Description

Dampness eliminating tea and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care drinks, and particularly relates to dampness eliminating tea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The thousand cold is easy to remove, and the one-time dampness is difficult to remove. In humid areas, it is more "nine wets for ten people". Therefore, there is a medical saying that dampness is the source of many diseases. Moisture has a distinction between internal and external wetness. External dampness, which mainly invades the skin surface and blocks the meridians; internal dampness mainly injures spleen. The pathogenic dampness and other pathogenic factors can cause various diseases, such as: rheumatism, paralysis, impotence, certain edemas, etc. Eliminating dampness is important in treating various diseases. Dampness is heavy and turbid, sticky and apt to damage yang qi, so it is difficult to remove dampness in the treatment process. The traditional Chinese medicine has a plurality of methods, such as clearing damp in traditional Chinese medicine, clearing damp in acupuncture points and the like, and the traditional Chinese medicine considers that: the spleen is damp soil, and the stomach is dry soil, so that the stomach function is mainly improved when dampness is eliminated, the stomach channel is dredged, and the dampness in the body is removed by the dryness function of the yang.
The dampness eliminating tea is a health-care drink which is prepared from traditional Chinese medicines or medicinal and edible materials singly or in a compound way, has the advantage of convenient carrying and use, and is more and more popular with people. Most of dampness eliminating tea disclosed in the prior art is cool tea, the dampness eliminating effect is poor, and some dampness eliminating tea has complex formula and high cost and consists of more than ten Chinese medicinal materials or even more than twenty Chinese medicinal materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides dampness eliminating tea and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

Test example I, safety test
80 SD rats weighing 180-220g, each male and female, were randomly selected and divided into 10 groups, i.e., examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-3, each group consisting of 8 rats, each female and male consisting of 4 rats. The dampness eliminating tea prepared in the examples 1 to 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 is brewed with boiled water, and the adding amount of the boiled water is calculated by the water consumption of normal tea brewing. The damp clearing tea prepared in the corresponding examples and comparative examples of rats was administered to the rats by gavage in the groups of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and the rats were observed to have normal appetite, activity, hair color, mental state and the like during the gavage period and one week after the gavage was stopped, at a gavage amount of 1mL/100g, continuously gavage for one month. Rats develop normally by identifying hematology, blood biochemistry, organ tissue structure and urinary convention. All rats survive healthily without any toxic and side effects; liver function and organ tissue state were observed by dissection, and there was no difference from normal rat. The results show that the dampness eliminating tea provided by the invention is reasonable in formula, free of any side effect and high in safety.
Test example II Damp Effect test
220 volunteer subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution, age 25-55 years, were screened and randomly divided into 11 groups, namely, examples 1-7 groups, comparative examples 1-3 groups and commercial products, and 20 persons in each group. All the groups of volunteer subjects to be excluded at the time of the enrollment included pregnant and pregnancies, lactating women; those who are allergic to the dampness-eliminating tea component of the present invention; volunteers who are participating in other drug clinical trials; the patients in the disease state are discovered through comprehensive physical examination; suspected or certain abuse of alcohol, past history of drugs, etc. The volunteer subjects of the groups of examples 1 to 7 and the groups of comparative examples 1 to 3 took the dampness eliminating tea prepared in the groups of examples 1 to 7 and the groups of comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and the volunteer subjects of the group of commercially available products took a certain commercially available Wuhua dampness eliminating tea, which consisted of honeysuckle, kapok, chrysanthemum morifolium, frangipani and hyacinth dolichos, each person took a bag of dampness eliminating tea every day, and took the tea continuously for 1 month, and the curative effect was observed.
The main symptoms of phlegm-dampness constitution include: abdominal distention, inappetence, sticky and greasy taste, halitosis, loose stool, asthenia, heavy limbs, and excessive phlegm. The efficacy was assessed by comparing the relevant symptoms of the volunteer subjects before and after treatment, wherein the effect: most symptoms disappear after treatment; the method has the following advantages: partial symptoms are improved after treatment; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not obvious after treatment. The specific therapeutic effects are summarized in the following table 1:
TABLE 1 Damp repellent Effect evaluation
