Background
In a continuous production line of a strip steel coil, pickling annealing of a steel strip is one of the essential important steps. In the production process of the important step, a horizontal loop is needed to store, release and convey the steel strip so as to ensure the normal operation of the production line process section during uncoiling, coiling and coil changing.
The existing production line loop is provided with an inlet loop and an outlet loop independently, a loop cart and a loop supporting cart are driven to operate by a winch on the outer side of each loop, particularly, the winch needs to be arranged on the outer side of the loop, the two loops are arranged in a long distance, the occupied space is large, and the construction and steel wire rope winding are complex.

Further, an inlet steel wire rope fixed pulley and an outlet steel wire rope fixed pulley are respectively arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the loop; the inlet steel wire rope fixed pulley is double-wheel, and two ends of the first steel wire rope are connected to a first hoisting roller and a second hoisting roller on the inlet winch in a steering mode.
The outlet steel wire rope fixed pulley is double-wheel, and two ends of the second steel wire rope are connected to a third hoisting roller and a fourth hoisting roller on the outlet winch in a steering mode.
Preferably, the inlet loop cart is connected with the inlet loop trolleys sequentially through chains, and when the loop is filled, the inlet loop trolleys support the steel strip at equal intervals.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the utility loop for the strip steel production line entrance and exit of the present embodiment includes an upper rail 12, a lower rail 4, an entrance loop cart 3, an exit loop cart 8, a first steel wire rope 5 and a second steel wire rope 7, the entrance loop cart 3 and the exit loop cart 8 are horizontally arranged in a back-to-back manner and run on the lower rail 4, a plurality of entrance loop pallets 2 and a plurality of exit loop pallets 9 run between the upper rail 12 and the lower rail 4, the first steel wire rope 5 runs in the entrance loop cart 3 and is supported by lower steel wire rope carrier rollers 18 arranged below the front and rear sides of the exit loop cart 8; the second steel wire rope 7 runs in the outlet loop cart 8 and is supported by an upper steel wire rope carrier roller 17 arranged above the inlet loop cart 3.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the inlet loop cart 3 includes a first frame 31, a first wheel 32 located below the first frame 31, and a first steering roller 33, a second steering roller 34, and an inlet winch 15 disposed above the first frame 31.
The inlet winch 15 comprises a first motor 153, a first speed reducer 157, a first winch roller 151 and a second winch roller 152, wherein the first motor 153 is connected with the first speed reducer 157 through a first coupling 154, a brake 155 is arranged at the end of the first coupling 154, the first winch roller 151 and the second winch roller 152 are coaxial, and two sides of an output shaft of the first speed reducer 157 are respectively connected through the second coupling 156.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the outlet loop cart 8 includes a second frame 81, a second wheel 82 positioned below the second frame 81, and a third steering roller 83, a fourth steering roller 84 and the outlet winch 16 which are disposed above the second frame 81.
The outlet winch 16 comprises a second motor 163, a second speed reducer 167, a third winch roller 161 and a fourth winch roller 162, the second motor 163 is connected with the second speed reducer 167 through a third coupling 164, the end part of the third coupling 164 is provided with a second brake 165, the third winch roller 161 and the fourth winch roller 162 are coaxial, and two sides of the output shaft of the second speed reducer 167 are respectively connected through the fourth coupling 166.
An inlet steel wire rope fixed pulley 1 and an outlet steel wire rope fixed pulley 10 are respectively arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the loop.
The inlet rope fixed pulley 1 is double-wheeled, and turns both ends of the first rope 5 to a first winding drum 151 and a second winding drum 152 connected to the inlet winding machine 15.
The exit wire rope fixed sheave 10 is double-wheeled, and turns both ends of the second wire rope 7 to the third and fourth hoisting drums 161 and 162 connected to the exit hoist 16.
The inlet loop cart 3 is connected with the plurality of inlet loop trolleys 2 sequentially through the chains 11, and when the loop is filled, the plurality of inlet loop trolleys 2 support the steel belt at equal intervals; the outlet loop cart 8 and the outlet loop trolleys 9 are connected in sequence through chains 11, and when the loop is filled, the outlet loop trolleys 9 support the steel strip at equal intervals.
The inlet loop cart 3 can move to the right end of the loop when the loop is charged, and the outlet loop cart 8 can move to the left end of the loop when the loop is charged.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows:
strip steel at the inlet end of the strip steel production line is uncoiled by an uncoiler 13 and enters an inlet loop through front-section process equipment, the inlet loop is a four-layer loop, then the inlet and outlet loops enter a production line process section 6 and then enter an outlet loop, and finally the outlet loop enters a coiling machine 14.
Inlet loop charging: the inlet loop cart 3 needs to move rightwards to the outlet loop end, at the moment, the system controls the winding machine 14 end to accelerate winding, the outlet loop is released, the outlet loop cart 8 releases the second steel wire rope 7 through the outlet loop winch 16 arranged on the outlet loop cart 8, and the outlet loop cart 8 sequentially pushes the outlet loop carrier 9 to move rightwards. Meanwhile, limit switches are arranged on the inlet loop cart 3 and the outlet loop cart 8 respectively to prevent the inlet loop cart 3 from colliding with the outlet loop cart 8.
Putting a sleeve at an inlet loop: the inlet loop cart 3 needs to move leftwards, at the moment, the inlet winch 15 on the inlet loop cart 3 releases the first steel wire rope 5, the inlet loop cart 3 sequentially pushes the inlet loop supporting cart 2, and the inlet loop is shortened when the inlet loop cart moves leftwards.
And an outlet loop is filled, an outlet loop cart 8 needs to move leftwards to the left end of an inlet loop, at the moment, the system controls the end 13 of the uncoiler to reduce the speed and uncoil, the inlet loop is uncoiled, and the outlet loop cart 3 and the inlet loop cart 8 are prevented from colliding by limit switches arranged on the inlet loop cart 3 and the outlet loop cart 8.
And (4) looping an outlet: the outlet loop cart 8 needs to move rightwards, and at the moment, the outlet loop cart 8 sequentially pushes the outlet loop supporting cart 9 to move rightwards to shorten the outlet loop to release the loop.
In conclusion, the loop for the entrance and the exit of the steel strip production line is convenient to design, manufacture and construct, small in occupied space and simple in steel wire rope winding.
