Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料及其制备方法,由介电层包覆芯层组成,所述芯层为石墨烯填充硅橡胶材料,所述介电层为经紫外交联的聚乙烯膜,二者通过延压复合制备获得冷缩电缆中间接头材料。本发明在硅橡胶中填充石墨烯后可显著提高硅橡胶的抗蠕变性能,且保持原有的弹性和力学性能,但石墨烯加入后导致芯层的绝缘介电性能显著下降,而包覆聚乙烯膜层后可显著提高接头材料的绝缘介电性能,但聚乙烯膜的抗蠕变性能较差,因此本发明采用紫外辐照交联处理,有效提高了聚乙烯膜层的抗蠕变性能,从而使得芯层和介电层复合后同时具备了介电性能和优良的抗蠕变性能,极为贴合冷缩电缆接头中弹性体的制备应用要求。

Description

一种抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘填充材料领域,特别涉及一种抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
冷缩式电缆头,现在普遍都采用了冷收缩应力控制管,电压等级从10kV到35kV。冷缩电缆终端头,1kV级采用冷收缩绝缘管作增强绝缘,10kV级采用带内外半导电屏蔽层的接头冷收缩绝缘件。三芯电缆终端分叉处采用冷收缩分支套。
冷缩式电缆附件所采用的材料为硅橡胶,具有极高的弹性、良好的绝缘性能、抗漏电痕、憎水性、耐气候性、耐紫外老化等优点。与热收缩式电缆附件相比,不需用火加热,只需将线芯抽去,弹性体便迅速收缩并紧箍于所需安装的部位。且在安装以后挪动或弯曲不会像热收缩式电缆附件那样出现附件内部层间脱开的现象,因为冷缩电缆终端头靠弹性压紧力,不会因为弯曲、挪动而出现附件内部层间脱开的危险情况。冷缩电缆中间接头通过密封胶粘接各连接部位,实现整体密封,杜绝并避免因大气环境造成的运行事故。
以硅橡胶制备的冷缩式电缆接头虽然优点众多,但也存在一些缺陷,如存放期限较短,一般为半年至两年,因为冷缩式电缆附件是预扩张的,在内撑条长时间存放的情况下可能会出撑条散落或硅橡胶材料疲劳收缩不到位的情况,一旦弹性体失去收缩紧箍能力,便无法再通过弹性压紧力进行电缆接头作业,只能报废处理,因此,冷缩式电缆附件的弹性体生产材料需要具备优异的抗蠕变性。
聚乙烯材料具有良好的介电性,力学性能较好,密度小,耐候性好,本可以得到广泛的应用,但是其抗蠕变性能差,比其他材料更容易发生蠕变断裂,大大缩短了其使用寿命,从而限制了它的应用领域。所以,在不牺牲其优越力学性能和介电性能的前提下,提高聚乙烯材料的抗蠕变性能就可以打开其在冷缩电缆接头领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有硅橡胶材料抗蠕变性能较差的缺点,将硅橡胶材料与聚乙烯材料结合制备获得一种介电性能优异,弹性好且抗蠕变性能也较好的冷缩电缆中间接头材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
一种抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料,由介电层包覆芯层组成,所述芯层为石墨烯填充硅橡胶材料,所述介电层为经紫外交联的聚乙烯膜,二者通过延压复合制备获得冷缩电缆中间接头材料。
一种上述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,包含如下具体步骤:
(A)聚乙烯袋的制备:将聚乙烯粒料加入吹膜机内,吹出聚乙烯膜;
(B)将聚乙烯膜浸没在含光敏剂的交联液中进行浸渍,随后导出卷绕在卷绕筒上,然后密封放入恒温烘箱中40℃恒温浸渍,交联液浸渍时间为1h,
(C)经浸渍的聚乙烯膜从卷绕筒上逐渐退绕,氮气氛围保护下经过紫外辐照箱体中进行紫外辐照交联,辐照时间选定为30min,冷却压边得到聚乙烯袋;
(D)先将石墨烯与乙烯基硅油分散于正己烷溶剂中,超声30min,蒸发溶剂并降温至室温后,加入含氢硅油和铂催化剂,500rpm,搅拌10min得硅橡胶填充液;
(E)将硅橡胶填充液灌充进入聚乙烯袋中,室温抽真空排泡并塑封,70℃固化1h,随后120℃双辊延压贴合即得接头材料。
优选地,所述聚乙烯为超高分子量聚乙烯。
优选地,所述交联液为浸泡二苯甲酮-丙酮溶液。
优选地,所述紫外辐照交联采用高压汞灯辐照,紫外辐照强度为2.15×103μW/cm2,高压汞灯距离聚乙烯膜10~15cm。
优选地,所述含氢硅油的含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比为1:1,所述铂催化剂的浓度为5ppm。
本发明获得的有益效果:
