背景技术
电源连接器广泛应用于通讯设备、家用电器、工业设备、航空航天及军工领域,特别是通信领域基站的信号传输模块。随着工业电子技术、智能化汽车及通讯市场的快速发展,电源连接器的市场需求量也越来越大,加之科技水平的快速发展、电子产品已经向各个领域快速渗透,促使电源连接器朝着小型化、便捷化、低成本、高可靠性、通用性强,结构简单的方向发展。
中国专利:CN 104852180 B 公开了一种盲插浮动式连接器,它包括第一插座、第二插座以及转接器,所述第一插座包括第一外壳、设置于第一外壳内的第一接触头以及形成于第一接触头上的第一插孔,第二插座包括第二外壳、设置于所述第二外壳内的第二接触头以及形成于第二接触头上的第二插孔,转接器包括第三外壳、安装在第三外壳内的绝缘子、 插针,以及第三外壳外的口部带倒角的壳体。所述第三外壳外周壁的两端部分别设有第一凸起、第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述第一外壳的内壁相接触,所述第二凸起与所述第二外壳的内壁相接触。这样能够防止转接器与第一插座、第二插座插合后径向晃动,却能够围绕其所指向的圆心做限定角度的摆动,从而满足整个连接器盲配和浮动的要求。
中国专利:CN 206947583 U 公开了一种大电流浮动式连接器,该连接端子为浮动式结构,端子接触点稳定性得到有效保证,其具体包括线端部件、板端部件和外壳体外壳体;线端部件包括固定螺丝和过孔。线端部件一侧与板端部件相配插连接,另一侧通过固定螺丝固定螺丝固定在连接器的外壳体外壳体上。外壳体外壳体设置在连接器的外部。固定螺丝有4颗,包括螺帽螺帽和螺杆螺杆。分别设置在线端部件的4个角端。螺杆螺杆穿过过孔旋紧在连接器外壳体外壳体上。过孔的半径比螺帽螺帽的半径小,比螺杆螺杆大1 .5毫米。
现有技术的电源连接器结构复杂,安装繁琐,占用空间大,生产成本高。为免除复杂的跳线,现有免跳线电源连接器结构多为趋于插座、转接器及PCB板端连接器三部分的复杂结构,安装拆卸需要拆除整个RU单元内部PCB板,工序繁琐,失效环节多。此外,由于PCB板位置的浮动及公差对免跳线式电源连接器要求较高,目前多数此类电源连接器仅能适用于固定高度位置PCB板场合,致使连接器通用性差,使用场合受到极大限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而设计的一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,采用导向针与冠簧和套筒组成活塞式浮动结构的长短插针接触端,显著提高设备单元电连接的可靠性,同时极大提高了PCB板及通信设备模块设计的灵活性,结构简单,安装方便,连接可靠,尤其缩小了连接器前后所需要的安装空间,可以使连接器设计的更短,进一步降低生产成本低,可广泛应用需要实现电接触及通信的设备领域。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,包括外壳合件与接触合件和基座合件套装而成的连接器,其特点是接触合件由设置在基座合件上的长插针与短插针组成,所述长插针和短插针一端为设有锁紧环的圆形插针,另一端为设置在套筒内的冠簧和导向针组成片形的接触件;所述锁紧环将长插针和短插针固定在基座合件的基座上;所述套筒与冠簧和导向针套装后设置在盖板合件内组成活塞式浮动结构的片形接触件;所述冠簧与导向针和套筒为弹性压接的电连接。
所述插针一端为设有折弯段连接的尾端通孔,另一端为圆形的长针,其上设有环槽、倒刺和扁状面结构。
所述盖板合件包括上盖板和下盖板,所述上盖板由扣耳与设置在下盖板的凸扣扣合。
所述导向针为一端设有直螺纹,另一端设有圆弧翻边的筒状结构,其外侧筒体上对称设有矩形或柱形的凸起防转结构。
所述套筒上设有环槽、内螺纹和矩形开槽,所述矩形开槽为容纳凸起防转结构,并以限制套筒绕自身轴线的旋转自由度;所述环槽容纳冠簧并以限位;所述内螺纹设置在套筒的一端,且与螺钉配合使套筒沿导向针的轴向作上、下滑动。
所述环槽与锁紧环配合,实现插针合件与基座合件的固定。
所述扁状面与基座合件上对应的扁状面结构配合,实现插针合件在基座合件上的定向。
所述上盖板上设有增大爬电距离的上盖矩形凹槽、上盖凸台结构和两上盖半圆孔。
所述下盖板上设有增大爬电距离的下盖矩形凹槽、下盖凸台结构和两下盖半圆孔。
所述冠簧为两端设有环形平面和轴向剖槽的弹性簧圈。
所述外壳合件的壳体上设有弹簧碰珠结构,实现连接器的推拉快锁。
本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,连接可靠,尤其缩小了连接器前后所需要的安装空间,可以使连接器设计的更短,进一步降低生产成本低,使用时连接器免除了传统三段式插座、转接器及PCB板端连接器之间复杂的装拆工序,直接做成一体式插入、拆卸的功能,极大简化了连接器的安装及维修,同时连接器上设置的浮动机构可针对不同PCB板位置实现稳定可靠的电连接,极大增加了连接器的通用性及可靠性。

