the employee collects the image information of the vehicle at a preset angle through a camera of the mobile phone end of the employee before the vehicle leaves on time, the collected image information is selected and edited on a vehicle inspection micro-information small program page and is stored in a vehicle inspection information database, the vehicle inspection information database synchronously records the uploaded time and address information, and an administrator refers to the vehicle inspection information pushed by a vehicle management page system or retrieves the information in the vehicle inspection information database,

The transportation fleet safety management method according to claim 6, wherein said server further comprises an emergency flow database, wherein the administrator pops up an emergency flow page by clicking an emergency flow link on the safety homepage, wherein the administrator edits and uploads emergency flow information on the emergency flow page and stores the emergency flow information in the emergency flow database, and the emergency flow database pushes the received emergency flow information to a safety information cookie page for the employee to read.

The transportation fleet safety management method according to claim 6, wherein said server further comprises a safety memo database, the administrator pops up a safety memo page by clicking a safety memo link on the safety homepage, the administrator edits and uploads the safety memo information on the safety memo page and stores the safety memo information in the safety memo database, and the safety memo database pushes the received safety memo information to a safety information cookie page for the employee to read.
