Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pet feed, in particular to pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pet cat and dog food comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of fish meat zymolyte, 10-40 parts of meat powder fish meal, 7-25 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.8-3 parts of core premix, 4-15 parts of grease, 0.1-3 parts of herbaceous plants, 1-8 parts of dairy products, 0.5-1.5 parts of beer yeast and 4-8 parts of compound seasoning. The pet food prepared by the invention has balanced nutrition value, good palatability and higher digestibility, and can ensure that pet cats and dogs grow healthily.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet feed, in particular to pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pet cat and dog food is a food specially provided for pet cats and dogs, and mainly has the function of providing energy and nutrient substances required by the growth and development of organisms and the beauty of body and hair for the pet cats and dogs. The traditional pet cat and dog food is prepared by modifying the formula of the traditional livestock feed, and can basically meet the nutrient substances required by the growth of pet cats and dogs. However, as more and more pet owners begin to attach importance to the dietary habits and health problems of pets, the stricter and more scientific requirements on the use of raw materials of pet foods are, and the pets are expected to obtain nutritional formula food with better palatability, more comprehensive nutrition and more beautiful hair.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of fish enzymatic hydrolysate, 10-40 parts of meat powder and fish meal, 7-25 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.8-3 parts of core premix, 4-15 parts of grease, 0.1-3 parts of herbaceous plants, 1-8 parts of dairy products, 0.5-1.5 parts of beer yeast and 4-8 parts of compound seasoning.

A preparation method of pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing meat powder fish meal, fruit and vegetable powder, herbaceous plants, beer yeast and dairy products according to the weight parts, mixing, and then premixing and sieving through a 80-mesh sieve to obtain a mixture A;
(2) premixing the mixture A, core premix and 1-3 parts of grease to obtain a mixture B;
(3) homogenizing the fish zymolyte and the mixture B in a homogenizer at 100 + -5 deg.C until the water content is 25-30%, to obtain a mixture C;
(4) sending the mixture C to a bulking machine, performing high-temperature bulking and granulation at a high temperature of more than 100 ℃ to obtain granular grains D, and drying the granular grains D at 100 +/-5 ℃ until the water content is reduced to 3-4% to obtain granular grains E;
(5) sequentially spraying the residual grease and the compound seasoning in a seasoning mixing bin under vacuum and high pressure to prepare the cat and dog food;

Further, the production process of the fish zymolyte in the step (3) is that a meat grinder and a bone paste mill are used for processing fish into meat paste, 20% of water is added into the meat paste, and the mixture is cured at 100 ℃; cooling to 60 +/-2 ℃, adding protease for enzymolysis for 4h, after the enzymolysis is finished, heating to 95 +/-5 ℃ to inactivate the enzyme, then cooling to 65 +/-2 ℃, adding amino acid for constant temperature reaction for 4h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the fish enzymolysis.
The compound seasoning comprises seasoning paste and seasoning powder, wherein the seasoning paste is a paste obtained by curing, enzymolysis, thermal reaction, conditioning, emulsification and homogenization of a mixture of chicken, chicken liver and salmon, and the seasoning powder is a powder obtained by curing, enzymolysis, thermal reaction, conditioning and spray drying of a mixture of chicken, chicken liver and salmon.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the fish meat zymolyte added in the invention is a composite zymolyte of one or more of anchovies, common mackerel, salmon, chunlu and tuna, the fish meat is rich in high-quality protein, is degraded into small molecular peptides and active polypeptides through enzymolysis, is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of pets, enhances the fish meat flavor through thermal reaction, has taste stimulation effect on part of pet cats and dogs due to delicious peptides contained in the fish meat zymolyte, improves the feeding attraction, increases the feed intake of the pets, can enhance the organism immunity of the pets after the pets eat for a long time, effectively reduces the anorexia probability of the pets, and can promote the growth and development of organisms due to the fact that the fish meat also contains unsaturated fat, inorganic salts such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, selenium and the like, vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin B complex.
2. The fruit and vegetable powder added in the invention does not contain cereal protein, so that the allergen is reduced, and the phenomena of weight loss, malnutrition and the like caused by celiac disease such as vomit, diarrhea and the like after the pet cat and dog eat the feed are reduced.
3. The dairy product added in the invention contains high-quality protein, wherein casein is taken as a main component, the dairy product is high-quality animal source protein of cat and dog food, the protein is easy to be absorbed by organisms, the dairy product can also effectively regulate gastric acid of pets, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and promote secretion of digestive juice, herbaceous plants can effectively regulate immune systems of pets and promote digestion and absorption of nutrient substances, and the dairy product and the herbaceous plants can synergistically improve the conversion rate of the cat and dog food and promote the growth of the organisms.

