Abstract

本发明公开了一种操场跑道地坪漆,由水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水、高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素、颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物制成。与现有技术相比,采用本发明的材料制成的地坪漆具有高耐磨性,且防滑,配方的材料组合后具有防腐蚀、耐高温、耐低温,减轻刮伤,从而提高地坪漆的使用寿命,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种操场跑道地坪漆。
背景技术
地坪漆最早是由德国于1934年发明,主要是由油料、树料、颜色、溶剂等制成,主要分为装饰性地坪漆、重防腐地坪漆、耐重载地坪漆等。地坪漆由多种不同物质经混合、溶解、分散等许多道生产工艺制造而组成。地坪漆具有亮丽、真实、美观、耐磨、防水、防腐等特点。现有技术中,地坪漆的耐磨性、耐候性等参数较差,倒置地坪漆的使用寿命较低,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种操场跑道地坪漆。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明一种操场跑道地坪漆,由水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水、高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素、颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物制成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述水性环氧树脂40%、所述硅溶胶20%、所述糠醇树脂10%、所述水5%、所述高岭土5%、所述聚乙烯醇2%、所述石膏5%、所述胶粘剂4%、所述羟丙基甲基纤维素3%、所述颜料2%、所述三乙醇胺1%、所述苯甲酸钠1%、所述甲基苯乙烯共聚物2%。
优选的,所述胶粘剂为聚氨酯。
优选的,所述颜料为丙烯颜料。
本发明一种操场跑道地坪漆制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水投于分散釜中,以1500~1800rpm搅拌速度,边搅拌边加入,分散均匀构成A组分;
S2:将步骤S1混合物用震荡机震荡均匀;加入高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素构成B组分;
S3:将颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物混合构成C组分;
S4:施工时,将A组份、B组份先混合,混合搅拌均匀,再边搅拌边加入C组份,800~1000rpm低速搅拌3~5min,即可开始施工。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种操场跑道地坪漆,与现有技术相比,采用本发明的材料制成的地坪漆具有高耐磨性,且防滑,配方的材料组合后具有防腐蚀、耐高温、耐低温,减轻刮伤,从而提高地坪漆的使用寿命,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种操场跑道地坪漆,由水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水、高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素、颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物制成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述水性环氧树脂40%、所述硅溶胶20%、所述糠醇树脂10%、所述水5%、所述高岭土5%、所述聚乙烯醇2%、所述石膏5%、所述胶粘剂4%、所述羟丙基甲基纤维素3%、所述颜料2%、所述三乙醇胺1%、所述苯甲酸钠1%、所述甲基苯乙烯共聚物2%。
优选的,所述胶粘剂为聚氨酯。
优选的,所述颜料为丙烯颜料。
本发明一种操场跑道地坪漆制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水投于分散釜中,以1500~1800rpm搅拌速度,边搅拌边加入,分散均匀构成A组分;
S2:将步骤S1混合物用震荡机震荡均匀;加入高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素构成B组分;
S3:将颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物混合构成C组分;
S4:施工时,将A组份、B组份先混合,混合搅拌均匀,再边搅拌边加入C组份,800~1000rpm低速搅拌3~5min,即可开始施工。
耐防腐性测试:分别用65%硫酸溶液、15%盐酸溶液、5%硝酸溶液、饱和氢氧化钠溶液、双氧水、饱和食盐水对地坪漆处理48个小时,观察漆膜表面无破坏。
耐冷热循环性能测试:将做好的基板放在恒温试验机内,先从室温降至-20±2℃,保持2h,再升温至50±2℃,湿度升高至80%±5%RH,保持2h,升降温时间不超过1h,如此循环50次,看漆膜无开裂、变色、失光或剥落等现象。
耐热性测试:参照GB/T 1735-1979漆膜耐热性测定法测试,将制板放在鼓风恒温箱内,设定温度为150℃,放置1h后,冷至温度25±1℃观察漆膜无起层、皱皮、鼓泡、开裂、变色等现象,表明性能符合要求。
耐刮伤性测试:按GB/T 6739规定测试漆膜的铅笔硬度,按GB/T 1768规定测试耐磨性。

1.一种操场跑道地坪漆,其特征在于:由水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水、高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素、颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操场跑道地坪漆,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述水性环氧树脂40%、所述硅溶胶20%、所述糠醇树脂10%、所述水5%、所述高岭土5%、所述聚乙烯醇2%、所述石膏5%、所述胶粘剂4%、所述羟丙基甲基纤维素3%、所述颜料2%、所述三乙醇胺1%、所述苯甲酸钠1%、所述甲基苯乙烯共聚物2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的操场跑道地坪漆,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的操场跑道地坪漆,其特征在于:所述颜料为丙烯颜料。
5.一种操场跑道地坪漆制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水性环氧树脂、硅溶胶、糠醇树脂、水投于分散釜中,以1500~1800rpm搅拌速度,边搅拌边加入,分散均匀构成A组分;
S2:将步骤S1混合物用震荡机震荡均匀;加入高岭土、聚乙烯醇、石膏、胶粘剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素构成B组分;
S3:将颜料、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯乙烯共聚物混合构成C组分;
S4:施工时,将A组份、B组份先混合,混合搅拌均匀,再边搅拌边加入C组份,800~1000rpm低速搅拌3~5min,即可开始施工。
