本发明属于电连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器。
背景技术
电源连接器广泛应用于通讯设备、家用电器、工业设备、航空航天及军工领域,特别是通信领域基站的信号传输模块。随着工业电子技术、智能化汽车及通讯市场的快速发展,电源连接器的市场需求量也越来越大,加之科技水平的快速发展、电子产品已经向各个领域快速渗透,促使电源连接器朝着小型化、便捷化、低成本、高可靠性、通用性强,结构简单的方向发展。
现有技术的电源连接器存在结构复杂,安装繁琐,占用空间大,生产成本高的问题。为免除复杂的跳线,现有免跳线电源连接器结构多为趋于插座、转接器及PCB板端连接器三部分的复杂结构,安装拆卸需要拆除整个RU单元内部PCB板,工序繁琐,失效环节多。此外,由于PCB板位置的浮动及公差对免跳线式电源连接器要求较高,目前多数此类电源连接器仅能适用于固定高度位置PCB板场合,致使连接器通用性差,使用场合受到极大限制。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,具体技术方案如下:
一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,包括外壳合件与接触合件和基座合件,所述外壳合件套装于所述基座合件的一端外壁,所述接触合件的一端固定于所述基座合件内,所述接触合件的另一端外伸于所述基座合件,所述接触合件的另一端外伸部分嵌入于盖板合件内,所述接触合件的另一端端部垂直设有活塞式结构的浮动接触件,所述浮动接触件安装于所述盖板合件内,所述浮动接触件的安装口外伸于所述盖板合件,所述浮动接触件用以适用于不同高度PCB板的电性装配需要。
进一步的,所述浮动接触件包括套筒、冠簧以及导向针,所述导向针的底端嵌入于所述接触合件的端部,所述导向针伸入于所述套筒的内部底部,所述套筒的内部顶部开设有内螺纹结构,所述导向针的外壁套装有所述冠簧,所述冠簧置于所述套筒、所述导向针之间,所述冠簧、导向针以及套筒之间为弹性压接的电接触。

进一步的,所述盖板合件的内壁开设有与所述外接导体配合的凹槽,所述凹槽的内壁设有凸出的筋条,所述筋条用以填充所述外接导体与凹槽之间的空隙。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、利用外壳合件、接触合件、基座合件、盖板合件以及浮动接触件之间配合套装,从而形成一体结构的电源连接器,免除了传统连接器复杂的装配工序,直接做成一体式,便于插入、拆卸,极大简化了连接器的安装及维修;
2、浮动接触件能够根据PCB板的位置而调节安装口的高度,极大增加了连接器的通用性及可靠性,实现PCB板不同安装位置工况下连接器对PCB板子系统的可靠供电;
3、浮动接触件内设置有多种止挡限位结构,有效的提高了套筒的结构强度,保证接触的稳定性。

作为上述技术方案的改进,所述盖板合件4的内壁开设有与所述外接导体22配合的凹槽42,所述凹槽42的内壁设有凸出的筋条421,所述筋条421用以填充所述外接导体22与凹槽42之间的空隙;筋条421能够减小盖板与外接导体22之间的间隙,提高两者的配合强度,防止盖板合件组装之后晃动。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述浮动接触件5包括套筒52、冠簧53以及导向针51,所述导向针51的底端嵌入于所述接触合件5的端部,所述导向针51伸入于所述套筒52的内部底部,所述套筒52的内部顶部开设有内螺纹结构,所述导向针51的外壁套装有所述冠簧53,所述冠簧53置于所述套筒52、所述导向针51之间,所述冠簧53、导向针51以及套筒52之间为弹性压接的电接触;弹性结构的冠簧53一方面可以实现导向针51与套筒52之间的电接触,另一方面可以在提高导向针51与套筒52之间的配合强度,使得三者连接更为紧密,使得浮动过程中结构强度、电性传输均可得到保证;导向针51用以连接接触合件5,同时作为套筒52浮动的导向、支撑部件;套筒52用以通过螺钉连接外部的PCB板,能够上下滑动调节安装口位置。