The herbaceous plant is one or a combination of more of alfalfa particles, plantain seeds, madder, yucca, chicory roots, astragalus, medlar and wild chrysanthemum, a large amount of crude protein in the alfalfa particles, rich carbohydrate (sugar, starch, pectin, hemicellulose and cellulose), trace elements such as more iron and manganese, trace calcium, carotene, vitamin C and vitamin B complex, and an energy raw material with good palatability; the yucca contains high starch content, provides energy for organism, and has puffing effect in production process of cat and dog food. The dairy product is one or a combination of more of cheese powder, sheep colostrum and goat milk powder, contains high-quality protein, mainly casein is used as the main protein, and is high-quality animal source protein of cat and dog food, and the dairy product can effectively regulate gastric acid, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and digestive juice secretion and is easy to digest and absorb by pets.
The compound seasoning comprises seasoning paste and seasoning powder, wherein the seasoning paste and the seasoning powder are respectively prepared by carrying out thermal reaction on zymolyte of chicken liver and the like, emulsifying and homogenizing the zymolyte, and the seasoning powder prepared by conditioning and spray drying, and the product flavor is further enhanced by adding the seasoning paste and the seasoning powder, so that the pet can be induced to eat the compound seasoning.
A preparation method of pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte comprises the following steps:

The production process of the fish zymolyte in the step (3) is to naturally thaw and slowly grind the fish into meat paste by using a meat grinder and a bone paste mill, then add 20 percent of water into the meat paste, and cure the meat paste at 100 ℃; cooling to 60 +/-2 ℃, adding protease for enzymolysis for 4h to degrade proteins in the meat into small molecular monopeptide or active polypeptide, heating to 95 +/-5 ℃ after enzymolysis, inactivating the enzyme, cooling to 65 +/-2 ℃, adding amino acid for constant temperature reaction for 4h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the fish zymolyte.
The seasoning paste in the step (5) is a paste obtained by curing, carrying out enzymatic hydrolysis, carrying out thermal reaction, carrying out conditioning emulsification and homogenizing on a mixture of chicken, chicken liver and salmon, and the seasoning powder is a powder obtained by curing, carrying out enzymatic hydrolysis, carrying out thermal reaction, conditioning and spray drying on a mixture of chicken, chicken liver and salmon.

Claims (10)
1. The pet cat and dog food containing the fish meat zymolyte is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of fish enzymatic hydrolysate, 10-40 parts of meat powder and fish meal, 7-25 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.8-3 parts of core premix, 4-15 parts of grease, 0.1-3 parts of herbaceous plants, 1-8 parts of dairy products, 0.5-1.5 parts of beer yeast and 4-8 parts of compound seasoning.
2. The pet cat and dog food containing the fish hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the meat powder and fish meal comprise meat powder and fish meal, the meat powder is one or more of chicken powder, duck powder, beef bone powder and chicken liver powder, and the fish meal is one or more of anchovy, mackerel, salmon, polychaete fish and tuna.
3. The pet food containing fish meat hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the fruit and vegetable powder is one or more of potato powder, tapioca powder, sweet potato powder, purple potato powder, kelp powder, pumpkin powder, spinach, peas, chickpeas, tomatoes, carrots, peeled lentils.
4. The pet cat and dog food containing fish hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the core premix comprises taurine, lysine, fructooligosaccharide, lysine, methionine, threonine, vitamin a, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K3, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, D-biotin, D-pantothenic acid, folic acid, nicotinic acid, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite, and choline chloride.
5. The pet food of claim 1, wherein the fat is one or more of chicken fat, beef tallow, duck fat, fish oil, soybean oil, linseed oil, and soybean lecithin oil.
6. The pet food containing fish hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the herbs are one or more of alfalfa particles, plantain seeds, madder, yucca, chicory roots, astragalus, wolfberry, and wild chrysanthemum flowers.
7. The pet food containing fish hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the dairy product is one or more of cheese powder, sheep colostrum, and goat milk powder.
8. The pet food containing fish hydrolysate of claim 1, wherein the compound seasoning comprises a seasoning paste and a seasoning powder.
9. A preparation method of pet cat and dog food containing fish meat zymolyte is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing meat powder fish meal, fruit and vegetable powder, herbaceous plants, beer yeast and dairy products according to the weight parts, mixing, and then premixing and sieving through a 80-mesh sieve to obtain a mixture A;
(2) premixing the mixture A, core premix and 1-3 parts of grease to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the fish zymolyte with the mixture B, stirring, and homogenizing at 100 + -5 deg.C until the water content is 25-30%, to obtain mixture C;
(4) sending the mixture C to a bulking machine, performing high-temperature bulking and granulation at a high temperature of more than 100 ℃ to obtain granular grains D, and drying the granular grains D at 100 +/-5 ℃ until the water content is reduced to 3-4% to obtain granular grains E;
(5) sequentially spraying the residual grease and the compound seasoning in a seasoning mixing bin under vacuum and high pressure to prepare the cat and dog food;
(6) and packaging the cat and dog food according to the required weight and sealing the bag.
10. The method for preparing pet food comprising fish enzymatic hydrolysate of cat and dog according to claim 9, wherein the fish enzymatic hydrolysate of step (3) is produced by processing fish into meat paste using a meat grinder and a bone paste mill, adding 20% water to the meat paste, and aging at 100 ℃; cooling to 60 +/-2 ℃, adding protease for enzymolysis for 4h, heating to 95 +/-5 ℃ after enzymolysis, inactivating the enzyme, cooling to 65 +/-2 ℃, adding amino acid for constant temperature reaction for 4h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the fish zymolyte.