在硅橡胶中填充石墨烯后可显著提高硅橡胶的抗蠕变性能,且保持原有的弹性和力学性能,但石墨烯加入后导致芯层的绝缘介电性能显著下降,而包覆聚乙烯膜层后可显著提高接头材料的绝缘介电性能,但聚乙烯膜的抗蠕变性能较差,因此本发明采用紫外辐照交联处理,有效提高了聚乙烯膜层的抗蠕变性能,从而使得芯层和介电层复合后同时具备了介电性能和优良的抗蠕变性能,极为贴合冷缩电缆接头中弹性体的制备应用要求。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1:按如下方法制备抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料:
(A)聚乙烯袋的制备:将分子量为200万的超高分子量聚乙烯粒料加入吹膜机内,吹膜温度140℃,吹出聚乙烯膜,膜厚0.3mm;
(B)聚乙烯膜经过浸没在交联液中的引导装置进行浸渍,随后导出卷绕在卷绕筒上,然后密封放入恒温烘箱中35℃恒温浸渍,交联液浸渍时间为0.5h,所述交联液为浸泡二苯甲酮-丙酮溶液,丙酮溶剂中的二苯甲酮终浓度为4wt%。
(C)连续紫外辐照交联:经浸渍的聚乙烯膜从卷绕筒上逐渐退绕,氮气氛围保护下经过紫外辐照箱体中进行紫外辐照交联,辐照时间选定为15min,紫外辐照交联采用高压汞灯辐照,紫外辐照强度为2.05×103μW/cm2,高压汞灯距离聚乙烯膜10cm,冷却压边得到聚乙烯袋,将聚乙烯袋;由于高压汞灯光强比低压汞灯约大2个数量级,因此在相同辐照时间内,其反应速率更大,耗时更短。
(D)硅橡胶溶液的制备:先将20重量份市售石墨烯粉末与100重量份乙烯基硅油分散于正己烷溶剂中,超声30min,在90℃,6h条件下完全蒸发溶剂,降温至室温后,加入100重量份含氢硅油和铂催化剂,500rpm搅拌10min;所述含氢硅油中含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比为1:1。铂催化剂的终浓度为6ppm;
(E)将硅橡胶溶液灌冲进入聚乙烯袋中,室温抽真空排泡并塑封,60℃固化1h,随后110℃双辊延压贴合成料,采用不同模具模压成型即可制备冷缩电缆附件。
实施例2:按如下方法制备抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料:
(A)聚乙烯袋的制备:将分子量为50万的聚乙烯粒料加入吹膜机内,吹膜温度150℃,吹出聚乙烯膜,膜厚3mm;
(B)聚乙烯膜经过浸没在交联液中的引导装置进行浸渍,随后导出卷绕在卷绕筒上,然后密封放入恒温烘箱中45℃恒温浸渍,交联液浸渍时间为2h,所述交联液为浸泡二苯甲酮-丙酮溶液,丙酮溶剂中的二苯甲酮终浓度为5.5wt%。
(C)连续紫外辐照交联:经浸渍的聚乙烯膜从卷绕筒上逐渐退绕,氮气氛围保护下经过紫外辐照箱体中进行紫外辐照交联,辐照时间选定为45min,紫外辐照交联采用高压汞灯辐照,紫外辐照强度为2.38×103μW/cm2,高压汞灯距离聚乙烯膜15cm,冷却压边得到聚乙烯袋,将聚乙烯袋;
(D)硅橡胶溶液的制备:先将15重量份市售石墨烯粉末与100重量份乙烯基硅油分散于正己烷溶剂中,超声30min,在90℃,6h条件下完全蒸发溶剂,降温至室温后,加入130重量份含氢硅油和铂催化剂,500rpm搅拌10min;所述含氢硅油中含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比为1:1。铂催化剂的终浓度为6ppm;
(E)将硅橡胶溶液灌冲进入聚乙烯袋中,室温抽真空排泡并塑封,70℃固化1h,随后120℃双辊延压贴合成料,采用不同模具模压成型即可制备冷缩电缆附件。
实施例3:按如下方法制备抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料:
(A)聚乙烯袋的制备:将分子量为180万的超高分子量聚乙烯粒料加入吹膜机内,吹膜温度140℃,吹出聚乙烯膜,膜厚1mm;
(B)聚乙烯膜经过浸没在交联液中的引导装置进行浸渍,随后导出卷绕在卷绕筒上,然后密封放入恒温烘箱中40℃恒温浸渍,交联液浸渍时间为1h,所述交联液为浸泡二苯甲酮-丙酮溶液,丙酮溶剂中的二苯甲酮终浓度为7wt%。
(C)连续紫外辐照交联:经浸渍的聚乙烯膜从卷绕筒上逐渐退绕,氮气氛围保护下经过紫外辐照箱体中进行紫外辐照交联,辐照时间选定为30min,紫外辐照交联采用高压汞灯辐照,紫外辐照强度为2.15×103μW/cm2,高压汞灯距离聚乙烯膜10~15cm,冷却压边得到聚乙烯袋,将聚乙烯袋;
(D)硅橡胶溶液的制备:先将25重量份市售石墨烯粉末与150重量份重量份乙烯基硅油分散于正己烷溶剂中,超声30min,在90℃,6h条件下完全蒸发溶剂,降温至室温后,加入90重量份含氢硅油和铂催化剂,500rpm搅拌10min;所述含氢硅油中含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比为1:1,铂催化剂的终浓度为6ppm;