外壳合件1上还设有推拉快锁的陶瓷珠结构和界面密封的O型圈;导向针51的两端均为圆弧圆角过渡,减小装配时的阻力;盖板合件4由两个盖板扣合而成;
上述浮动接触件5示例性的有以下两种实施例:
实施例一:
如图5-图10所示,所述导向针51包括圆柱体511和定位座512,所述定位座512的外壁为锯齿结构,所述定位座512过盈装配于所述接触合件2内,所述定位座512的顶面同心设有圆柱体511,所述圆柱体511的外壁垂直对称设有限位块5111,所述套筒52为中空圆柱形,所述圆柱体511安装于所述套筒52的内部底部,所述套筒52的底部对称开设有限位槽523,所述限位块5111伸入于所述限位槽523内,所述限位块5111用以防止所述套筒52水平转动;过盈装配的定位座512能够提高导向件51与接触合件2的连接强度;限位块5111能够反向止挡套筒52,使得套筒无法转动,同时限位块5111可在限位槽523内上下滑动,从而保证套筒能够上下浮动。
所述盖板合件4的内壁开设有配合槽41,所述配合槽41为圆形槽,所述套筒52嵌入于配合槽41内;配合槽41用以从外部约束定位套筒52,避免套筒偏移,使得套筒只可上下运动。
所述限位槽523的内壁突出有的锥状凸起524,所述锥状凸起524止挡于所述限位块5111的底部,所述锥状凸起524用以防止套筒竖直方向分离;当套筒向上运动即将超过预警值时,限位块5111会抵触在锥状凸起524上,使得套筒无法再继续向上运动,从而实现竖直方向的止挡,避免套筒分离,同时约束套筒的运动区间。
套筒52的内部由上至下依次开设有内螺纹孔521、安装孔522、限位槽523以及锥状凸起524,内螺纹孔521用以连接螺钉,安装孔522为冠簧、导向针的安装位置,限位槽523与安装孔522十字分布,限位槽523的底部设置锥状凸起524。
实施例一在具体实施时:将接触合件2的定位导体21卡合嵌入到基座合件3内,锁紧环213、倒刺以及扁平面213均与基座合件的内壁配合,外接导体22外伸于基座合件3,然后将外壳合件1旋转在基座合件的尾端,将浮动接触件5底端的定位座过盈压接在外接板222的圆孔内;浮动接触件5与接触合件2组装完毕后,将盖板合件4扣合在外接导体的外部,盖板合件4对外接导体、浮动接触件进行定位保护;
在连接PCB板6时,根据PCB板6的所处位置,调节套筒52的外伸高度,在调节时,向上拉动套筒52,套筒52沿着盖板合件4内壁的配合槽41滑动,限位块5111在限位槽523内相对向下滑动,套筒52还会带着冠簧53跟随向上运动,冠簧53保持被导向针、套筒夹持收缩状态;当调节至所需位置后,将PCB板置于套筒顶面,使得PCB的预留孔与套筒的顶端螺对齐,然后将螺钉7穿过预留孔并旋入到套筒内,在旋入的过程中,限位块5111会反向止挡套筒,避免其转动,当螺钉旋装完毕后,便可实现浮动接触件5与PCB板的电性连接。
实施例二:
所述导向针51包括圆柱体511和定位座512,所述定位座512的外壁为锯齿结构,所述定位座512过盈装配于所述接触合件2内,所述定位座512的顶面同心设有圆柱体511,所述套筒52包括上筒体521和下筒体522,所述上筒体521为圆环结构,所述下筒体522为外方内圆结构,所述上筒体521设于所述下筒体522的顶部,所述圆柱体511伸入于所述下筒体522内;过盈装配的定位座512能够提高导向件51与接触合件2的连接强度;
所述盖板合件4的内壁开设有配合槽,所述配合槽的顶部为圆形槽、底部为矩形槽,所述上筒体521嵌入于圆形槽内,所述下筒体522的外壁矩形面贴合嵌入于矩形槽内,所述矩形槽用以防止所述套筒水平转动;矩形面的下筒体522能够与矩形槽配合,从而反向抵消螺钉对套筒带来的扭力,进而避免套筒转动,此种设计结构简单,传统的加工设备即可加工,成本低,使用寿命长。
