本发明组方中,黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分,有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用及乌发、美容等功效;核桃营养价值丰富,有“万岁子”“长寿果”“养生之宝”的美誉。核桃中86%的脂肪是不饱和脂肪酸,核桃富含铜、镁、钾、维生素B6、叶酸和维生素B1,也含有纤维、磷、烟酸、铁、维生素B2和泛酸,每50克核桃中,水分占3.6%,另含蛋白质7.2克、脂肪31克和碳水化合物9.2克,核桃肉与黄酒配伍可以用于通乳;黄酒中还有丰富的营养物质,比如21种氨基酸,其中包括有数种未知氨基酸,它们都能够提高人体免疫力,增强人体机能。此外,黄酒含丰富的功能性低聚糖,在进入人体后可促进肠道内有益微生物双歧杆菌的生长发育,改善肠道功能,促进身体健康;冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的作用,也是泡制药酒、炖煮补品的辅料。冰糖具有补中益气、和胃润肺、止咳化痰、祛烦消渴、清热降浊、养阴生津、止汗解毒等功能,可用于治疗中气不足、肺热咳嗽、咯痰带血、阴虚久咳、口燥咽干、咽喉肿痛、小儿盗汗、风火牙痛等病症。
本发明采用药食同源的天然食物来治理产后缺乳,根据中医寻病根对症下药的理论法则,采用产后乳母最需要易吸收高营养的食物,也是乳汁分泌最需要的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、维生素、氨基酸等。服后无乳汁的通乳;乳汁少的通乳。