参阅附图5,所述套筒205上设有环槽2054、内螺纹2055和矩形开槽2056,所述矩形开槽2056为容纳凸起防转结构2032,并以限制套筒205绕自身轴线的旋转自由度;所述环槽2054容纳冠簧204并以限位;所述内螺纹2055设置在套筒205的一端,且与螺钉7配合使套筒205沿导向针205的轴向作上、下滑动;所述套筒205上的矩形开槽2056与导向针203的凸起防转结构2032配合,防止螺钉旋进套筒205时,套筒205沿自身轴线旋转;所述套筒205上设有与冠簧204端面配合的台阶2053;所述套筒205上设有锥状凸起2051,通过与导向针203的凸起防转结构2032的干涉配合,实现套筒205压入导向针203之后套筒205的防脱出功能;所述状锥装凸起2051上设有倒角20511,避免套筒205与导向针203干涉组装时的损伤;所述套筒205上设有孔状通道2052,实现冠簧204装入套筒205;所述套筒205上的内螺纹2055与螺钉7通过螺纹配合,完成套筒205上、下浮动力的来源;所述套筒205上设置安装倒角2057,增加PCB基板5安装时螺钉7的容差。
参阅附图6,所述冠簧204为两端设有环形平面2041和轴向剖槽2043的弹性簧圈,冠簧204与导向针203和套筒205为弹性压接的电连接;所述环形平面2041与套筒205内的环槽2054贴合,通过冠簧204与导向针203的配合,实现导向针203与冠簧204之间的电连续性。
参阅附图7~图8,所述盖板合件4包括上盖板401和下盖板402,所述上盖板401和下盖板402上分别设有容纳插针合件2的上盖矩形凹槽4011和下盖矩形凹槽4021;所述上盖板401上设有与下盖板402上的凸起4024扣合的卡扣4013,以及与下盖板402上的4023配合的凹槽4014,充分增大接触件合件2爬电距离的绝缘间隙;所述上盖板401上设有半圆环状凸起4015,与下盖板402上设置的半圆环状凸起4025扣合后将套筒205包覆。
参阅附图9,本发明是这样设置在箱体6上与PCB基板5连接的:PCB基板5位于接触件合件2上的套筒205上端,其之间间距由PCB基板5在RU箱体6上的具体安装位置而定。在不同的安装间距下,本发明均可通过调节螺钉7与内螺纹2055的旋转,完成套筒205上、下的浮动,实现接触件合件2与PCB基板5之间可靠的电连续性。此外,由于套筒205的上下浮动性,在套筒205处于最低位置时高度低于基座合件3下基座最大外径高度,所以本发明可以实现整体式插入与拔出。所述外壳合件1的壳体上设有弹簧碰珠结构101和O型圈102,实现设备RU腔体的界面密封和连接器的推拉快锁;所述插针201上设置的锁紧环202用以将插针201固定在基座合件3上;所述导向针203通过直纹2033与尾端通孔2015压配,插针201压配固定,实现插针201与导向针203的固定以及良好的电连续;所述冠簧204通过环形平面2041与套筒205连接,并通过与导向针203的配合,实现导向针203与套筒205之间的电连续性;所述导向针203上设置的凸台2032将螺钉7的周向旋转转化为套筒205轴线的上、下移动,从而实现套筒205与PCB基板5之间良好的电连续性。

Claims (10)

1.一种快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,包括外壳合件(1)与接触合件(2)和基座合件(3)套装而成的连接器,其特征在于接触合件(2)由设置在基座合件(3)上的长插针(21)与短插针(22)组成,所述长插针(21)和短插针(22)一端为设有锁紧环(202)的插针(201),另一端为设置在套筒(205)内的冠簧(204)和导向针(203)组成片形的接触件;所述锁紧环(202)将长插针(21)和短插针(22)固定在基座合件(3)的基座上;所述套筒(205)与冠簧(204)和导向针(203)套装后设置在盖板合件(4)内组成活塞式浮动结构的片形接触件;所述冠簧(204)与导向针(203)和套筒(205)为弹性压接的电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述插针(201)一端为设有折弯段(2014)连接的尾端通孔(2015),另一端为圆形的长针,其上设有环槽(2011)、倒刺(2012)和扁状面(2013)结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述盖板合件(4)包括上盖板(401)和下盖板(402),所述上盖板(401)由扣耳(4013)与设置在下盖板(402)的凸扣(4024)扣合。
4.根据权利要求1所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述导向针(203)为一端设有直螺纹(2033),另一端设有圆弧翻边(2031)的筒状结构,其外侧筒体上对称设有矩形或柱形的凸起防转结构(2032)。
5.根据权利要求1所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述套筒(205)上设有环槽(2054)、内螺纹(2055)和矩形开槽(2056),所述矩形开槽(2056)为容纳凸起防转结构(2032),并以限制套筒(205)绕自身轴线的旋转自由度;所述环槽(2054)容纳冠簧(204)并以限位;所述内螺纹(2055)设置在套筒(205)的一端,且与螺钉配合使套筒(205)沿导向针(205)的轴向作上、下滑动。
6.根据权利要求2所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述环槽(2011)与锁紧环(202)配合,实现插针合件(2)与基座合件(3)的固定。
7.根据权利要求2所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述扁状面(2013)与基座合件(3)上对应的扁状面结构配合,实现插针合件(2)在基座合件(3)的定向。
8.根据权利要求3所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述上盖板(401)上设有增大爬电距离的上盖矩形凹槽(4011)、上盖凸台结构(4014)和两上盖半圆孔(4015);所述下盖板(402)上设有增大爬电距离的下盖矩形凹槽(4021)、下盖凸台结构(4023)和两下盖半圆孔(4025)。
9.根据权利要求3所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述冠簧(204)为两端设有环形平面(2041)和轴向剖槽(2043)的弹性簧圈。
10.根据权利要求3所述快锁活塞式浮动电源连接器,其特征在于所述外壳合件(1)的壳体上设有弹簧碰珠结构(101),实现连接器的推拉快锁。