所述圆形槽的内壁开设有内凹的浮动滑槽,所述上筒体521的外壁顶部设有上挡环5211,所述上筒体521的外壁中部设有浮动环5212,所述浮动环5212滑动嵌入于所述浮动滑槽内,所述上挡环5211置于所述盖板合件的顶部,所述浮动环5212、所述上挡环5211用以防止套筒52竖直方向分离;套筒52在运动时,会带动浮动环5212沿着浮动滑槽内滑动,浮动滑槽能够约束套筒浮动行程,同时避免套筒向上脱离。
上筒体521的内部顶端开设有内螺纹孔5213。
实施例二在具体实施时:将接触合件2的定位导体21卡合嵌入到基座合件3内,锁紧环213、倒刺以及扁平面213均与基座合件的内壁配合,外接导体22外伸于基座合件3,然后将外壳合件1旋转在基座合件的尾端,将浮动接触件5底端的定位座511过盈压接在外接板222的圆孔内;浮动接触件5与接触合件2组装完毕后,将盖板合件4扣合在外接导体的外部,盖板合件4外接导体、浮动接触件进行定位保护;
在连接PCB板6时,根据PCB板6的所处位置,调节套筒52的外伸高度,在调节时,向上拉动套筒52,上筒体521沿着配合槽41顶部的圆形槽滑动,浮动环5212在浮动滑槽内滑动,下筒体522在配合槽41底部的矩形槽滑动,套筒52还会带着冠簧53跟随向上运动,冠簧53保持被导向针、套筒夹持收缩状态;当调节至所需位置后,将PCB板置于套筒顶面,使得PCB的预留孔与套筒的顶端内螺纹孔5213对齐,然后将螺钉7穿过预留孔并旋入到内螺纹孔5213内,在旋入的过程中,下筒体与矩形槽之间的矩形面配合,避免套筒跟随转动;当螺钉旋装完毕后,便可实现浮动接触件5与PCB板的电性连接。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于:包括外壳合件与接触合件和基座合件,所述外壳合件套装于所述基座合件的一端外壁,所述接触合件的一端固定于所述基座合件内,所述接触合件的另一端外伸于所述基座合件,所述接触合件的另一端外伸部分嵌入于盖板合件内,所述接触合件的另一端端部垂直设有活塞式结构的浮动接触件,所述浮动接触件安装于所述盖板合件内,所述浮动接触件的安装口外伸于所述盖板合件,所述浮动接触件用以适用于不同高度PCB板的电性装配需要;
所述浮动接触件包括套筒、冠簧以及导向针,所述导向针的底端嵌入于所述接触合件的端部,所述导向针伸入于所述套筒的内部底部,所述套筒的内部顶部开设有内螺纹结构,所述导向针的外壁套装有所述冠簧,所述冠簧置于所述套筒、所述导向针之间,所述冠簧、导向针以及套筒之间为弹性压接的电接触;
所述导向针包括圆柱体和定位座,所述定位座的外壁为锯齿结构,所述定位座过盈装配于所述接触合件内,所述定位座的顶面同心设有圆柱体,所述圆柱体的外壁垂直对称设有限位块,所述套筒为中空圆柱形,所述圆柱体安装于所述套筒的内部底部,所述套筒的底部对称开设有限位槽,所述限位块伸入于所述限位槽内,所述限位块用以防止所述套筒水平转动;所述盖板合件的内壁开设有配合槽,所述配合槽为圆形槽,所述套筒嵌入于配合槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于:所述限位槽的内壁突出有的锥状凸起,所述锥状凸起止挡于所述限位块的底部,所述锥状凸起用以防止套筒竖直方向分离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于:所述接触合件包括定位导体和外接导体,所述定位导体嵌入于所述基座合件内,所述外接导体外伸于所述基座合件,所述外接导体嵌入于所述盖板合件内,所述定位导体的外壁开设有环槽,所述环槽的外部套装有弹性的锁紧环,所述定位导体的外壁设有倒刺,所述定位导体的端部两侧为扁平面,所述锁紧环、倒刺、扁平面均与所述基座合件的内壁配合设置,所述外接导体包括折弯段和外接板,所述折弯段为倾斜向下的斜面结构,所述折弯段的一端连接所述定位导体、另一端连接所述外接板,所述外接板的表面垂直设有所述浮动接触件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于:所述盖板合件的内壁开设有与所述外接导体配合的凹槽,所述凹槽的内壁设有凸出的筋条,所述筋条用以填充所述外接导体与凹槽之间的空隙。
