技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料成型技术领域,特别是一种EPS发泡制品的快速成型工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中的聚苯乙烯(即EPS)进行发泡处理时,都是采用蒸汽进行喷射式发泡,发泡后由其自行冷却,采用这种发泡工艺所制成的发泡制品的硬度低、强度小,无法满足一些复合成型材料中的特殊要求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中聚苯乙烯发泡成型工艺中所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种EPS发泡制品的快速成型工艺。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种发泡制品的快速成型工艺如下:
(1)采用一特制的密闭性模具,在模具内铺洒适当水量;
(2)合上上下模并压实,保持内部密封环境,加温后形成高温高压环境;
(3)从模具一侧真空抽入EPS发泡颗粒,填实模具内部;
(4)在150℃以上加热数分钟,利用水汽化成水蒸气使EPS颗粒发泡胀大并联结在一起;
(5)加热时间到达后迅速冷却,使成型制品立刻定型。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种发泡制品的快速成型工艺采用EPS预发泡颗粒,利用定制型模具,在高温高压条件下快速发泡联结成型,并通过快速冷却制得高密度产品,制得的整体产品硬度高,其硬度可达到邵A80-90°,比现有技术中的聚苯乙烯产品硬度高出50%以上,并且强度也可以明显提升50%。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种发泡制品的快速成型工艺如下:
(1)采用一特制的密闭性模具,在模具内铺洒适当水量;

(3)从模具一侧真空抽入EPS发泡颗粒,填实模具内部;
(4)在150℃以上加热数分钟,利用水汽化成水蒸气使EPS颗粒发泡胀大并联结在一起;
(5)加热时间到达后迅速冷却,使成型制品立刻定型。

1.一种发泡制品的快速成型工艺,工艺如下:
(1)采用一特制的密闭性模具,在模具内铺洒适当水量;
(2)合上上下模并压实,保持内部密封环境,加温后形成高温高压环境;
(3)从模具一侧真空抽入EPS发泡颗粒,填实模具内部;
(4)在150℃以上加热数分钟,利用水汽化成水蒸气使EPS颗粒发泡胀大并联结在一起;
(5)加热时间到达后迅速冷却,使成型制品立刻定型。
