Abstract
本发明公开了一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术，包括抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉100份、凝胶剂20份、人参5份、车前子7份、甘菊3份、冰片5份、薄荷3份、决明子2份、黄芩5份、覆盆子3份、菟丝子2份、五味子1份、谷精草3份、芦荟3份和当归1份；眼贴工艺技术包括以下步骤：S1.取含水率12％大豆粉100g，接种酵母菌2g进行发酵；S2.将上述的发酵大豆粉静置到室温提取得到大豆精华液；S3.将上述药囊材料粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入大豆精华液具有水凝胶药膏；S5.通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及眼贴领域，特别涉及一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术。
背景技术
大豆发酵精华是从大豆经过特定的纳豆菌发酵后生成的代谢物中提取的天然抗氧化成分。呈茶褐色液体状，因其是一种天然成分、又具有能够捕捉并消除活性氧分子、阻断各种活性氧在被消除过程中发生的连锁反应的特性，被命名为，缩略为NT。
实际上，人体内存在着SOD抗氧化物酶等能够对抗活性氧、防御机体发生氧化损伤的抗氧化物质。但是，这些抗氧化物质只能分别对抗特定种类的活性氧，存在一定的局限性。日本医科大学老人病研究所和协同乳业株式会社的科研人员从70年代后半开始着手于抗氧化物质的研究，经过长达十数年的研究，终于在用特定的纳豆菌发酵过的大豆的代谢物中发现了一种超微量的强力抗氧化物质—大豆发酵精华NT。
但是，现有的眼贴内夹层大多为药物成分，可以起到一定的药物作用，但是对于氧化衰老导致的眼部皮肤问题无明显效果，为此，发明一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术，来解决背景技术提出的问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：
一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，包括抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中无纺布采用分别附着在抗氧化药囊的外侧，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉100-150份、凝胶剂20-30份、人参5-8份、车前子7-10份、甘菊3-5份、冰片5-8份、薄荷3-5份、决明子2-8份、黄芩5-8份、覆盆子3-5份、菟丝子2-5份、五味子1-3份、谷精草3-5份、芦荟3-6份和当归1-4份，
一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术包括以下步骤：
S1.取含水率12-15％大豆粉100g，加入50-60g的蒸馏水在培养皿中进行搅拌混合，接种酵母菌2g，初始温℃应该保持在25-35℃，湿℃保证在45-55％，含氧量10-15％进行密封发酵，每隔5小时测量一次温℃，等发酵温℃到达100-200℃时，再次进行搅拌均匀，等到累计发酵温℃达到250℃后得到发酵大豆粉；
S2.将上述的发酵大豆粉静置到室温，以1300-1500r/min离心旋转15分钟后静置取上层清液得到大豆精华液；
S3.将上述药囊材料除大豆粉和凝胶剂以外的材料按照上述组分进行取料后，进行粉碎，粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；
S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入步骤S1中得到的大豆精华液进行搅拌混合，加入对应配比的凝胶剂于45-55℃下反应60min，制备得到具有水凝胶药膏；
S5.先在模具的底层铺设一层医用无纺布，再将步骤S5中的水凝胶药膏装入抗氧化药囊，于15-25℃下固化30min，在通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：
在综合考虑本发明配方中各原料药药物性质的基础上，针对不同成分采用不同的处理方法，提取出起药理作用的各种成分，结合特定的配制方法，各种有效成分相互配伍，以实现改善视疲劳和眼部皮肤状况的效果，另外大豆发酵精华NT具有强大的抗氧化作用。不仅可以对抗各种类型的活性氧，还可以防止体内细胞以及血中胆固醇被活性氧氧化，进一步提升眼贴的抗氧化能力，通过增强抗氧化能力，提升眼部皮肤的生长环境，从而显著提升眼贴的抗疲劳水平。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
为本发明较优实施例中一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，包括：抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中无纺布采用分别附着在抗氧化药囊的外侧，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉120份、凝胶剂25份、人参6份、车前子8份、甘菊4份、冰片7份、薄荷4份、决明子5份、黄芩6份、覆盆子4份、菟丝子3份、五味子2份、谷精草4份、芦荟5份和当归2份，
其中眼贴的制备工艺包括以下步骤：
S1.取含水率14％大豆粉100g，加入55g的蒸馏水在培养皿中进行搅拌混合，接种酵母菌2g，初始温℃应该保持在30℃，湿℃保证在50％，含氧量12％进行密封发酵，每隔5小时测量一次温℃，等发酵温℃到达150℃时，再次进行搅拌均匀，等到累计发酵温℃达到250℃后得到发酵大豆粉；
S2.将上述的发酵大豆粉静置到室温，以1400r/min离心旋转15分钟后静置取上层清液得到大豆精华液；
S3.将上述药囊材料除大豆粉和凝胶剂以外的材料按照上述组分进行取料后，进行粉碎，粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；
S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入步骤S1中得到的大豆精华液进行搅拌混合，加入对应配比的凝胶剂于50℃下反应60min，制备得到具有水凝胶药膏；
S5.先在模具的底层铺设一层医用无纺布，再将步骤S5中的水凝胶药膏装入抗氧化药囊，于20℃下固化30min，在通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
实施例2
