Abstract
The invention discloses a collagen peptide tablet for navigation personnel, which comprises the following components (expressed by mass percent): 10-30 parts of collagen peptide; 0.6-6 parts of vitamin C; 5-8 parts of L-arabinose; 0.5-10 parts of raisin tree seed; 1-10 parts of bovine colostrum powder; sorbitol 17-22; 17-22 parts of malto-oligosaccharide; 17-22 parts of magnesium stearate; the collagen tablet is prepared by scientific and reasonable proportioning, can promote the formation of bones through collagen peptide, and enhance the collagen structure under the low calcium level, thereby improving the bone strength, namely achieving the effect of preventing osteoporosis, can promote the biosynthesis of collagen through vitamin C, and is beneficial to the faster healing of tissue wounds; the bovine colostrum powder can enhance resistance and immunity, and the collagen peptide tablet prepared from collagen peptide, vitamin C, L-arabinose, semen Hoveniae and bovine colostrum powder can prevent physiological dysfunction of navigation personnel and osteoporosis.

The semen hoveniae is prepared from fruit or seed with fleshy fruit stem of hovenia acerba of Rhamnaceae, the fruit or seed with fleshy fruit stem of hovenia acerba of Rhamnaceae is converted into the semen hoveniae by removing impurities and fruit stem, washing with clear water, drying, screening to remove ash, crushing, and the average particle size of the semen hoveniae is less than 100 microns.

A preparation method of a collagen peptide tablet for navigation personnel comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively weighing collagen peptide, vitamin C, L-arabinose, hovenia dulcis thunb, bovine colostrum powder, sorbitol, malto-oligosaccharide and magnesium stearate by using an electronic scale according to parts by weight, sequentially adding the weighed collagen peptide, vitamin C, L-arabinose, hovenia dulcis thunb, bovine colostrum powder, sorbitol, malto-oligosaccharide and magnesium stearate into a stirrer, stirring for 20-25 minutes by using the stirrer, and uniformly mixing the collagen peptide, the vitamin C, L-arabinose, hovenia dulcis thunb, bovine colostrum powder, sorbitol, malto-oligosaccharide and magnesium stearate together by using the stirrer to prepare main raw materials;
s2, after the main raw materials are uniformly mixed, spraying 70% of edible alcohol into a stirrer, wherein each gram of the main raw materials needs 2ml of 70% of the edible alcohol, and then stirring for 30-35 minutes by using the stirrer until the edible alcohol is uniformly mixed into the main raw materials;
s3, adding the main raw materials added with the edible alcohol into a swing machine for granulation, and then boiling and drying the wet granules at 75-80 ℃ to control the moisture content of the granules to be below 15%;
s4, adding the granular main raw materials into a tablet making machine, and punching and tabletting the granular main raw materials through the tablet making machine;
s5, putting the tablets into a drying oven, drying the tablets for 5-10 minutes at 85-95 ℃, and controlling the water content of the tablets to be below 3%;
and S6, putting the dried tablets into a sterilization box, sterilizing the tablets through the sterilization box, and after sterilization is finished, packaging to obtain the collagen peptide tablets.