(E)将硅橡胶溶液灌冲进入聚乙烯袋中,室温抽真空排泡并塑封,70℃固化1h,随后140℃双辊延压贴合成料,采用不同模具模压成型即可制备冷缩电缆附件。
对照实施例1:其余均与实施例3相同,不同之处在于不加入石墨烯粉末。
对照实施例2:其余均与实施例3相同,不同之处在于聚乙烯膜不进行紫外辐照交联操作,直接用于填充硅橡胶溶液。
对照实施例3:其余均与实施例3相同,不同之处在于将硅橡胶溶液直接固化成料,不包覆聚乙烯膜。
将上述实施例制备的材料作为样品,测定材料的弹性、抗蠕变性和绝缘性能,结果如下:

表1结果中,实施例1~3制备材料的杨氏模量和断裂伸长率均高于或接近对照实施例1~3,表明本申请制备的接头材料保留了硅橡胶的高弹性特点,而实施例1~3的恒定蠕变速率却显著高于对照实施例1~2,说明石墨烯粉末的填充和聚乙烯膜的紫外辐照交联处理均显著提高了材料的整体抗蠕变性能。实施例3与对照实施例2的单独对比后可知,未经过紫外照射处理的聚乙烯膜会显著拉低材料的整体抗蠕变性能,这主要是由于聚乙烯膜本身的抗蠕变性能差,包覆后显著拉低了复合材料整体的抗蠕变性能。在辐照过程中也需要注意,紫外光一方面通过光敏剂引发聚乙烯膜表面交联反应提高其抗蠕变性能,另一方面,过高强度的紫外照射可能破坏聚乙烯膜中的主链,造成大分子降解。辐照时间过长也会造成大分子主链及大分子交联键发生断裂,进而导致橡胶和聚乙烯膜的老化而降低弹性。

表2结果显示,由于硅橡胶和聚乙烯均为介电性能极好的绝缘材料,因此在不加入石墨烯时,介电性能极好,为绝缘物质,可见对照实施例1的体积电阻率,石墨烯填充硅橡胶之后,体积电阻率急剧下降到1.13×106Ω·cm,低于绝缘材料109Ω·cm的最低要求,成为导电体,而包覆聚乙烯膜后,体积电阻率又升高至5.3~6.6×1013Ω·cm,使得复合材料的介电性能优越,成为绝缘物质。
综上所述,在硅橡胶中填充石墨烯后可显著提高硅橡胶的抗蠕变性能,且保持原有的弹性和力学性能,但石墨烯加入后导致芯层的绝缘介电性能显著下降,而包覆聚乙烯膜层后可显著提高接头材料的绝缘介电性能,但聚乙烯膜的抗蠕变性能较差,因此本发明采用紫外辐照交联处理,有效提高了聚乙烯膜层的抗蠕变性能,从而使得芯层和介电层复合后同时具备了介电性能和优良的抗蠕变性能,极为贴合冷缩电缆接头中弹性体的制备应用要求。
以上实施例仅为说明本发明的技术思想,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围,凡是按照本发明提出的技术思想,在技术方案基础上所做的任何改动,均落入本发明保护范围之内;本发明未涉及的技术均可通过现有技术加以实现。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料,其特征在于,由介电层包覆芯层组成,所述芯层为石墨烯填充硅橡胶材料,所述介电层为经紫外交联的聚乙烯膜,二者通过延压复合制备获得冷缩电缆中间接头材料。
2.一种如权利要求1中所述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下具体步骤:
(A)聚乙烯袋的制备:将聚乙烯粒料加入吹膜机内,吹出聚乙烯膜;
(B)将聚乙烯膜浸没在含光敏剂的交联液中进行浸渍,随后导出卷绕在卷绕筒上,然后密封放入恒温烘箱中40℃恒温浸渍,交联液浸渍时间为1h,
(C)经浸渍的聚乙烯膜从卷绕筒上逐渐退绕,氮气氛围保护下经过紫外辐照箱体中进行紫外辐照交联,辐照时间选定为30min,冷却压边得到聚乙烯袋;
(D)先将石墨烯与乙烯基硅油分散于正己烷溶剂中,超声30min,蒸发溶剂并降温至室温后,加入含氢硅油和铂催化剂,500rpm,搅拌10min得硅橡胶填充液;
(E)将硅橡胶填充液灌充进入聚乙烯袋中,室温抽真空排泡并塑封,70℃固化1h,随后120℃双辊延压贴合即得接头材料。
3.根据权利要求2中所述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯为超高分子量聚乙烯。
4.根据权利要求2中所述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述交联液为浸泡二苯甲酮-丙酮溶液。
5.根据权利要求2中所述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外辐照交联采用高压汞灯辐照,紫外辐照强度为2.15×103μW/cm2,高压汞灯距离聚乙烯膜10~15cm。
6.根据权利要求2中所述抗蠕变的冷缩电缆中间接头材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述含氢硅油的含氢量与乙烯基摩尔比为1:1,所述铂催化剂的浓度为6ppm。