为本发明较优实施例中一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，包括抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中无纺布采用分别附着在抗氧化药囊的外侧，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉150份、凝胶剂30份、人参8份、车前子10份、甘菊5份、冰片8份、薄荷5份、决明子8份、黄芩8份、覆盆子5份、菟丝子5份、五味子3份、谷精草5份、芦荟6份和当归4份，
其中眼贴的制备工艺包括以下步骤：
S1.取含水率15％大豆粉100g，加入60g的蒸馏水在培养皿中进行搅拌混合，接种酵母菌2g，初始温℃应该保持在35℃，湿℃保证在55％，含氧量15％进行密封发酵，每隔5小时测量一次温℃，等发酵温℃到达200℃时，再次进行搅拌均匀，等到累计发酵温℃达到250℃后得到发酵大豆粉；
S2.将上述的发酵大豆粉静置到室温，以1500r/min离心旋转15分钟后静置取上层清液得到大豆精华液；
S3.将上述药囊材料除大豆粉和凝胶剂以外的材料按照上述组分进行取料后，进行粉碎，粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；
S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入步骤S1中得到的大豆精华液进行搅拌混合，加入对应配比的凝胶剂于55℃下反应60min，制备得到具有水凝胶药膏；
S5.先在模具的底层铺设一层医用无纺布，再将步骤S5中的水凝胶药膏装入抗氧化药囊，于25℃下固化30min，在通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
实施例3
为本发明较优实施例中一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，包括抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中无纺布采用分别附着在抗氧化药囊的外侧，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉100份、凝胶剂20份、人参5份、车前子7份、甘菊3份、冰片5份、薄荷3份、决明子2份、黄芩5份、覆盆子3份、菟丝子2份、五味子1份、谷精草3份、芦荟3份和当归1份，
其中眼贴的制备工艺包括以下步骤：

S3.将上述药囊材料除大豆粉和凝胶剂以外的材料按照上述组分进行取料后，进行粉碎，粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；
S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入步骤S1中得到的大豆精华液进行搅拌混合，加入对应配比的凝胶剂于45℃下反应60min，制备得到具有水凝胶药膏；
S5.先在模具的底层铺设一层医用无纺布，再将步骤S5中的水凝胶药膏装入抗氧化药囊，于15℃下固化30min，在通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
综上所述：人参，用于体虚欲脱，肢冷脉微，脾虚食少，肺虚喘咳，津伤口渴，内热消渴，久病虚羸，惊悸失眠，阳痿宫冷；薄荷：归肺，肝经：用于风热表证，头痛目赤，咽喉肿痛，麻疹不透，风疹瘙痒；谷精草：祛风散热，明目退翳。治目翳，雀盲，头痛，齿痛，喉痹，鼻衄；芦荟：凉肝明目，具有杀菌抗炎，湿润美容，抗衰老和免疫再生的作用；当归：用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡，肠燥便秘。
在综合考虑本发明配方中各原料药药物性质的基础上，针对不同成分采用不同的处理方法，提取出起药理作用的各种成分，结合特定的配制方法，各种有效成分相互配伍，以实现改善视疲劳和眼部皮肤状况的效果，另外大豆发酵精华NT具有强大的抗氧化作用。不仅可以对抗各种类型的活性氧，还可以防止体内细胞以及血中胆固醇被活性氧氧化，进一步提升眼贴的抗氧化能力，通过增强抗氧化能力，提升眼部皮肤的生长环境，从而显著提升眼贴的抗疲劳水平。

1.一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，其特征在于：包括抗氧化药囊和无纺布，其中无纺布采用分别附着在抗氧化药囊的外侧，其中药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉100-150份、凝胶剂20-30份、人参5-8份、车前子7-10份、甘菊3-5份、冰片5-8份、薄荷3-5份、决明子2-8份、黄芩5-8份、覆盆子3-5份、菟丝子2-5份、五味子1-3份、谷精草3-5份、芦荟3-6份和当归1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，其特征在于：所述药囊的重量份数配比为：大豆粉150份、凝胶剂30份、人参8份、车前子10份、甘菊5份、冰片8份、薄荷5份、决明子8份、黄芩8份、覆盆子5份、菟丝子5份、五味子3份、谷精草5份、芦荟6份和当归4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴，其特征在于：所述大豆粉100份、凝胶剂20份、人参5份、车前子7份、甘菊3份、冰片5份、薄荷3份、决明子2份、黄芩5份、覆盆子3份、菟丝子2份、五味子1份、谷精草3份、芦荟3份和当归1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术，其特征在于：眼贴的制备工艺包括以下步骤：
S1.取含水率12-15％大豆粉100g，加入50-60g的蒸馏水在培养皿中进行搅拌混合，接种酵母菌2g进行发酵；
S2.将上述的发酵大豆粉静置到室温提取得到大豆精华液；
S3.将上述药囊材料除大豆粉和凝胶剂以外的材料按照上述组分进行取料后，进行粉碎，粉碎后加入蒸馏水10ml搅拌至粘稠得到中药膏体；
S4.将步骤S3中得到的中药膏体中加入步骤S1中得到的大豆精华液进行搅拌混合，加入对应配比的凝胶剂于45-55℃下反应60min，制备得到具有水凝胶药膏；
S5.先在模具的底层铺设一层医用无纺布，再将步骤S5中的水凝胶药膏装入抗氧化药囊，于15-25℃下固化30min，在通过无纺布将抗氧化药囊进行包裹压合，制备得到缓解眼部疲劳保健眼贴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术，其特征在于：所述步骤S1中大豆粉的发酵环境，初始温℃应该保持在25-35℃，湿℃保证在45-55％，含氧量10-15％进行密封发酵，每隔5小时测量一次温℃，等发酵温℃到达100-200℃时，再次进行搅拌均匀，等到累计发酵温℃达到250℃后得到发酵大豆粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种大豆发酵技术的缓解眼部疲劳的眼贴工艺技术，其特征在于：所述步骤S2中大豆精华液的制备，以1300-1500r/min离心旋转15分钟后静置取上层清液。
