Figure BDA0002581427490000071
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) putting glycerol, butanediol, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, methyl hydroxybenzoate and deionized water into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing, keeping the temperature for 30 min, and sterilizing to obtain phase A material;
(2) putting C13-16 isoparaffin, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, polydimethylsiloxane, potassium cetyl phosphate, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, polyglycerol-10 myristate, glycerol stearate, cetearyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, calcium sodium borosilicate, silver oxide and tin oxide into an oil phase pot, homogenizing until the particles are uniform, and heating to 75-80 ℃ to obtain a B phase material;
(3) slowly pumping the B-phase material into the A-phase material under stirring, stirring and homogenizing uniformly, cooling to below 60 ℃, adding triethanolamine, stirring and starting homogenizing to obtain a mixture;
(4) cooling the mixture to below 40 deg.C, sequentially adding phenoxyethanol, essence, carboxymethyl chitosan and flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, stirring to completely uniform, and discharging after inspection.
The intelligent photostabilizing facial repair emulsions of examples 1-4 and a certain pre-makeup emulsion on the market of the comparative example were tested for photostability, gloss and make-up retention.
Test objects: 50 volunteers are selected and are female employees in the same office building, the female employees are 20-35 years old, healthy, free of skin diseases and allergic disease history, and complete evaluation work according to requirements by matching with workers and truly reflect feelings after use.
And (3) testing items: photostability, gloss, and long wear.
The test method of the photosensitive adjustment is as follows: when the indoor temperature is constant at 25 ℃, the light is a conventional incandescent lamp, the same weight of intelligent photosensitive balanced facial cleanser and a certain commercially available pre-makeup cleanser are uniformly smeared on the skin with the same area, the skin gloss after makeup is observed, the skin light sensation is observed in multiple directions under the light, and then the makeup condition and the light sensation of the skin are observed outdoors to determine whether false whitening occurs or not, so that the photosensitive adjustment condition of the product under different light is obtained;
the gloss test method is as follows: uniformly coating the same weight of intelligent photosensitive balanced skin-repairing emulsion and a certain commercially available makeup pre-emulsion on the skin with the same area, observing the glossiness of the skin, and distinguishing the skin into oily light or natural gloss;
the method for testing the make-up holding performance comprises the following steps: the same weight of intelligent photosensitive balanced skin-repairing emulsion and a certain commercially available makeup pre-emulsion are uniformly smeared on the skin with the same area, and the makeup condition of the skin, whether makeup removal, floating powder and mottle makeup conditions exist or not is observed at intervals of 2 hours and 4 hours.
The test results are shown in table 2:
test items Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Example 4 Comparative example
Photosensitive regulation The improvement is 5 percent The lift is 12 percent The lift is 25 percent The lift is 25 percent Is free of
Degree of gloss Increase by 3 percent Increase by 8 percent The improvement is 14 percent The improvement is 16 percent The improvement is 20 percent
Make-up keeping property Increase by 5 percent Increase by 8 percent The improvement is 12 percent Increase by 6% Increase by 1%
Wherein, the products of examples 1-4 appeared natural shine on the skin after application; whereas the commercial product of the comparative example appeared oily on the skin after use.
As can be seen from the test results in table 2, the product of example 3 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and has significant effects on photo-regulation, gloss and make-up retention. The commercial product has good glossiness, but has oily luster on the skin, no photosensitive regulation effect and poor makeup retention; for the photosensitive balancing composition, the more the addition amount is, the better, and with the increase of the addition amount, the action of the photosensitive balancing composition gradually enters into gentle promotion, the action change is not obvious, and the cost performance is low.
The intelligent photosensitive balance facial repair emulsion disclosed by the invention is added with the light volatile oil, the carboxymethyl chitosan and the chamomile extract on the basis of the photosensitive balance composition to form a continuous phase photosensitive emulsion coating in a matching way, and can also provide a basis for the photosensitive balance composition, so that the intelligent photosensitive balance facial repair emulsion has excellent photosensitive regulation capacity, improves the makeup-holding property of makeup, and has obvious lead compared with the prior art.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and those skilled in the art should not make any insubstantial changes and substitutions based on the scope of the present invention.
