The vehicle scheduling and arranging unit is an important link in the logistics management process, and a logistics company arranges the consignment vehicle after receiving the order receiving prompt sent by the order management module; and filling in information for arranging consignment vehicles through the vehicle dispatching arrangement unit, printing out a vehicle dispatching notice, sending the notice to a mobile phone of a consignor, and executing consignment tasks by the driver according to the information on the dispatching notice.

The consignment vehicle is provided with a camera and a GPS positioning system, and video data and GPS positioning data collected by the camera are transmitted to the server in real time.
