷绒后整理,再检验入库,
至此,一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒制作完成。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:由于本发明纬平绒没有地纬,因此较一般纬平绒要轻薄,要轻20%左右。而且由于没有地纬纱,一经割绒,这纬平绒就要寄生复合于四面弹面料上,绒根以U条型形式粘牢在四面弹面料上,互相独立,所以也可以有了纬向弹力。本发明纬平绒地经仍旧用的是弹性的地经纱,因此,经向也有了弹力。因此,本发明一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒,经向纬向均有弹性,而且轻薄,省去了价格昂贵的水溶性维伦纱的使用,省去了使用一般弹力纬纱的成本,深得市场的欢迎。

一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒是由含氨纶弹力经纱T和绒纬纱R直接交织,然后经过染色后整理,再经过复合于四面弹面料,然后再割绒,再后整理检验入库而成;
所述的含氨纶弹力经纱T,由第一经纱T1、第二经纱T2、第三经纱T3、第四经纱T4、第五经纱T5、第六经纱T6、第七经纱T7、第八经纱T8组成;
所述的绒纬纱R为普通的纱线,由第一绒纬纱R1、第二绒纬纱R2、第三绒纬纱R3、第四绒纬纱R4组成。
一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒的制作方法如下:
第一步,整经,
将第一经纱T1、第二经纱T2、第三经纱T3、第四经纱T4、第五经纱T5、第六经纱T6、第七经纱T7、第八经纱T8按顺序排列整经;
第二步,穿综插筘,
将第一经纱T1、第二经纱T2、第三经纱T3、第四经纱T4、第五经纱T5、第六经纱T6、第七经纱T7、第八经纱T8按顺序穿综插筘,按此顺序循环;
第三步,提综打纬织造,
第一梭,将第一经纱T1、第二经纱T2往上提,投入第一绒纬纱R1,打纬织造;
第二梭,将第五经纱T5、第六经纱T6往上提,投入第二绒纬纱R2,打纬织造;
第三梭,将第三经纱T3、第四经纱T4往上提,投入第三绒纬纱R3,打纬织造;
第四梭,将第七经纱T7、第八经纱T8往上提,投入第四绒纬纱R4,打纬织造;
按此顺序循环,详见图4;
第四步,染色后整理,
第五步,复合,
将刚织造后整理的面料与四面弹面料复合,将四面弹面料的反面和刚织造后整理的面料的割绒面的另一面用耐水洗的胶水复合起来,复合时,四面弹面料的纬向张力要大于刚织造后整理的面料的纬向张力,使复合好后四面弹面料自然门幅能略小于刚织造后整理的面料,并能带动刚织造后整理的面料也能自然缩幅,并能使其绒纬纱略微弓出以便割绒;
第六步,割绒,

1.一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒的制作方法,其特征在于:一种寄生于复合四面弹面料的纬平绒是由含氨纶弹力经纱和绒纬纱直接交织,然后经过染色后整理,再经过复合于四面弹面料,然后再割绒,再后整理检验入库而成;所述的含氨纶弹力经纱,由第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱组成;所述的绒纬纱为普通的纱线,由第一绒纬纱、第二绒纬纱、第三绒纬纱、第四绒纬纱组成;其制作方法如下:
第一步,整经,
将第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱按顺序排列整经;
第二步,穿综插筘,
将第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱、第四经纱、第五经纱、第六经纱、第七经纱、第八经纱按顺序穿综插筘,按此顺序循环;
第三步,提综打纬织造,
第一梭,将第一经纱、第二经纱往上提,投入第一绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第二梭,将第五经纱、第六经纱往上提,投入第二绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第三梭,将第三经纱、第四经纱往上提,投入第三绒纬纱,打纬织造;
第四梭,将第七经纱、第八经纱往上提,投入第四绒纬纱,打纬织造;
按此顺序循环;
第四步,染色后整理,
第五步,复合,
将刚织造后整理的面料与四面弹面料复合,将四面弹面料的反面和刚织造后整理的面料的割绒面的另一面用耐水洗的胶水复合起来,复合时,四面弹面料的纬向张力要大于刚织造后整理的面料的纬向张力,使复合好后四面弹面料自然门幅能略小于刚织造后整理的面料,并能带动刚织造后整理的面料也能自然缩幅,并能使其绒纬纱略微弓出以便割绒;
第六步,割绒,
按灯芯绒常规割绒法割绒,用割绒刀对准第一经纱、第二经纱中间,第三经纱、第四经纱中间,第五经纱、第六经纱中间,第七经纱、第八经纱中间进行割绒;
第七步,再进行梳绒刷绒后整理,再检验入库,
至此,一种寄生复合于四面弹面料的纬平绒制作完成。
